陶瓷数字喷墨打印技术是一种极具潜力的陶瓷装饰技术,是现代计算机技术与陶瓷装饰材料技术相结合的产物,其具有传统陶瓷装饰工艺无可比拟的的优势。本文探讨了喷墨打印陶瓷墨水的制备及其在陶瓷制造中的应用。通过分析陶瓷墨水的合成方法、墨水的性能要求和喷墨陶瓷打印工艺的应用等领域的最新进展情况,笔者认为喷墨打印陶瓷墨水的成功研发及其与喷墨打印机兼容性研究是该技术应用的基础,喷墨陶瓷打印技术可为实现陶瓷制品表面装饰的复杂化、自动化提供新的技术路线和解决方案,因而在制备高附加值瓷砖领域,具有巨大的竞争力,显示出良好的应用前景。 相似文献

Different techniques (X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope, colorimetry, visible-near infrared reflectance spectroscopy) were carried out to investigate the cause of colour changes of traditional ceramic materials. Two clayey materials of different composition, collected in the Bay of Naples, were fired in oxidising atmosphere at different temperatures resulting in different shades of red colour.Hematite is responsible of the reddish hue of ceramics and its nucleation is strictly related to firing temperature and chemical composition of the raw materials. A low CaO concentration allowed hematite to form in higher amounts providing a more intense reddish hue at high firing temperatures (over 950 °C). At the highest temperature (1100 °C) all samples showed darker colour due to increased size of iron oxide particles. Black core developed in Ca-rich ceramics fired at low temperatures as the short time of firing is insufficient to complete iron oxidation within the matrix, except in those containing high temper amounts. Indeed, microstructural modification occurs due to the presence of discontinuities among temper grains and matrix, which improves the circulation of oxygen in the core of ceramics. 相似文献

This article presents a method for colour measurements directly on printed half‐tone multicoloured pictures. The article introduces the concept of colour impression. By this concept we mean the CMY or CMYK vector (colour vector), which lives in the three‐ or four‐dimensional space of printing inks. Two factors contribute to values of the vector components, namely, the percentage of the area covered by cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks (tonal values) and ink densities. The colour vector expresses integrated information about the tonal values and ink densities. Values of the colour vector components increase if tonal values or ink densities rise and vice versa. If, for some primary colour, the ink density and tonal value do not change, the corresponding component of the colour vector remains constant. If some reference values of the colour vector components are set from a preprint, then, after an appropriate calibration, the colour vector directly shows how much the operator needs to raise or lower the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink densities in order to correct colours of the picture being measured. The values of the components are obtained by registering the RGB image from the measuring area and then transforming the set of registered RGB values to the triplet or quadruple of CMY or CMYK values, respectively. Algorithms based on artificial neural networks are used for performing the transformation. Piezoelectric ceramic, as a typical smart material, shows great potential in applications of sensing & actuation, smart structure and energy harvesting. However, the use of traditional methods to fabricate complex and high-precision piezoelectric ceramic devices faces huge technical difficulties and high molding costs. Direct ink writing is a typical additive manufacturing technology, but has limited capabilities when preparing ceramic products with complex unsupported structures. In this work, a combined process of direct ink writing (DIW) and secondary shaping of flexible ceramic green body has been developed and proved to produce complex piezoelectric ceramics. The PZT ink shows shear thinning behavior and appropriate viscoelasticity such as moderate viscosity and high storage modulus. The printed green body can be flexibly deformed and the samples after polarization show good piezoelectric properties, with an average d33 up to 265 pC/N. This work demonstrates an attractive method for geometrically complex piezoceramic with unique macro structure due to its simplicity and low cost, and provides a solution to the key problems in the existing manufacturing technology of 3D ceramics. 相似文献

Formulation of black ceramic ink and its ink-jet printability on a glass substrate were investigated. The thermal and chemical stabilities of CoFe2-xCrxO4 and Ni0.925Mn0.075Fe1.875-xCrxMn0.125O4 black inorganic pigments were analyzed with various amounts of Cr substitutions. The ceramic ink was prepared using the pigment composition that demonstrated color stability during the high temperature glazing process with a minimal Cr substitutional amount. After the dispersion stability and rheological property were optimized, the ceramic ink was suitably jetted from a print head as a single sphere-shaped droplet without satellite droplets. To improve the printability of the ceramic ink, the glass substrate was treated with a perfluorooctyl trichlorosilane (PFTS) solution. As a result, the PFTS surface treatment increased the contact angle of the ceramic ink droplets on the glass substrate and effectively minimized the ink spreading phenomena. 相似文献
