在岩体的力学和水力学分析中,岩体结构面产状的分析是极为重要的基础工作。传统的结构面产状图形分析较粗糙,因此模糊聚类方法得到了一定的应用。分析了模糊等价聚类方法和模糊软划分聚类方法在岩体结构面产状分析中的优缺点,并将上述2种方法结合起来形成岩体结构面产状的综合模糊聚类分析方法,给出具体的计算方法和过程。实例分析表明,结构面产状综合模糊聚类分析方法对结构面产状的分类合理,结果可靠,可根据实际问题灵活运用。  相似文献

Abstract:   Recently, numerous studies of structural control systems of civil structures and infrastructure have been carried out. To develop structural control systems, it is necessary to consider their special features such as complexity, uncertainty, and size. To consider these features, fuzzy theory has been applied to structural control systems. This study proposes an integrated fuzzy active control system based on fuzzy ensemble learning. It combines several fuzzy active control systems and improves structural vibrations caused by earthquakes. The proposed method includes two fuzzy active control systems, a fuzzy ensemble system, and a gating network. In this study, two fuzzy active control systems are constructed by applying particle–swarm optimization. The fuzzy ensemble system assigns a performance grade to each fuzzy active control system according to control effects from input patterns. The gating network determines the final control force based on the weight of their performance grade. By introducing fuzzy ensemble learning, the structural response is reduced more than when the response is controlled by individual fuzzy active control systems.  相似文献

Abstract: In this article, an artificial neural network for modeling and forecasting of fuzzy time series is presented. Modeling fuzzy time series with fuzzy data as random realizations of an underlying fuzzy random process enables forecasting of future fuzzy data following the observed time series. Analysis and forecasting of time series with fuzzy data may be carried out with the aid of artificial neural networks. A significant advantage is the fact that neural networks do not require a predetermined process model to simulate and forecast time series possessing fuzzy random characteristics. Artificial neural networks have the ability to learn the characteristics of an existing fuzzy time series, to represent the underlying fuzzy random process, and to forecast future fuzzy data following the time series observed. The algorithms developed are demonstrated using a numerical example.  相似文献

There have been increasing advances in the sophisticated approaches like fuzzy randomness to handle different uncertainties in civil engineering; however, less attention has been paid to the formulation of a sensitivity analysis for fuzzy random structural systems. In this study, the main objective is to present the formulation of fuzzy Sobol sensitivity indices to quantify the influence of fuzzy random structural parameters. Meanwhile, uncertainty in derivation of limit states and acceptance criteria in collapse analysis is addressed briefly and treated using fuzzy model parameters. To show the application of the established sensitivity test, the collapse behavior of a steel moment frame subjected to sudden column removal is evaluated thoroughly. The proposed fuzzy sensitivity indices are determined for the problem and the overall influence of fuzzy acceptance criteria on the collapse assessment is shown using fragility analysis. The results show that the presented fuzzy sensitivity analysis can give detailed insight into the characteristics of fuzzy random systems, and the epistemic uncertainty in derivation of limit states can have significant effects on the reliability‐based collapse analysis. It is worth mentioning that to alleviate high computational demands in fuzzy probabilistic collapse analysis, a neural network metamodel is applied in conjunction with the genetic algorithm which is also of practical value to engineers and researchers.  相似文献

This paper presents a new approach and procedure for performing fuzzy regression based on JHE method, a method for processing fuzzy information based on the Monte Carlo simulation technique. The new procedure is tested by applying it to determining fuzzy relationships between fuzzy variables. Methods for interpreting results of fuzzy regression are presented and discussed. Examples are presented to demonstrate this new procedure. Potential applications of this fuzzy regression procedure are discussed.  相似文献

 基于岩溶区基桩桩端岩溶顶板稳定性影响因素取值的随机性、模糊性以及区间性特征,首先,采用三角模糊数表示计算参数取值可能性分布,以此为基础建立出同时考虑抗冲切、抗剪与抗弯作用的桩端岩溶顶板稳定性模糊极限平衡分析模型;其次,综合运用模糊数学理论、岩体质量分类指标RMR以及Hoek-Brown经验强度准则建立计算参数三角模糊数确定方法,并运用截集技术与区间数运算规则计算相应的安全系数模糊集;再次,在探讨功能函数之合理确定方法基础上,采用模糊能度可靠性理论,提出基桩桩端岩溶顶板稳定性模糊能度可靠性分析方法;最后,通过工程实例分析表明该方法的合理性与可行性,其为基桩桩端岩溶顶板稳定性分析与评价提供了一种新的不确定性分析方法。  相似文献

Fuzzy logic control applied in Indoor Environment Management Systems provides a significant advantage in terms of energy conservation and users’ indoor comfort requirements satisfaction compared with the classical control systems. The aim of the present paper is to compare the performance of five fuzzy controllers (fuzzy P, fuzzy PID, fuzzy PI, fuzzy PD and adaptive fuzzy PD) developed in the framework of the BUILTECH (JOE3-CT97-0044) project which is in part funded by the European Commission JOULE Programme.
