以邻硝基氯苯为起始原料,经羟基化,烷基化,再在强碱性介质中用锌粉还原。酸性介质中重排,合成了非诱变性染料中间体3,'-二丙氧基联苯胺和3,3'-二丁氧基联苯胺,对各步反应产物分别应用HPLC,IR,NMR,MS等仪器分析测定,确认了分子结构。此类联苯胺衍生物在国内尚未见文献报道。 相似文献

探讨了中性盐、温度、染料用量对甲壳胺纤维直接染料染色性能的影响,比较了脱脂棉和甲壳胺纤维的染色性能。实验结果表明:中性盐对染料的影响与染料的磺酸基的数目有关,对4~6个磺酸基,中性盐起促染作用.对双磺酸基,起缓染作用:而在70℃时染色的上染速度明显快于40℃,染料浓度在2%时几乎尽染,当上升到8%时上染率仍在70%以上;甲壳胺纤维的上染速度和上染率明显高于棉,其可染性、染色速度、表观染色深度远高于棉易产生染色不匀现象。 相似文献

测定了三种不同类型的直接染料在不同盐浓度和温度条件下对棉和大豆纤维的上染曲线,并对它们在这两种纤维上的染色性能进行了分析和比较。对于匀染型和温度效应型直接染料在大豆纤维上的上色率高于棉纤维;在不加盐的条件下,盐效应型染料上染率低于棉纤维,加盐后两者接近;提高温度,对匀染型染料影响不大,对温度效应型染料随温度的提高,上染率提高。 相似文献

利用非基因毒性的2,2′-二甲基-5,5′-二丙氧基对二氨基联苯和5,5′-二丙氧基对二氨基联苯作为中间体,合成了四种直接染料。光谱分析确定了它们的最大吸收波长(分别为518nm、554nm、530nm和578nm)和上染率(最高可达90.3%,最低值为78.5%)。质谱确定了它们的结构。经色牢度分析可知这些染料有较好的着色能力和色牢度。 相似文献

Abstract In the present communication, experiments were conducted to investigate the efficiency of mucilage isolated from fruits of Coccinia indica for the treatment of simulated textile wastewater samples containing direct dyes, direct fast scarlet (DFS) and direct fast yellow (DFY) and vat dyes, golden yellow (GY) and nyanthrene yellow (NY). This mucilage (Ku) is an ecofriendly and low cost anionic polysaccharide capable of reducing color from textile effluent through flocculation process. The flocculation efficiency of Ku was improved by grafting polyacrylamide onto it. The copolymer thus obtained (Ku‐g‐PAM) showed much better flocculation capacity than that of its precursor by reducing the flocculant dose and treatment time to half. The results showed that the maximum removal was obtained at acidic pH with both the flocculants. Statistical analysis showed that the change in percent removal with pH was highly significant in case of direct dyes while it was significant in case of vat dyes removal. The plausible mucilage‐dye interaction and flocculation mechanism has been discussed. 相似文献

以Ti—Al—C和TiC—Ti—Al体系为反应体系,采用直接氧化法制备Al2TiO3-TiO2复相陶瓷。研究了氧化温度对体系合成产物组成的影响。结果表明,两种体系的合成产物都由Al2TiO3和TiO2相组成,没有杂质相存在。碳高温氧化成CO2向外扩散,在坯体内形成疏松通道,利于O2的渗入,提高了氧化反应程度。 相似文献

Textile effluents are among the most polluting industrial effluents in the world. Textile finishing processes, especially dyeing, discharge large quantities of waste that is difficult to treat, such as dyes. By recovering this material from the water, in addition to cleaning and the possibility of reusing the water, there is the opportunity to reuse this waste as a raw material for dyeing different textile substrates. One of the lines of reuse is the use of hybrid nanoclays obtained from the adsorption of dyes, which allow dye baths to be made for textile substrates. This study analyses how, through the use of the nanoadsorbent hydrotalcite, dyes classified by their charge as anionic, cationic and non-ionic can be adsorbed and recovered for successful reuse in new dye baths. The obtained hybrids were characterised by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. In addition, the colour was analysed by spectrophotometer in the UV-VIS range. The dyes made on cotton, polyester and acrylic fabrics are subjected to different colour degradation tests to assess their viability as final products, using reflection spectroscopy to measure the colour attribute before and after the tests, showing results consistent with those of a conventional dye. 相似文献
