Development of fine biomass fuels is an important content of implementing the energy construction guideline in China. It aims to promote the utilization of energy crops with high calorific value. Hence, biodiesel as one of the green energy has been developed. In recent years, although many projects of biodiesel construction are gone through domestic declaration and external publicity to give full play to resource advantage, less factories for producing with lower annual yield because of raw materials restriction in reality. Only about 60 thousand tons biodiesel was produced in 2006, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology.  相似文献

Canada has significant petroleum, natural gas, and coal reserves and is one of only three member-states of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) that is a net energy exporter. 1 Canada is the largest source of US energy imports, and nearly all of Canada's oil and gas exports go to the United States. 从3个方面分析了能源工业内部的产业关联及其对能源价格体制、市场结构、所有制结构等方面的影响。指出当能源产品是替代关系时,某一能源产品价格的上涨,会使其他能源行业也获得涨价的收益;对某种能源价格进行控制,可能会引起能源供需结构的失衡。当能源产品是互补关系时,无论上游或下游垄断,都会影响上下游产业的协调发展,而且会加快走向垄断的速度,并使政府的价格管制处于被动。能源工业对外开放的产业联系形式,促进了我国能源产品市场的国际化与外商直接投资的发展,但是产品市场融合和外商直接投资规模的扩大只会提高能源工业的生产集中度,对促进非公有制经济发展的作用有限,能源工业非公有制经济的发展与所有制结构的调整要依靠政府的政策引导和支持。根据分析结果,文章提出了能源工业市场化改革要整体推进,协调进行的政策建议。  相似文献

提高总硫回收率,减少SO2排放所造成的大气污染问题是硫回收处理技术发展的重点。LO-CAT工艺是由美国ARI技术公司开发的一种环境保护型硫回收新技术,通过采用络合铁液相催化氧化法的硫磺回收方法,实现了硫回收装置的系统稳定性好、设备投资少、净化效率高和节能降耗的目的,被广泛应用于天然气、煤气、合成气、炼油厂燃气、二氧化碳气、酸性污水排放气、加工工业排放物等的硫回收和尾气处理工艺过程中,H2S的硫脱除率可以达到99.9%以上,为建设硫回收装置提供了有竞争力的低成本优势和操作可行性的技术。介绍了LO-CAT硫磺回收工艺的基本原理、工艺流程、技术特点、工程实例及其在国内的应用前景。  相似文献

低渗透高饱和油藏储层具有启动压力梯度,原油饱和压力较高,地层饱和压差较小,油藏开发受到诸多条件的限制.文中基于低渗透高饱和油藏基本渗流特征,分析了衰竭开发阶段储层流体不稳定渗流过程,采用稳定逐次逼近法,求解包含启动压力梯度项的渗流方程;考虑启动压力梯度影响,在低渗透高饱和油藏早期开发阶段,建立油藏能量合理补充时机的确定方法.结合实际油田情况,分析了衰竭开发阶段储层中压力分布和油井产量变化规律.研究表明,要综合考虑储层性质和流体条件的影响以及油田开发条件的要求,确定合理开采速度下的能量合理补充时机,才能获得较好的开发效果.  相似文献
