继1974年《钢结构设计规范》(TJ 17-74)之后,经10多年来全国有关单位的共同努力,新订《钢结构设计规范》(GBJ 17-88)现已编修完成和出版,经建设部批准于1989年7月1日起正式实施。由于新规范(GBJ 17-88)较原规范(TJ 17-74)有较大的变动,引入了新的设计概念,改换了设计法,调整、充实和修改了许多章节,增添了新内容,扩大了应用范围;为了帮助广大会员和从事钢结构的工程人员对新订规范全貌有个基本了解,本刊特约规范主编单位—北京钢铁设计研究总院负责规范修改、汇总、编辑、订正等全过程的主要参加者和执笔者罗邦富高级工程师撰写了《钢结构设计规范》 (GBJ 17—88)内容介绍,以供学习、参考。  相似文献

<正> 根据国家计划,为在1984年前最终完成钢结构设计规范的修订工作,规范管理部门于1983年3月在北京召开了钢结构设计规范工作会议。会议正式通过规范修订大纲。新的规范除将扩大钢结构的使用范围、增加新的钢种、修改基本计算规定、修改受弯构件的计算方法、修改轴心和偏心受力构件的计算方法以及修改疲劳强度设计、连接和构造设计方法以外,还将增加钢管结构设计、钢与混凝土联合梁设计及塑性设计等新的章节。新的规范在立足国内经验和科研成果的基础上,将在较大范同内向国外先进规范靠拢。据悉,新规范的起草工作将在年内完成;新规范的征求意见稿1984年二季度交全国钢结构标准技术委员会审查,并分发全国征求意见;1984年四季度完成报批稿,报国家计委审批。同时着手《钢结构设计手  相似文献

对各国规范以及Winter公式关于工字形截面构件有效宽度的计算公式进行简要介绍,并采用各国规范方法和有限元数值模拟对腹板不同宽厚比和构件不同长细比的工字形截面轴压构件有效面积进行计算和分析。结果表明:《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》(CECS102:2002)在腹板宽厚比较大时有效面积过于保守,《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2003)、欧洲规范(E3-1.5:2006)对于长细比较大构件有效面积过于保守,《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018—2002)、美国规范(AISC:2005)以及Winter公式与数值结果吻合较好,且有一定的安全度,建议对于薄腹工字形截面轴压构件有效面积可采用《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018—2002)计算方法进行计算。  相似文献

现行《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)沿用历次钢结构设计规范的规定:轧制普通工字钢简支梁的整体稳定系数φb不能引用等截面焊接工字型和H型钢的整体稳定系数φb的公式计算,而直接给出表格查用。通过分析表明,按《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)附录B公式(B.1-1)所计算的φb,与规范GB 50017-2003中表B.2所给出的数据基本一致,因此建议今后规范统一采用公式(B.1-1)的理论公式计算φb。  相似文献

关于高强度焊接圆钢管受力性能的研究尚处于起步阶段,我国《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)中针对焊接圆钢管轴心受压构件的整体稳定设计方法缺乏足够的研究依据,因此有必要对焊接圆钢管的整体稳定性能进行深入研究。利用ANSYS有限元软件对试验试件进行数值模拟计算,基于验证模型,对不同强度等级钢材和不同截面尺寸的高强度焊接圆钢管受压构件进行有限元参数分析。通过与国内外规范进行对比,最终对高强度焊接圆钢管的整体稳定设计方法提出两种建议:一是对于高强度焊接圆钢管截面轴心受压整体稳定承载性能可按照我国《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)或欧洲规范Eurocode 3的a类柱子曲线进行设计计算;二是基于我国《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)和欧洲规范Eurocode 3中的柱子曲线的公式形式,更新柱子曲线的缺陷系数,给出了新的设计曲线。  相似文献

板件宽厚比对钢结构的抗震性能有着重要影响,同时也是影响钢结构用钢量的一项重要指标,对钢结构的安全性和经济性均有着很重要的意义.目前国内已有不少文献认为我国现行抗震设计规范对梁柱截面板件宽厚比限值的规定尚不够严谨和完善,并对此提出了设计建议.结合中国抗震规范GB50011—2001、美国钢结构抗震规范ANSI/AISC 341—05、日本抗震规范BCJ和欧洲抗震规范Eurocode 8的相关规定,比较研究了中外抗震设计规范对工形截面和箱形截面钢柱板件宽厚比限值规定的异同,分析了中国抗震规范GB50011—2001关于钢柱板件宽厚比限值的合理性,为相关设计和研究提供了参考.  相似文献

Part 1-1 of Eurocode 3 includes a general method for lateral and lateral-torsional buckling of structural components that uses a Merchant-Rankine type of empirical interaction expression to uncouple the in-plane effects and the out-of-plane effects. In this paper, the safety of this approach is assessed for prismatic members subjected to compression, bending and bending and axial force by comparison of both with advanced nonlinear numerical simulations (GMNIA) using beam and shell elements and the other Eurocode 3 approaches based on the European buckling curves. Analytical expressions are derived for columns, beams and beam-columns that show the variation of resistance with varying slenderness. A parametric study is carried out whereby cross-sectional shape, type of loading, slenderness and steel grade are varied. It is concluded that the method gives similar levels of safety as the methods prescribed in clauses 6.3.1 to 6.3.3 of Eurocode 3, part 1-1.  相似文献

The Eurocodes as European unified design rules for structures are part of the European Standard Family comprising also product standards, testing standards, standards for execution, European Technical Approvals and European Technical Approval Guidelines.A key feature of all these standards is consistency that has been obtained by consistent definitions of material and product properties and by basing any calculative way of defining structural properties on test evaluations.As a consequence all rules in Eurocode 3 are justified by test evaluations with a standardised method that introduced full transparency into the harmonisation works and allowed new innovative design approaches.Some examples for determining characteristic values of actions and combination factors for actions as well as for determining characteristic values and design values of resistances, in particular for the rules for choice of material to avoid brittle fracture, the harmonisation of various types of stability checks and the new interpretation of the plate buckling rules highlight the benefits of the standardised evaluation method.  相似文献

The European wind-load standard EN 1991-1-4 (2010) contains regulations that deal with aeroelastic instabilities of structures. These are discussed and commented on in this article. Numerical calculations are used to corroborate the comments. It is shown that some of the regulations do evidently not provide generally applicable criteria to avoid aerolastic instabilities. On the basis of the statements made in this article, a modified text is proposed for the standard. A numerical example serves to explain the regulations regarding aeroelastic divergence.  相似文献

The paper deals with the buckling behaviour of stainless steel members with the main focus on developing design formulae for use in the latest version of the European Standard EN 1993-1-4: Eurocode 3-Design of steel structures-Part 1-4: General rules — Supplementary rules for stainless steel. Brussels; 2005.It is based on numerical simulations of single span members of various section type, which are subjected to axial compression and bending. Both flexural buckling and lateral-torsional buckling are dealt with so that the buckling behaviour of both I-sections and hollow sections can be covered.On the basis of these numerical results interaction factors have been derived in context with the design model for member design in Eurocode 3-1-1. For statistical evaluation the test results available from other authors have been used.The outcome of this investigation has been incorporated in the present EN 1993-1-4 as a recommendation in restricted form.  相似文献
