永磁球形电动机的磁极呈球面锥体结构,各定子线圈相互独立分布于定子球壳内表面,针对这些特性,提出了一种计算永磁球形电动机永磁体涡流损耗的三维解析模型。该模型将双重傅里叶级数法与矢量磁位解析法相结合,首先利用双重傅里叶级数法求得定子内径处电流密度分布,继而将其作为边界条件,借助三维拉普拉斯方程,获得了矢量磁位的特解,最后推导得到了永磁球形电动机永磁体涡流损耗的解析表达式。该模型充分考虑到了时间谐波与空间谐波对涡流损耗的影响,并分析了不同的电机结构参数对永磁体涡流损耗的影响。将解析法与有限元法所得结果进行了比较,结果一致,证明了该解析模型的有效性。 相似文献

介绍了一种新型永磁球形步进电动机的结构、工作原理,对电机的结构参数进行了深入分析。针对目前此类球形电机转矩计算的困难,基于麦克斯韦张量法推导并建立了有效的电机转矩计算模型,运用该方法对已知的电机模型进行分析,获得了典型的转矩特性。在此基础上对影响电机电磁转矩的主要结构参数进行了研究,并对典型的电机单步响应过程进行了仿真分析。通过合理设计电机的结构参数和电磁参数,可有效提高电机输出转矩,降低转动惯量,提高电机响应特性。所得结论为永磁球形步进电动机进一步的设计和优化提供了理论依据。 相似文献

横向磁场永磁同步电动机(TFPMSM)由于磁路结构与传统径向永磁同步电动机不同,使得其d-q轴电感的求解与传统径向永磁同步电动机不同,难以直接套用传统径向永磁同步电动机的公式.结合传统径向永磁同步电动机的坐标变换矩阵和方程,给出了相应的横向磁场永磁同步电动机的坐标变换矩阵和功率求解方程.根据横向磁场永磁同步电动机各相之间没有磁路耦合的特点,分析了其相绕组自感系数的变化规律.结合该种电动机的相绕组电压和磁链平衡方程式,分析了只考虑基波的情况下电动机的d-q轴电感的求解方法.模型分析将横向磁场永磁同步电动机的数学模型与传统径向永磁同步电动机的模型进行了统一,简化了横向磁场永磁同步电动机的分析. 相似文献

在简述永磁球形多自由度电机的优越性能的基础上,针对一种新型永磁球形多自由度电机提出了4种永磁转子设计方案,对每一种永磁体结构进行了静磁场磁通密度模值和磁场分布计算,建立了球坐标下永磁体磁场解析求解模型,进行对比分析.同时基于三维有限元软件,对各种永磁转子结构的球形多自由度电机转矩特性进行了计算和仿真.设计制备了5个圆柱体组合结构的钕铁硼永磁转子来代替球形结构,制作了模型样机.理论分析和实验结果表明了所设计结构的有效性,转子易于实现三自由度偏转运动,并对转子永磁体的受力进行了测试,与仿真计算结果一致. 相似文献

Permanent magnet synchronous motors are being manufactured and used increasingly in low to medium power range applications due to their inherent advantages. There is a great deal of opportunity to enhance their merits by design optimization, thus reduce production costs and improve performance of the motors. In this paper a design optimization is performed on interior type permanent magnet synchronous motors to achieve high torque development capability with low permanent magnet consumption. A multi-objective optimization is performed in search for optimum magnet dimensions and location. The design optimization results in a motor structure superior to original motor specifications. Permanent magnet motors have attracted a lot of attention recently for their potential for saving energy. However, they are only used for certain applications because the magnets are expensive. This paper discusses the optimum design of the low‐cost, highly efficient magnet‐ assisted reluctance motors with a minimum amount of magnets. The motor considered in this study is a multi‐flux barrier reluctance motor. The configuration by which permanent magnets are embedded to the innermost side of the rotor to obtain maximum output with the minimum amount of magnets was evaluated through simulation and experiments with a prototype motor. As a result, we established a method for designing motors capable of realizing the same efficiency as permanent magnet motors with only one‐fourth the amount of magnets. In our experiments, we achieved a high efficiency of 94.5% with a 750‐W motor. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 无轴承永磁同步电机由于功率密度大、转矩脉动低等优良特性受到了高度重视。文中针对一类表面贴装式无轴承永磁同步电机,详细推导出径向悬浮力表达式,建立了准确的数学模型。针对电磁转矩和径向悬浮力之间耦合的特点,采用了基于转子磁场定向的控制策略来实现这类无轴承永磁同步电机的非线性解耦控制。实验证明了该控制算法的有效性。该控制算法对插入式转子结构和内装式转子结构的无轴承永磁同步电机的控制系统设计具有一定的借鉴作用。 相似文献

Super-high-speed and high-power electric machines are required for turbomolecular pumps and spindle drives. High rotational speed and high-power drives can be achieved with bearingless motors. In this paper, a bearingless motor with principles of permanent magnet-type synchronous motors is proposed. High-power factor and high efficiency can be expected in permanent magnet-type bearingless motors. The proposed bearingless motor is a 4-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor, in which additional 2-pole windings are wound together with 4-pole motor windings in stator slots. With currents of 2-pole windings, radial magnetic forces are produced to support a rotor shaft. Principles of radial force production of surface-mounted permanent magnet bearingless motors are analyzed mathematically. The relationships between radial forces and the permanent magnet thickness were derived. From these relationships, the optimal permanent magnet thickness to produce radial forces efficiently is found. A test machine was built to confirm the relationships of radial forces, currents and voltages. 相似文献

永磁电机中永磁体与有槽电枢铁心之间相互作用,产生齿槽转矩,引起电机振动和噪声.该文提出了一种针对自起动永磁同步电动机的解析分析方法,得到了齿槽转矩的解析表达式.基于所导出的表达式,根据产生机理的不同,将齿槽转矩各分量分为4类,对各类齿槽转矩的特点进行了分析,并研究了斜槽对各类齿槽转矩的影响,研究表明:与表面式永磁电机不同的是,在自起动永磁同步电动机中采用斜槽的方法不能消除所有的齿槽转矩. 相似文献
