基于立德树人的小学《道德与法治》信息化教学研究

《道德与法治》是小学生必修的课程,立德树人是《道德与法治》学科的教育核心目标。近年来,我国教育改革的脚步不断加快,国家大力倡导德育教育,重视学生德育发展,教育的发展与国家的发展具有紧密相关的联系,为了更好地实现立德树人的目标,必须创新道德与法治课程,让其与时代的发展息息相关,使知识真正内化为小学生的个人素养。本文将讨论目前我国小学《道德与法治》信息化教学的现状、小学《道德与法治》信息化教学的意义以及策略,推动小学《道德与法治》信息化教学更好的发展。     

延安时期干部思想政治教育的历史经验及当代启示

延安时期在中国共产党的历史上有着特殊的历史地位。当时面对严峻复杂的国际国内形势和严重的民族压 迫，党中央敏锐地察觉到开展干部思想政治教育的必要性，适时开展了干部教育工作。内容上，将政治教育和业务教育结 合、理论教育和文化教育相融；方法上，坚持理论灌输法与实践法相结合、榜样教育法与自我教育法相结合，培养了一批德 才兼备的高素质干部队伍。延安时期干部思想政治教育的这些历史经验对新时代开展干部教育具有重要的启示意义。     

我国思想政治教育本质内涵的当代发展

思想政治教育服务于具体社会历史任务:在阶级社会历史阶段,以阶级性为主导;在构建人类命运共同体历史阶段,阶级性与人类性并存;在共产主义历史阶段,以人类性为主导。对思想政治教育是什么这一问题的回答,过去主要集中在其阶级性、政治性或意识形态性上,这毫无疑问抓住了思想政治教育的根本属性。新时代,我国思想政治教育不仅具有政治性和意识形态性,而且在思想观念的内在层面,其所倡导的价值立场具有人类性、文明性和最大限度的共享性。它以唯物史观为指导,符合人类社会良善发展和有效治理的思想价值体系,具有开放性、进步性和包容性。它正确处理了导致西方社会文明困境的物质主义、个人主义与市场主义,在思想价值领域为世界文明的发展提供了可能方案。也正是基于这样的价值根基,当代思想政治教育在培育人、说服人的过程中才充满力量和底气。     

儒家理想人格对当代法律人品格塑造的启示

儒家理想人格是以儒家思想为基础, 追求理想的人生境界和终极目标的一种理想人格, 其基本内涵包括仁、 义、礼、智、信。儒家代表人物孔子和孟子所提倡的“仁者爱人”、“义礼为先”、“智信合一”的思想, 不仅于当世有益, 也对当代法律人的品格塑造具有重要的启示。当代法律人的品格塑造既要继承历史, 又要 尊重现实。为此, 必须注意以下三点:其一, 当代法律人的品格塑造要与建设法治强国相统一;其二, 当代法 律人品格塑造是一项系统的工程;其三, 当代法律人品格塑造要在实践中完成。     

伦理道德在政权合法性论证过程中的作用

中国的古代政治合法性基于传统伦理道德的理论支持,以集权君主为主要政治形式,又以集权君主的"德治"为重要统治手段。在中国社会的转型过程中,传统的伦理道德依然在各方面影响着我国社会,甚至有些阻碍了我国现代政治合法性的建立,德治型社会向法治型社会的转变,需要在传统伦理道德中寻找平衡和发展。     

“互联网+”背景下微课在初中道德与法治教学过程中的具体应用

新课改强调素质教育,要求各科教师在开展基础的文化教育教学活动之外,要加强培养学生形成正确的价值观与思想道德意识,这对于促进学生的成长、发展具有重要的意义。对于初中道德与法治教学而言,则更需要注重培养学生的综合素质,通过教师的教学与引导,真正发挥道德与法治的教育作用。微课作为互联网技术发展背景下比较常用的一种授课方式,得到了许多教师的认可。基于此,本文阐述了“互联网+”背景下微课教学模式的特点与优势,并结合初中道德与法治教学的实际情况,探究其应用的必要性,提出了“互联网+”背景下微课在初中道德与法治教学过程中的具体应用路径和方法,希望可以提升学生的道德品质与修养,促进学生的发展。

在信息技术高速发展的背景下,“互联网+”对我国教育领域产生了显著的影响,尤其是在其发展过程中形成的数字资源,为我国教育教学工作开展提供了更多的资源,提升了课堂教学效果,促进了教学工作的顺利开展。在小学道德与法治课堂教学过程中,应用信息技术手段可以有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学成果。在浩瀚的网络世界当中,学生可以搜索所需资料,丰富了学生学习的渠道。基于此,本文阐述了在小学道德与法治课堂教学中融入数字信息资源的必要性,客观分析了现阶段小学道德与法治课堂教学现状,重点提出了“互联网+”背景下小学道德与法治课堂教学创新思路,以期提升小学道德与法治学科教学效果。     

青少年“四史”学习教育的价值、原则与路径

历史展示过去，昭示未来。 开展以党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史为主要内容的“四史”学习教 育是为了贯彻立德树人的人才培养总目标，是养成青少年马克思主义唯物史观、正确历史思维和开展思想政治教育的重 要手段。 开展青少年“四史”学习教育需要坚持部分与整体相统一、历史与未来相统一、理论与实践相统一的三个基本原 则，通过融入思想政治理论课、在实践中深化教育、借用网络资源优势三个主要途径具体推进，以打造“四史”教育主渠道、 加深学生亲身体悟、扩展教育广度来促进青少年知行合一，提升教育实效。     

Dual Screening the Political: Media Events,Social Media,and Citizen Engagement

Dual screening—the complex bundle of practices that involve integrating, and switching across and between, live broadcast media and social media—is now routine for many citizens during important political media events. But do these practices shape political engagement, and if so, why? We devised a unique research design combining a large‐scale Twitter dataset and a custom‐built panel survey focusing on the broadcast party leaders' debates held during the 2014 European Parliament elections in the United Kingdom. We find that relatively active, “lean‐forward” practices, such as commenting live on social media as the debate unfolded, and engaging with conversations via Twitter hashtags, have the strongest and most consistent positive associations with political engagement.     

The internet ecological perception,political trust and political efficacy of Chinese netizens

Political efficacy is an important indicator of political democracy. As the Internet, especially social media, has grown and evolved, it has greatly changed the Chinese public’s political perceptions. Chinese Internet governance has shifted the mode of “vague governance” and “subsequent punishment” from traditional political governance into the Internet ecology. Chinese citizens’ speech criteria and means of political participation depend largely on their perceptions of the political ecology. Based on a questionnaire survey conducted in Jiangsu Province (N = 1558) in 2013, this paper discusses the impact of Internet ecological perception and political trust on netizens’ political efficacy. The results show that netizens’ perceptions of Internet ecology had significantly positive effects on external political efficacy but no significant effects on internal political efficacy. Netizens’ perceptions of Internet ecology positively affected their political trust, which in turn had significant, positive effects on both internal and external political efficacies.     

Is She “Man Enough”? Women Candidates,Executive Political Offices,and News Coverage

This study analyzes news coverage of 4 female political candidates—Elizabeth Dole, Claire McCaskill, Hillary Clinton, and Sarah Palin—and their male competitors, as each competed in 2 elections between 1999 and 2008. Analysis focused on novelty labeling, and “feminine” and “masculine” political issues and character traits to determine whether the coverage of women and men differed in general, and across the offices of Senator, Governor, Vice President, or President. Overall, women received more news coverage, and the gendered gap in coverage was especially large for novelty, issue, and trait coverage when women sought the “executive” offices of Governor and in the White House. These findings provide insight into the evolving gender dynamics of women running within the masculinized domain of politics.

所非儿为郑和先祖, 舍国随宋, 遂家咸阳。其五世孙赛典赤·赡思丁先后历任咸阳十八个官职, 任期内体 察民情, 关注百姓疾苦, 重视兴修水利, 兴办教育和府城的基础设施建设, 政绩十分突出, 深受百姓爱戴, 为“丝绸之路”发端地文化的发展贡献巨大, 特别是兴修的水利工程, 润泽后世, 为后人所称颂。郑和也 曾到西安访友祭祖, 重修化觉巷清真大寺, 体现了其家族与西安关系久远。赛氏大家族对咸阳的文化贡献 为官方认可, 民间传颂。种种史料表明, 咸阳是赛氏家族的发祥之地, 是数万赛典赤后裔的根, 且赛典赤 墓陵位于西安米家崖的可能性最大。     

Nate Silver and Campaign 2012: Sport,the Statistical Frame,and the Rhetoric of Electoral Forecasting

Political communication scholars have long noted the prevalence of sports metaphors in media coverage of campaigns, especially through references to the “horse race.” During the 2012 presidential election, however, a cluster of terms associated with science and math emerged as an alternative model for monitoring the campaigns' progress. This “statistical frame” was best symbolized by Nate Silver, a former baseball analyst whose attention to politics was among the most celebrated aspects of the 2012 election. This essay evaluates the rhetorical effect of the statistical frame, which helps to shift attention away from outmoded political communication practices associated with predictions and punditry. This shift has implications for political media, political campaigns, and our understanding of the relationship between politics and sport.     

李杜诗的品评与唐代诗歌典范之抉择——以宋人为例

唐代诗歌的创作中, 犹以“诗仙”李白与“诗圣”杜甫最为光芒万丈, 可以说, 李白和杜甫的诗文创作代表 并象征着一个时代, “仙”“圣”之别, 体现着李、杜二人对于各自生命轨迹中无形之象的把握和对天命的 领悟。在宋代, 人们对李、杜作品的评价有着明显的倾向性, 这可以看作是宋人对于唐代诗歌典范的一种抉 择。通过对唐代诗歌典范作品的研究, 可以此为切入点, 扩散开去, 从点到面, 进而普遍地把握一个时代诗 歌作品的主基调。这种对于时代典范的把握, 也正是我们继承和品评前代文学创作时值得借鉴的方法和必须 具备的眼光。
