绝缘子是高压隔离开关的重要组成部分,主要起机械连接和电气绝缘的作用。在装配过程中,绝缘子垂直度是关键的安装参数,其直接影响到高压隔离开关的各项分合闸参数和在电网中的运行可靠性。根据绝缘子的安装位置和要求,确定了测量方案,设计了绝缘子垂直度检测装置的硬件结构。垂直度检测装置选用三菱PLC控制器及模拟量输入模块进行了PLC程序控制和模数转换。利用PLC定位程序控制步进电动机进行动作。最终通过倾角传感器测量出绝缘子的垂直度,实现了对高压隔离开关绝缘子垂直度的检测。该垂直度检测装置及其PLC控制方法,方便快捷地实现了高压隔离开关绝缘子垂直度的检测,在高压隔离开关自动化装配和检测领域具有较高的推广价值。 相似文献

The use of high-speed milling (HSM) for the production of moulds and dies is becoming more widespread. Critical aspects of
the technology include cutting tools, machinability data, cutter path generation and technology. Much published information
exists on cutting tools and related data (cutting speeds, feed rates, depths of cut, etc.). However, relatively little information
has been published on the evaluation of cutter paths for this application. Most of the research focuses on cutter path generation
with the main aim on reducing production time. Work concerning cutter path evaluation and optimisation on tool wear, tool
life and relevant workpiece machinability characteristics are scant. This paper investigates and evaluates the different cutter
path orientations when high-speed finish milling inclined hardened steel, at a workpiece inclination angle of 75°. The results
demonstrate that employing a vertical downward orientation achieved the longest life. However, in terms of workpiece surface

Two vertical cosmic ray telescopes for atmospheric cosmic ray ionization event detection are compared. Counter A, designed for low power remote use, was deployed in the Welsh mountains; its event rate increased with altitude as expected from atmospheric cosmic ray absorption. Independently, Counter B's event rate was found to vary with incoming particle acceptance angle. Simultaneous co-located comparison of both telescopes exposed to atmospheric ionization showed a linear relationship between their event rates. 相似文献

In 2000 the first mirror suspensions to use a quasi-monolithic final stage were installed at the GEO600 detector site outside Hannover, pioneering the use of fused silica suspension fibers in long baseline interferometric detectors to reduce suspension thermal noise. Since that time, development of the production methods of fused silica fibers has continued. We present here a review of a novel CO(2) laser-based fiber pulling machine developed for the production of fused silica suspensions for the next generation of interferometric gravitational wave detectors and for use in experiments requiring low thermal noise suspensions. We discuss tolerances, strengths, and thermal noise performance requirements for the next generation of gravitational wave detectors. Measurements made on fibers produced using this machine show a 0.8% variation in vertical stiffness and 0.05% tolerance on length, with average strengths exceeding 4 GPa, and mechanical dissipation which meets the requirements for Advanced LIGO thermal noise performance. 相似文献

In this paper we propose a novel real-time Biscuit Tile Segmentation (BTS) method for images from ceramic tile production line. BTS method is based on signal change detection and contour tracing with a main goal of separating tile pixels from background in images captured on the production line. Usually, human operators are visually inspecting and classifying produced ceramic tiles. Computer vision and image processing techniques can automate visual inspection process if they fulfill real-time requirements. Important step in this process is a real-time tile pixels segmentation. BTS method is implemented for parallel execution on a GPU device to satisfy the real-time constraints of tile production line. BTS method outperforms 2D threshold-based methods, 1D edge detection methods and contour-based methods. Proposed BTS method is in use in the biscuit tile production line. 相似文献
