考察了普通覆盖剂、炭化稻壳覆盖剂和镁质涂料专用覆盖剂对镁质中间罐喷涂料使用效果的影响,并采用能谱分析和扫描电镜对涂料残样进行分析,研究中间罐渣中各成分在镁质涂料中的渗透情况,结果表明,使用镁质涂料专用覆盖剂的中间罐渣对涂料的侵蚀和渗透作用很小,提高了中间罐镁质涂料的使用效果。  相似文献

环保无铜自抛光防污涂料的制备与性能研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的得到一种可以媲美传统含铜防污涂料防污效果的涂料配方,且具有对海洋环境友好的特点。方法首先筛选符合无铜涂料技术需求的环保型防污剂,并进行涂料配方研究,得到最优环保无铜防污涂料配方。结果设计开发的2组不同防污剂复配无铜自抛光防污涂料,其实际防污效果可以达到中期效防污涂料的评价标准,在实际防污效果上可以媲美3年期效以Cu2O为主防污剂的传统含铜自抛光防污涂料。2组防污剂复配配方为Econea/Dcoit及Econea/Zn PT,采用上述2种防污剂进行质量比1:1的防污剂复配,具有1+12的实际防污效果,并且在具有较好实际防污效果的同时,具备可以在海水中实现快速降解的优异环境友好性。在无铜涂料配方体系下,中期效防污涂料(3年)中丙烯酸锌树脂的最佳配方含量为40%~50%(湿重)。结论环保无铜防污涂料的各项性能良好,具有广谱、高效的防污效果。  相似文献

通过添加硅酸盐对水性环氧树脂乳液进行改性,制备了石质文物表面防护剂。以山西大同云冈石窟的砂岩为保护对象,测定了该表面防护剂的防水性、耐水性、接触角、耐紫外线、安定性和耐盐性等性能指标。结果表明,硅酸盐改性水性环氧树脂乳液对石质文物的表面保护具有良好的效果。  相似文献

目的合成一种氧化亚铜微胶囊,以其为防污剂制备防污涂料,并进行性能研究。方法利用亚硫酸钠还原-单凝聚法合成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-氧化亚铜(PVP-Cu_2O)微胶囊,并利用电镜测试和红外光谱对微胶囊的结构组成和包覆效果进行了验证。以合成的微胶囊为防污剂,PU/EP改性树脂为基体,制备了防污涂料试样,对涂料试样的涂层硬度、抗冲击性、拉伸强度、剪切强度、吸水性能、释放性能等进行了测试表征,探究防污剂的种类和用量对防污涂料各方面性能的影响。对遴选的优异配方涂料进行浅海挂板防污试验,探究其实海防污性能。结果实验成功合成出了PVP-Cu_2O微胶囊,与使用普通Cu_2O作为防污剂的涂料试样相比,使用PVP-Cu_2O微胶囊的涂料试样涂层硬度、抗冲击性、拉伸强度、剪切强度、吸水率和缓释效果等性能均有了较大幅度的提升和改善。当PVP-Cu_2O用量增加至35 phr时,微胶囊对防污涂料性能改善效果有一定程度的减弱,综合考虑涂料试样的各方面性能,确定PVP-Cu_2O用量以15 phr为宜。浅海挂板防污试验证明:用量仅为15phr的微胶囊涂料达到了与商品防污涂料基本相当的防污效果。结论 PVP-Cu_2O微胶囊防污涂料可以在实现防污涂料的环保化、节能化和长效化方面起到十分积极的作用。  相似文献

研究了一种可以成功应用于铁质文物保护的复合封护剂.该复合封护剂采用纯丙乳液作为基料,选用合适的分散剂,将纳米TiO2和SiO2均匀地分散在基料中,添加合适的助剂制成铁质文物的表层封护剂;选择一种高效的缓蚀剂,适量地添加到基料中,作为铁质文物的底层封护剂.根据铁质文物的保护要求对这种复合封护剂的主要性能进行了测试,并与未改性的纯丙乳液的封护性能进行了对比,发现这种复合封护剂在紫外屏蔽、耐蚀性及耐污染等方面有显著的改善.这种复合封护剂无色、透明、无毒、无味,有锈无锈表面均可使用,可以作为一种新的环保型封护剂用于铁质文物的保护.  相似文献

主要围绕化铣保护涂料的组成及特性,制备以星型SBS热塑性弹性体为基料的可剥性保护涂料.在基料中配以合适的填充剂、增塑剂、固化剂和溶剂等,采用慢加快搅法制备此种涂料,并通过对比自制涂料和国外化铣保护涂料的性能及分析数据,即外观、黏度、固体含量、抗蚀性、浸蚀比和致密性,优化保护涂料的配方.试验证明:自制可剥性涂料耐酸碱性好、剥离强度大小适中、涂膜均匀透明,基本达到美国同类可剥性涂料的性能,但还存在着浸蚀比范围较宽的问题.  相似文献

采用单因素梯度法,研究了云母粉对石英基消失模涂料烧结性能的影响。对以云母粉为助烧结剂的涂料试样进行了抗弯强度测试、SEM观察和XRD分析。结果表明,云母粉的加入促进了涂料的烧结,随着云母粉添加量的增加,涂料的烧结性能随之提高。当云母粉的添加量为1%时,涂料具有优良的使用性能和工艺性能。  相似文献

通过室内加速腐蚀和实际海洋大气暴露腐蚀试验,对醇酸漆、氯化橡胶漆、氯磺化聚乙烯漆、环氧漆等常用防蚀涂层体系的防护性能进行了研究,发现对于不同涂层室内加速腐蚀的破坏形式和程度与户外暴露结果有差异,但保持性能的优劣排序基本一致。  相似文献

The corrosion behavior of an epoxy zinc-rich paint on interface-contaminated carbon manganese-silicon steel was studied. SEM observation on the cross-section of the paint indicates that the zinc corrosion products grew from the surface to the inner of the paint and salts contamination promoted the growth at locations close to the steel/paint interface. The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy show that the corrosion resistance of the contaminated paint was significantly influenced by diffusion of zinc corrosion products during the initial stage of immersion, and diffusion of iron corrosion products at the end of immersion. Three transmission line models were applied to account for the corrosion process of the uncontaminated and contaminated zinc-rich paints.  相似文献

A comparative electrochemical study has been carried out between conventional zinc-rich and novel zinc-containing paints. To study the cathodic protection performance of these coatings an assessment method based on a galvanic couple was employed. Current and potential were monitored with immersion time in 3.5% NaCl. The zinc-rich paint offered cathodic protection for about 7 days compared with 40 days for the new paint. However, the steel coupled with the zinc-rich remained corrosion free for a further period. This was probably due to the inhibitive effect of zinc salts deposited at the cathode. Thereafter a reversal in polarity was obtained once rust formed. Thus it is concluded that established cathodic protection criteria cannot be solely used to assess the protection properties of zinc-containing paints. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was also used to study the state of the coating with time. Diffusion parameters indicated that the new paints were covered with a lesser amount of corrosion products.  相似文献

对表面电弧喷涂铝外加环氧封闭漆防腐涂层钢板试样进行室内加速腐蚀实验。通过扫描仪采集不同实验周期防腐涂层腐蚀形貌图像,观测腐蚀发展过程。采用基于二值化图像的图像处理技术提取腐蚀形貌图像特征参数,作为腐蚀寿命预测参数,并结合特征参数评定涂层腐蚀损伤程度。结果表明,基于二值化图像的图像处理技术可以实现防腐涂层腐蚀面积定量化分析,为防腐涂层腐蚀等级评定和腐蚀损伤规律表征提供了新的思路。封闭漆防腐涂层经过598 h的室内加速腐蚀实验,起泡面积率达到5%,该涂层失效。  相似文献

Conducting polyaniline powder was synthesized chemically and paints containing conducting polyaniline powder were applied on low carbon steel samples. The conducting polyaniline powder was characterized by UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy and the morphology of paint coating on low carbon steel was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The corrosion protection performance of the coating was evaluated by using potentiodynamic polarization techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It has been found that the 2 wt % polyaniline-hydrochloric acid based paint coating offers maximum corrosion protection to low carbon steel in chloride medium.  相似文献

Under certain geometrical conditions, rapid breakdown of a paint coat can occur in service. Maintenance costs could be reduced if paints were devised to resist such conditions. Consequently, the scientific causes of the breakdown have been studied, paint compositions modified to resist them and simple tests applied to ascertain how far success has been achieved. Under certain marine conditions, alkali, the cathodic corrosion product, accumulates, and attacks, softens or loosens either vehicle or pigment; conventional zinc-rich paints can be improved by replacing part of the zinc by alkali-resisting substances, including metallic cadmium, which continues to provide electrical connection with the zinc in the outer part of the coat after the zinc particles next to the steel have been destroyed. Nests of certain salts included in rust (notably ferrous sulphate and ammonium chloride) cause rapid bulging of paint coats applied over such rust; the incorporation of calcium and barium phosphates greatly diminishes this tendency. One of the outstanding features of zinc-rich paint is its power to protect at gaps. This may be lost if a conventional zinc-rich paint is applied over rust containing the salts mentioned; the new paints show promise for application over rust. Gap-protection may also be lost if an impervious outer coat is applied, but it is shown that gap-protection is obtained when conventional zinc-rich paint (or, to a less extent, one of the new paints) is covered with an outer coat selected to avoid interruption of the protective circuit—for instance, a coat that is pervious to water or one that is an electronic conductor.  相似文献

    通过SEM和EDS研究了带有划痕的涂装镀锌钢板在海洋大气环境下暴露一年半后,划痕周围涂膜下腐蚀产物的扩展行为,并分别对电镀锌、热镀锌、电镀锌预磷化的材料进行了耐蚀性比较.结果表明,在划痕周围涂膜下镀层的耐蚀性与镀层制作工艺无关,而与镀层厚度有关;涂膜前的预磷化对耐蚀性产生了不利影响;虽然涂膜与镀锌层间发生分离,但对镀层的耐蚀性没有产生影响;海洋大气环境存在的氯容易富集在腐蚀产物的前端,而硫则较均匀的分布在整个腐蚀产物转化区.  相似文献

A comparative study of various coating systems for corrosion protection The authors investigated chemical rust stabilizers, penetrant paints and stabilizing paints in order to establish, whether or not such coats (in combination with top coats) offer advantages by comparison with the conventional German Railroad standard requiring two prime coats of read lead pigmented oil paint and two oil colour top coats. The base metal was steel precorroded in industrial and maritime climates. Weathering tests of two years' duration have shown that the systems of prime coat and top coat recommended by the manufacturers are generally inferior to systems according to Railroad standard: It was not possible to confirm the claim that no derusting is required. Sand-blasted surfaces once again demonstrated their superiority as a paint base. Zinc dust paints were almost equal to the systems according to standard, provided they were given a top coat of good weatherability and were applied to a sandblasted surface yielding good adhesion between zinc dust and metal surface.  相似文献

In atmospheric weathering the rust preventing mechanism of zinc dust paints is dominated by the sealing action of the zinc corrosion products on the paint surface. Under immersed conditions the time of cathodic protection of bare steel is dependent on the zinc content of the paints. An optimum zinc content has been found for all of the tested binders: polystyrene, vinyl copolymer and chlorinated rubber. Differences in the optimum zinc content arise mainly due to the different wetting of the pigment by the binders.  相似文献
