金属皂类热稳定剂对软质PVC脱氯化氢反应的影响 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
本实验通过刚果红法研究金属皂类热稳定剂硬脂酸钙、硬脂脂锌、硬脂酸钡在软质PVC体系中单独使用、两两混合、三者混合使用时的热管理性能以及协同稳定性能.重点研究热稳定剂的用量对软质PVC刚果红试纸初始变色时间和初始变色温度的影响.结果表明:在软质PVC体系中单独使用金属皂类热稳定剂时软质PVC的热稳定性能不好;两两混合时硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钡按1:2混合和硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钙按1:2混合时软质PVC体系热稳定性能比硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钡按1:1和2:1以及硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钙按1:1、2:1、1:3、3:1混合时要好;三者混合时硬脂酸钙/硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钡按1:1:1混合时软质PVC体系热稳定性能较好,比两两混合使用时好,同时能有效的抑制软质PVC体系初期着色现象,是软质PVC体系的较佳热稳定剂. 相似文献

报道了利用生物柴油制备环氧脂肪酸钙的方法,用刚果红试验、热烘试验、转矩流变仪混炼试验测试环氧脂肪酸钙作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)稳定剂的热稳定性能,同时分析其红外吸收光谱,测试其在应用于PVC时制品的力学性能,并与硬脂酸钙进行比较。结果表明:利用生物柴油制备环氧脂肪酸钙能改进工艺、降低成本;制备的环氧脂肪酸钙的热稳定性大于硬脂酸钙的,应用于PVC时制品的力学性能也好于使用硬脂酸钙的;可替代硬脂酸钙作为高效、无毒的PVC主稳定剂使用。 相似文献

运用刚果红试纸法、热烘箱老化实验法和流变仪试验,以硬脂酸锌作对比,对甘油锌配合物(简称甘油锌)用作聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的热稳定作用进行了研究,并对甘油锌的复配进行了研究;还研究了稳定剂对 PVC 耐候性的影响。结果表明,甘油锌与硬脂酸钙在质量比为1.0/1.5时具有较好的协同作用,甘油锌/硬脂酸钙与环氧大豆油和亚磷酸三苯酯质量比为1.0/1.5/0.2/0.2时有较好的协同效应;所研究的甘油锌/硬脂酸钙复合热稳定剂对PVC 具有较好的热稳定作用,PVC 与复合热稳定剂质量比为100.0/2.9时,PVC 的刚果红试验热稳定时间达25 min、热烘老化试验热稳定时间达130 min。另外,研究发现环氧大豆油和亚磷酸三苯酯对硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钙复合热稳定剂也有较好的协同效应。 相似文献

The activity of various structural classes of liquid organophosphite esters has been examined in flexible PVC applications. Blends of the most active phosphites have been developed as alternative heat stabilizers for PVC. These new phosphite mixtures eliminate the dependence of compounders upon mixed-metal stabilizer systems based on heavy metals such as barium and cadmium. Static oven aging tests showed the superior performance of these blends compared to that of traditional mixed-metal stabilizers. 相似文献

The solubility of a commercial aryl phosphite processing stabilizer for ployolefins, {tris (2,4‐di‐t‐butylphenyl)} (irgafos 168, Ciba Speciality Chemicals), has been measured in polypropylene over a range of temperatures. Measurements are complicated by hydrolsis of the phosphite, releasing 2,4‐di‐t‐butylphenol, which is much more soluble in the polymer. We have measured the solubility of this phenol, and of the phosphate oxidation product of the stabilizer. The result are interpreted on the basis of a regular solution model. They show that the phosphite has a very low solubility but that it is not particularly anomalous in comparison with other stabilizers of similar molecular weight and polarity. The phosphate is significantly more soluble than the phosphite at 70°C, but their solubiliies are comparable at 25°C. This is mainly due to the lower heat of fusion and melting point of the phosphate, whose compatibility is actually lower than that of the phosphite. The phenol is much more soluble because of its low melting point. 相似文献

研究了稀土镧盐——碱式硬脂酸镧、碱式亚磷酸镧对PVC的热稳定作用。结果表明:单一的碱式硬脂酸镧的热稳定作用比三盐基硫酸铅差,但可以取代少量三盐基硫酸铅;碱式硬脂酸镧中碱基含量为4.89~5.78mol/kg时,其热稳定作用最强。碱式亚磷酸镧与碱式硬脂酸镧之间存在负协同(或反协同)稳定作用。 相似文献
