按照测量不确定度评定的通用规则,建立了数学模型,对重量法测定工业磷酸中磷酸含量的测量不确定度进行了评定,分析了方法中的不确定度分量及其来源,计算了各分量的不确定度,最后计算出了检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。检测结果和不确定度评定结果为(85.200.26)%,k=2。洗涤沉淀造成沉淀损失引起的测量不确定度分量为最大。  相似文献

按照测量不确定度评定的通用规则,建立了数学模型,对出口金属硅中硅含量检测(容量法)的测量不确定度进行了评定,分析了方法中不确定度分量及其来源,并计算了各分量的不确定度,最后合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.检测结果和不确定度评定结果为(99.28±0.01)%,K=2.从各个分量对总不确定度的贡献大小来看,乙二胺四乙酸二钠(Na2EDTA)标准溶液的配制对结果影响最大.  相似文献

建立ICP-MS测定多晶硅基体中金属杂质Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn含量的不确定度评定法是多晶硅分析检测行业所迫切需求的。从样品称量、样品溶液的体积变化、仪器测量标准曲线和样品溶液中各杂质元素的浓度、以及整个试验过程中测量重复性引入的不确定度进行分析评定,依次得出分量标准不确定度,以分量标准不确定度计算出合成标准不确定度,并应用A类不确定度评定法计算出测量结果的扩展不确定度,并得出检测结果的置信区间。  相似文献

采用重量法对4个不同浓度的实际污水水样的悬浮物含量进行了检测,并根据检测结果进行了测量不确定度的评定。根据实验过程,建立了数学模型,对各个不确定度的来源进行了分析,并计算出各个不同浓度样品的不确定度分量、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,找到了占支配地位的不确定度分量,从而使检测人员对该方法检测悬浮物含量进行不确定度评定的计算变得简单实用。  相似文献

本文介绍了高频红外碳硫分析仪示值误差测量不确定度的评定。建立了高频红外碳硫分析仪测定焊剂中碳、硫含量测量结果不确定度数学模型,从8个方面评定了不确定度分量的贡献,分别计算其相对标准不确定度,最终得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。依据《JJF 1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示》,对焊剂中碳硫含量测定结果的不确定度进行评定,为日常检测工作提供指导。结果表明,方法的检测结果可信度较高,适于焊剂中碳、硫含量的测定。  相似文献

The Mineral phosphate solubilization (MPS) was studied in ten Aspergillus niger strains. MPS activity was measured in solid (Pikovskaya's medium) as well as liquid media using different phosphate sources (tricalcium, dicalcium, ferric and aluminium phosphates, and bone meal), carbon sources (glucose, mannitol, fructose, sucrose, xylose, and sorbitol), and nitrogen sources (ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, and urea). All the strains showed a zone of clearance of tricalcium phosphate in Pikovskaya's medium in plates and solubilized dicalcium and tricalcium phosphates in broth efficiently. Solubilization was lower in ferric and aluminium phosphates. The activity was very poor in bone meal medium. Among the carbon sources the fungi preferred mannitol for higher P solubilization. Nitrogen in the form of nitrate was very effective in solubilizing inorganic phosphates. Xylose and urea were the poorest sources of carbon and nitrogen for all the strains of Aspergillus. Phosphate release was associated with reduction in pH.  相似文献

A commercial surgical bone cement has been modified by adding tricalcium phosphate (TCP), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA). The effects of the addition of TCP, HEMA, and EGDMA on the vinyl polymerization kinetics and thermal stability of the bone cement have been evaluated. The reaction rate constants (k) were determined from a kinetic analysis. The separate and combined effects of TCP, HEMA, and EGDMA contents on the rate and the heat of polymerization can be explained by the frequency factor and the activation energy. The decomposition temperture of the modified acrylic bone cement was studied by thermogravimetry. The decomposition temperature increased with TCP content, whereas HEMA and EGDMA had little effect on the decomposition temperature.  相似文献

A dense tricalcium phosphate possesses E- and shear-modulus of 115 and 86 GPa, respectively. By polyurethane foam and C-fibres a high porous structure with integral porosity of 55–70% was created. The porous tricalcium phosphate possesses a E-modulus of 2–5 GPa, bending strength of 6–11 MPa and compressive strength of 11–22 MPa. Regarding mechanical properties this system could be ranged between cortical and cancellous bone. ©  相似文献

The mechanical properties of the tricalcium phosphate–high density polyethylene (β-TCP/HDPE) composite samples have been investigated by looking at the effect of particle size and volume fraction of tricalcium phosphate on the fracture strength, modulus of elasticity and failure energy in the composite samples. A decrease in both the fracture strength and failure energy was observed with an increase in the volume fraction of the tricalcium phosphate. Both properties decreased further with the use of larger β-TCP particles. Increase in the tricalcium phosphate content led to an increase in the modulus of elasticity values in the composite samples. However, a lesser increase in modulus of elasticity was observed when larger β-TCP particles were used in the preparation of the composite samples. SEM analysis of the fractured surfaces showed a transition from ductile to brittle type of failure as the volume fraction of the tricalcium phosphate increased in the samples.  相似文献

Surface‐modified poly(d , l ‐lactide)/polycaprolactone/β‐tricalcium phosphate complex scaffold was fabricated in this study and we hypothesized that pliable and mechanical strong scaffold would be achieved by regulation of ternary compositions; while superficial modification strategy conduced to preserve and controlled‐release of bioactive growth factors. Properties of the composite scaffolds were systematically investigated, including mechanical properties, surface morphology, porosity, wettability, and releasing behavior. Moreover, the representative cytokine, recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein‐2 (rhBMP‐2), was loaded and implanted into muscular pouch of mouse to assess bone formation in vivo. Improved osteogenesis was achieved ascribed to both amplified β‐tricalcium phosphate (β‐TCP) content and retarded initial burst release. Particularly, scaffold doped with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) displayed optimal osteogenic capability. The results indicated that the PDLLA/PCL/β‐TCP complex scaffold along with HPMC‐coating and rhBMP‐2 loading was a promising candidate for bone regeneration. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. 对磷钼蓝分光光度法测定水中磷酸盐过程中产生的不确定度进行评估。应用检测不确定度评定方法对测量结果进行不确定度分析与评定。该方法测定水中磷酸盐的扩展不确定度为Uc=0.0346 mg/L。为提高测定结果的准确性,减小不确定度,建议在检测过程中采取一些技术改进措施。  相似文献
