对一体化氧化沟中斜中斜板沉淀池内部的流态及固液分离效果进行了研究,探讨了其分机理和影响因素。试验结果表明,沉淀池底部设有的特殊过渡区具有良好的消能作用,可使斜板沉淀区的流态快速从紊流转变为层流,达到最佳沉淀效果,斜板区的分离过程是污泥沉淀与污泥悬浮层的过滤,捕获共同作用的结果,其效率比一般二沉池高,水力停留时间>30min,出水SS值<38mg/L。  相似文献

比较了三沟式氧化沟和双沟式氧化沟在莒县污水厂实际运行的工艺参数、处理效果及经济成本。结果表明:双沟式氧化沟对BOD5、COD和氨氮的去除率分别达到93.3%、88.4%、89.5%,均高于三沟式氧化沟的去除效果;双沟式氧化沟占地面积较三沟式氧化沟小10%,但土建费用较三沟式氧化沟高15%;三沟式氧化沟生物处理部分电耗比双沟式氧化沟高23.7%,但其污泥转输与处置费用较双沟式氧化沟低21.1%。  相似文献

从设计和运行两个方面对南通市污水处理厂的五沟式氧化沟工艺进行了总结。投产以来的运行实践表明,该工艺的容积、设备利用率高,并可实现全时反硝化;同时也存在着需进一步提高除磷效率、各沟中污泥浓度分布不均等问题,有待进一步完善。  相似文献

上海市金山区通沟污泥处理工程借鉴上海市其他通沟污泥处理站的运行经验,针对超细砂(粒径<0.2 mm)含量高且难分离的特性,确定了水力旋筛+砂石分离工艺,对污泥进行分级分离,取得了良好的效果。将通沟污泥分离为粗大物质、矿化物质、有机栅渣和超细砂,并实现资源化利用。工程采用生物除臭系统,除臭效果满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)废气排放厂界一级排放标准和上海市地方标准《城镇污水处理厂大气污染物排放标准》(DB31/982—2016)。  相似文献

介绍最新设计制作的一种开孔圆筒式液体旋流分离器及其液固分离实验研究。实验结果表明:开孔内筒式旋流分离器可以消除存在于普通液体旋流分离器中心部的空气柱。与普通液体旋流分离器相比,开孔内筒式液体旋流分离器具有较高的分离效率和较低的压力损失。  相似文献

Aspects of oil removal by gravity separation in parallel plate separators have been investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Attention has been paid to the possible influence of retention time distribution, co- or countercurrent flow (in tilted plate separators) and to the effect of perforation of the plates. Perforation enables an easy removal of separated oil in horizontal plate separators. It appears that the overflow rate-related to the horizontal projection of the real plate area-determines the performance of a plate separator in all these cases. A residence time distribution will lower the separation efficiency only when it is caused by a velocity profile over the width of the tank or by an extremely unequal distribution of the influent over the plates. A tilted full plate separator and a horizontal perforated plate separator with the same overflow rate perform equally well as to separation efficiency; only secondary, practical reasons will determine the choice between either construction.  相似文献

This paper summarizes the latest research and development work on steel-concrete-steel (SCS) sandwich composite structures for the use as Arctic offshore platform, and to resist impact and blast loads. Current development of ultra-lightweight cement composite (ULCC) and a floatable structural cement composite (FSCC) to be used as infilled materials for SCS sandwich structure are presented. This paper aims to advance the application of SCS sandwich composite with the use of steel plate and lightweight concrete materials. A series of tests on lightweight SCS sandwich panels with shear connectors has been carried out. The superior performance of SCS sandwich panel is demonstrated. The results show that SCS sandwich with novel J-hook connectors is effective in preventing plate separation from concrete core, maintaining the structural integrity.  相似文献

This paper presents the design guide based on analytical, numerical and experimental investigation of Steel-concrete-steel (SCS) sandwich structural members comprising a lightweight concrete core with density ranged from 1300 to 1445 kg/m3 subjected to static, impact and blast loads. The performance of lightweight sandwich members is also compared with similar members with normal weight concrete core and ultra high strength concrete core (f c = 180 MPa). Novel J-hook shear connectors were invented to prevent the separation of face plates from the concrete core under extreme loads and their uses are not restricted by the concrete core thickness. Flexural and punching are the primary modes of failure under static point load. Impact test results show that the SCS sandwich panels with the J-hook connectors are capable of resisting impact load with less damage in comparison than equivalent stiffened steel plate panels. Blast tests with 100 kg TNT were performed on SCS sandwich specimens to investigate the key parameters that affect the blast resistance of SCS sandwich structure. Plastic yield line method is proposed to predict the plastic capacity and post peak large deflection of the sandwich plates. Finally, an energy balanced model is developed to analyze the global behavior of SCS sandwich panels subjected to dynamic load.  相似文献

A number of various organic and inorganic contaminants are commonly present in the technological fluids hindering production quality. Importantly, waste influents must be purified to meet the appropriate environmental standards for their disposal. This paper deals with the development of a treatment technique for technological and wastewater streams allowing the separation of microscopic droplets of water, sand, oil and other organic and inorganic contaminants. Some existing approaches and processes for treatment of contaminated fluids are briefly reviewed and the design of an electromagnetic hydrocyclone separator is presented in this paper. The effect of the main forces on the separation of small‐sized impurities (<10 μm) is analysed. The experimental tests demonstrated the efficiency of the developed apparatus in purifying the industrial wastewaters of the textile dyeing industry.  相似文献

The main objective of this work is the design, manufacture and functional validation of a tribo-electrostatic separator for granular mixtures, equipped with a grounded metal-belt conveyor electrode. Triboelectric charging of the materials was done using a rotary tubular device. The separation experiments were performed on a granular mixture composed of three different plastic materials polycarbonate, high-density polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride. The particles previously charged were deposited on the metal-belt conveyor that carried them through the separation region. The results obtained have shown the efficiency of this installation, which is useful for the treatment of mixtures composed of three different plastic materials.  相似文献

Recovery and recycling of metals from wastes have a major role in the global economy because of the scarcity of raw materials and the problem of environmental pollution. This paper reports a technical and economic study for the development of a low-cost eddy-current separator for household waste treatment. Waste treatment in African countries suffers a developmental delay owing to the cost of such equipment. On the basis of preliminary results obtained by numerical simulation of the physical phenomena, in order to test several possible configurations, a prototype device has been built and tested. The experimental results obtained have led to an optimal configuration in terms of separation efficiency. Thus, a second more efficient device has been successfully developed and tested. The economic analysis revealed the benefit of local manufacture for such a separator.  相似文献
