介绍了国内外重整生成油脱烯烃工艺及催化剂。目前半再生重整通常采用后加氢工艺,芳烃损失大,连续重整一般采用颗粒白土精制工艺,脱烯烃精度高,白土用量大,寿命短,污染环境。采用高选择性加氢脱烯烃技术处理连续重整生成油可取代传统的白土精制工艺。  相似文献

UDO-01重整生成油选择性加氢催化剂的研制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了贵金属钯基催化剂在重整生成油选择性加氢脱烯烃反应中的性能。结果表明,在重整生成油全馏分的选择性加氢试验中,单使用Pd作活性组分的Pd/Al2O3催化剂不能满足产品质量要求;采用添加金属助剂对单使用Pd的贵金属催化剂进行改性,助剂的存在大大提高了催化剂的稳定性。在催化剂的开工过程中,催化剂的还原温度低于250℃;可以避免采用预硫化过程;而采用低温进料,程序升温过程可抑制催化剂过高的初活性。UDO-01双金属钯基催化剂可用于不同原料的重整生成油(苯馏分、BTX馏分、全馏分)的选择性加氢脱烯烃反应,加氢后产品的溴值小于200mgBr/(100g)、芳烃损失小于0.5%,且在重整生成油全馏分的选择性加氢过程中表现出良好的稳定性。  相似文献

中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司1.0 Mt/a逆流移动床连续重整装置采用中国石化自主开发的催化剂逆流移动床工艺技术,以直馏石脑油和加氢裂化重石脑油为原料,生产C~+_6组分(辛烷值RON为103)的重整生成油。装置运行中存在因生成油烯烃含量较高,导致下游芳烃抽提装置白土更换频繁、换剂费用较高以及产生的危险废物难以处理的问题。从重整进料、再生催化剂注氯量、重整反应机理、重整生成油烯烃组成、重整反应温度等方面对装置进行了综合分析,结果表明:调整重整反应苛刻度不能大幅度降低重整生成油中的烯烃含量;在脱戊烷塔前增设液相加氢反应系统替代白土脱除烯烃,可以保证芳烃产品的溴指数及其他指标合格,重整生成油溴指数低于200 mgBr/(100 g),芳烃产品溴指数低于20 mgBr/(100 g)。  相似文献

介绍了催化顶循环油经加氢处理后作重整料的试验情况,试验结果表明:催化顶循环油经加氢处理后可以使其烯烃含量和硫、氮等杂质含量大幅下降,芳烃潜含量增加,可以满足重整进料的要求,掺炼后重整汽油的芳烃含量和辛烷值及氢气产率略有降低,但对重整催化剂活性没有影响。  相似文献

重整生成油选择性加氢脱烯烃 Pd基催化剂的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
 研究了负载在Al2O3载体上的贵金属钯(Pd)基催化剂在重整生成油选择性加氢脱烯烃反应中的性能。在高压微反装置上,采用环己烯、甲苯和正庚烷的混合物为模拟油来评价筛选催化剂,并对不同工业原料油进行加氢试验。结果表明,在现有工业上常用的工艺条件下,采用Pd/Al2O3催化剂进行重整生成油全馏分的选择性加氢,不能满足产品质量要求。其原因是高沸点馏分强吸附在催化剂表面,从而导致催化剂失活。在适宜的工艺条件下,采用Pd/Al2O3催化剂进行连续重整汽油BTX 馏分选择性加氢脱烯烃,可以使加氢汽油满足芳烃抽提进料的质量要求。添加助剂对Pd/Al2O3催化剂进行改进,可以大大提高催化剂的稳定性。改进后的双金属Pd基催化剂(Pd+M/Al2O3)可用于不同原料的重整生成油(苯(C6)馏分、BTX(C6~C9)馏分、全馏分)的选择性加氢脱烯烃反应。加氢反应产物的溴价小于200mgBr/100g,芳烃损失小于0.5%(质量分数),且在重整生成油全馏分的选择性加氢过程中该催化剂表现出好的稳定性。  相似文献

研究了贵金属钯基催化剂在重整生成油选择性加氢脱烯烃反应中的性能,考察了载体焙烧温度、活性金属含量、Pd与助剂配比对催化剂活性和选择性的影响,并对本研究的最佳催化剂(UDO-01)进行了600h的稳定性试验。实验结果表明,采用700℃的载体焙烧温度、活性金属总量0.2%(w)、Pd/M为2:1(摩尔比)的条件,制得的催化剂具有良好的加氢活性和选择性;在重整生成油全馏分加氢600h的试验运转过程中,产品油的溴值始终小于200mgBr/100g油,且芳烃损失小于0.5%(w)。  相似文献

抚顺石化公司石油一厂延迟焦化装置两台立式加热炉进行了改造。炉衬改为新型轻质衬里;辐射室炉管的回弯头改为急弯弯管;对流室炉管的分布进行了调整,且部分炉管由光管改为翅片管,材质由10号钢改为Cr5Mo,部分注水管材质改为ND钢,燃烧器进行了更新。改造后,炉体密封性能好,散热损失降低,辐射炉管受热较均匀,减轻了炉管结焦,炉子热效率提高4%~8%,取得了较好的经济效益。  相似文献
