光联网技术标准化体系及其现状

自1998年开始,ITU和其他标准化组织就开始了对光传送网标准化的研究;2000年,自动交换传送网络的提出又使光传送网标准化改向另一个方向发展。为了使人们对光联网的标准有个系统的了解,文章介绍了ITU的光联网技术相关标准,以及其他标准化组织在自动交换传送网络标准化方面的研究进展。     

国内外IPv6标准进展及存在的问题

首先对IPv6标准进行了分类,并介绍了与IPv6标准化相关的国内外标准化组织以及在这些组织中IPv6标准化工作的进展。在此基础上,对目前IPv6标准化工作的成熟度进行了分析和总结。     

Reliability methods and standards

This tutorial focuses on three aspects of standardization: existing standards and organizations, evolution of standards and creation of new standards, new developments.An overview of existing standards and involved organizations is given. The main standardization institutes and forums for semiconductor reliability are described.The process of introducing new standards and changes is described. New and changed standards are needed when technologies change and when increased knowledge leads to better methods. Also, new application areas and changed customer requirements may lead to changed or new methods.Advantages and disadvantages of standards are discussed, with emphasis on standards for qualification. Development and use of knowledge-based methods is addressed.

家庭网络标准及其研究计划

家庭网络处于不断发展的过程中，家电／IT行业与电信行业对于家庭网络的理解和发展思路也不一样，因此无论国际和国内都有很多从事家庭网络标准化的组织，标准不统一。中国正在制订家庭网络相关标准的组织主要有3个，分别是信息设备资源共享协同服务标准工作组（IGRS）、e家佳和中国通信标准化协会（CCSA），目前都已有了一些研究成果。为了提高中国在家庭网络领域自主创新的能力，进一步加快中国家庭网络的标准化进程，3个标准化组织应该打破行业壁垒，加强合作，实现优势互补，以合作共赢的态度研究中国自主的家庭网络标准。     

Standardization of network technologies and services

The relationships between standards organizations is expected to change as service boundaries rapidly become vague and media become unified. The collaboration between these organizations and the generation of common texts on recommendations/standards has already begun. This report surveys several standardization activities that have been focusing on new trends in telecommunication technologies and services brought about by remarkable technical advances. It describes what is happening in the areas of network technologies and new services, what standards have been established, and what is expected in the near future     

M2M在3GPP SA2的研究进展

随着物联网的快速发展,M2M成为各个标准化组织研究和标准制定的工作重点。3GPP作为移动通信技术的主要研究和标准制定者,对M2M的相关研究和标准制定也在加紧进行。本文在介绍3GPP各个工作组的工作情况的基础上,重点介绍了M2M在3GPP在SA2的研究和标准化进展情况。     

Trends in the standardization of telecommunications on GII,multimedia, and other network technologies and services

Global standardization is becoming more and more important in achieving a global information infrastructure (GII). Telecommunication and information standardization organizations such as the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) Joint Technical Committee (JTC) have each set up special groups to focus on determining standards for GII. This article presents the activities of these organizations as they relate to GII. It also reviews the current status of standards for multimedia, asynchronous transfer mode (ATM)/broadband integrated services digital network (B-ISDN), Universal Personal Telecommunications (UPT), Future Public Land Mobile Telecommunication System (FPLMTS), and telecommunications management network (TMN), which are all key elements in GII     

Virtual Standards Development Environments for Concurrent Standardization Process

Recently, the increased handling of online standards information has emerged as an important feature of information and communications technology (ICT) standardization. In order to meet market needs for on-time standards deployment, most standards organizations are actively seeking more efficient ways of standardization using electronic means in order to accelerate the standards making process. This paper suggests a virtual standard development environment designed for standards developers to carry out their standards-related activities online. In this paper, we outline a conceptual model of a concurrent standardization process and describe the design and implementation of an Extranet-based network system called standards information cooperative network (SICN). The system was created with a view to fostering faster standards development with functionalities such as a virtual management of networked standards developers, collaboration support tools, a workflow-based electronic signature system, and dynamic links for ready retrieval of standards information stored in a database. We conclude this paper with an introduction to the concept of a virtual standards development organization (VSDO) that supports all the features needed by the relevant standards making bodies to carry out their activities in a dynamic on-line environment.     

数字版权管理领域相关技术专利问题的分析及对策

在知识经济全球化的今天,标准和知识产权紧密地结合在一起,形成了"技术专利化、专利标准化、标准垄断化"的竞争新格局.本文回顾了开放移动联盟(OMA)推出的数字版权管理(DRM)标准遭遇到的专利危机,对整个DRM领域的专利进行了多角度分析,并分析了其他DRM相关标准的专利问题,在此基础上,提出了中国DRM标准制定工作中需要注意的专利问题及相应的对策.     

国际云计算标准化工作研究

通过收集、梳理、归类和分析已有16个国外云计算标准化组织和协会的40个输出物,对现有的国外标准化工作进展进行总结.以此为脉络,可以为我国云计算标准化工作的开展提供思路.     

家庭控制网络联网技术及标准浅析

文章对家庭控制网络的典型联网技术和相关标准进行了分类说明,并着重对家庭网络中的主要总线技术和相关国际标准进行了分析与比较.对国内与家庭网络相关的3个标准化组织进行了对比描述,并对e家佳标准进行了具体的分析和比较.最后,给出了为适应下一代家庭网络需求的家庭控制网络的若干改进建议.     

物联网技术及其标准

物联网有3个层次,从下到上依次是感知层、传送层和应用层。物联网涉及的关键技术非常多,从传感器技术到通信网络技术,从嵌入式微处理节点到计算机软件系统,包含了自动控制、通信、计算机等不同领域,是跨学科的综合应用。目前介入物联网领域主要的国际标准组织有IEEE、ISO、ETSI、ITU-T、3GPP、3GPP2等,这些标准组织在物联网总体架构、感知技术、通信网络技术、应用技术等方面制订了一系列标准。

The Federal Telecommunication Standards Program was initiated in 1972 to provide for the development and coordination of Federal telecommunication standards for National Communications System interoperability and computer-communication interface. This paper presents background information relating to the development of the program, its relationship with other standards organizations, and the potential impact of standards developed and being developed upon Government and industry. A summary of past and on-going standardization activities has also been included, together with commentary on future activities.
