以FCC催化剂颗粒研究垂直筛板流化床内构件对气固两相流化性能的影响,考察了板孔气速、颗粒循环量和帽罩开孔比等筛板结构对流化床压降和提升量强度的影响. 结果表明,气固两相总体逆流流动条件下,帽罩内气速达4 m/s,气固高速并流喷射无气泡,两相接触好、返混小,属快速流态化. 由于没有气泡,床层压力波动小,在塔板上颗粒返混小. 垂直筛板压降随板孔气速、帽罩底隙高度增大而增大,随帽罩开孔比、板孔径增大而减小,颗粒提升量大,床层压降大. 提升量强度随板孔气速、帽罩底隙高度、颗粒循环量增加而增大,随帽罩高度与塔节高度比增大而减少,随帽罩筛孔孔径变化存在最大值. 当帽罩开孔比为1.2~2.5、板孔面积与帽罩截面积比为0.42、帽罩底隙高与板孔孔径比为0.36~0.64时帽罩流化性能较好.  相似文献

采用双流体模型对设置竖直隔板的气固密相流化床中非球形颗粒的运动进行了模拟,颗粒形状的影响由相间曳力模型考虑,重点考察壁面处颗粒边界条件的影响。同时进行了实验室规模三维流化床的流化实验,以验证模型的有效性。通过压降轴向分布、颗粒浓度径向分布以及物料出口处颗粒质量流率功率谱估计等定量分析,结果表明:对不设置内构件的自由床,壁面反射系数对系统宏观流动特性影响较小,而对壁面处局部颗粒运动影响较大;对壁面面积大幅增加的内构件床,壁面反射系数可显著改变气体和颗粒的运动特征,取值需控制在适当范围内。  相似文献

Industrial standpipes for gas—solid recirculation systems are often installed with slide valves at their lower end for control of solid flow and pressure balance. By combining the equations for gas—solid dense phase flow with equations for flow of fluidized solids through an orifice, a set of equations is presented for standpipe design. The equations permit quantitative design of a standpipe and can be used to predict the effects of terminal pressure, slide valve opening position and aeration rate on gas and solid circulation rates, flow pattern and pressure profile in standpipes.  相似文献

Design and operation of a circulating fluidized bed requires the knowledge of fluid mechanics. According to heat and mass transfer as well as chemical reactions, the effect of the set superficial gas velocity on the axial pressure profile is of particular interest. The axial pressure profile was measured for a variety of solids, as a function of the superficial gas velocity, in a cylindrical circulating fluidized bed with an inner diameter of 0.19 m and an overall height of 11.5 m. Depending on the solids content and superficial gas velocity, two or one sections can be observed in the plant where the pressure gradient is constant. A pressure profile with one pressure gradient exists only at high gas velocities, so long as the acceleration pressure drop immediately above the gas distributor is negligible. Comparison of measured pressure drops in circulating fluidized beds with those measured in vertical pneumatic conveying led to a state diagram for vertical gas-solid flows. The operation behaviour of different types of circulating fluidized bed plants can be explained with the aid of this diagram.  相似文献

The effects of gas velocities to draft tube (26.64–52.54 cm/s) and to annulus section (8.14–11.84 cm/s) on solid circulation rate and gas bypassing fractions were determined in a square internally circulating fluidized bed reactor with an orifice-type square draft tube. The solid circulation rate and gas bypassing fraction from the annulus section to the draft tube increase but gas bypassing fraction from the draft tube to the annulus section decreases with increasing gas velocity to the draft tube. With increasing gas velocity to the annulus section, the solid circulation rate and gas bypassing fraction from the draft tube to the annulus section increase but, gas bypassing fraction from the annulus section to the draft tube decreases. The solids circulation rate was correlated with the pressure drop across the orifice and the opening area ratio based on the orifice theory. The gas bypassing fraction was correlated with gas velocities to the fluidized and the moving beds. Based on the gas bypassing fraction data, the gas flow rates across the orifice were correlated with gas velocities to the fluidized and the moving beds, opening area ratio, particle size and solids height in the bed.  相似文献

The local instantaneous and time‐average suspension densities were determined in a 76 mm diameter by 3 m tall liquid‐solids circulating fluidized bed riser using a fibre‐optic probe. Attempts were made to qualify the microflow structure through statistical analysis of the local bed voidage fluctuations obtained under different operating conditions for the first time. The results show that local microflow structure is uniform in the axial direction but non‐uniform in the radial direction with more flow fluctuation near the wall than in the core of the column for a given axial position. The standard deviation and intermittency index tend to increase with increasing solids circulating rates. Comparing with the gas—solids CFB, the liquid—solids CFB shows much more homogeneous flow structure in both the axial and radial microscopic flow behaviours. The microflow behaviours in the conventional liquid—solids fluidization, liquid—solids circulating fluidization and dilute‐phase liquid transport regimes are also characterized by examining the probability distribution and the intermittency index of the solids holdup.  相似文献

Many industrial processes utilising two or more fluidized beds are connected such that one bed flows through an opening into the other. By operating regions of the two beds at different superficial gas velocities, a bulk density difference can be created between them to effect a solids transfer through a submerged opening. The resultant flow of solids between fluidized beds of sand (194 μm and 224 μm) is modelled on the basis of a liquid analogy and force-momentum balances. The correct functional dependency of the solids flow rate is predicted for a range of gas velocities; experimental results are 70–90% of the predicted values. The prediction of the solids flow rate for changes in the size of the openings between the beds is less satisfactory, possibly because of the return flow of solids which is associated with the forward flow.  相似文献

颗粒的循环特性是循环流化床研究的重点及热点之一,在建立颗粒循环时,颗粒循环由非稳态向稳态过渡。本文在循环流化床实验装置中,采用摄像法和压力检测法研究了不稳定颗粒循环条件下颗粒流动结构和各段压降的变化情况。首次发现了不稳定颗粒循环状态下的颗粒振荡循环现象及其具有的两个特征:下降段、提升段气固流动结构呈周期性变化;下降段压降pd和提升段压降pr周期性波动且pd>pr和pdr交替出现。进一步对颗粒振荡循环过程进行受力分析,建立了颗粒振荡周期的计算公式。研究还发现在颗粒藏量一定的条件下,循环气流量或颗粒循环段阀门开度大于某一临界值时才能诱发颗粒振荡循环;颗粒振荡循环周期随着循环气流量的增大而增大,与阀门开度无关。研究结果为动态颗粒循环建立过程的研究奠定了基础,有助于快速地建立颗粒的稳定循环。  相似文献

常规脱硫反应器存在着床内气固流动不均匀、脱硫剂利用效率低等问题。安装内构件可以破碎气泡和颗粒团聚,改善流化质量,强化脱硫反应器内的气固传质和反应过程,提高脱硫效率。本文介绍了近年来半干法循环流化床脱硫反应器内构件的研究现状,主要介绍了惯性式内构件、钝体式内构件、孔板式内构件、复合型内构件;阐述了各种内构件的形式及特点,其中惯性式内构件能够强化气固分离,但不能优化流场;钝体式内构件能够增强反应器内气固湍动程度,但对轴向混合影响不大;孔板式内构件能够均布流场,但易堵塞;复合内构件能够改善流化性能,强化气固接触,但床层压降较高。通过对装有不同内构件的循环流化床脱硫反应器中气固两相流动特点的分析,指明了各类内构件对流化床内气固流动的作用原理及优缺点,综合床层压降及颗粒浓度分布,并根据现有流化床脱硫反应器内构件特点提出了促进气固高效接触、降低床层压降等新型内构件的开发方向。  相似文献

Experiments were conducted in a circulating fluidized bed, having perforated plates as internals covering wide range in the operating parameters. The effects of various operating parameters, i.e., initial moisture content, temperature, and flow rate, of the heating medium and solid circulation rate on the rate of drying have been critically examined. It has been observed from the present investigation that the presence of internals enhances the solids holdup in the riser of circulating fluidized bed. 在表观气速Ug=0.04~1.14 m/s时,采用旋流筛板构型的挡板式内构件,通过对比分析旋流筛板式气固挡板流化床与自由床内流动现象、压差脉动标准偏差和压力脉动标准偏差等参数,确定了旋流筛板式气固挡板流化床能有效破碎气泡的流动与操作条件。结果表明,构件下方区域颗粒随表观气速增加而不断转移至构件上方床层,造成构件下方区域密相床层高度持续降低,该区域出现3种流动状态并直接决定构件是否能破碎气泡。当Ug<0.44 m/s时,构件下方区域密相床层料位较高,形成下部为密相床层、上部为密相与大气泡交替通过构件的鼓泡床,此时构件具有抑制气泡生长并破碎气泡的作用,全床压差脉动及压力脉动标准偏差低于相同条件下的自由床;当0.44≤Ug<0.66 m/s时,密相床层料位较低,形成下部为密相床层、上部为单一稀相的湍动床,此时构件不再直接抑制气泡生长或破碎气泡,但构件下方密相床层的存在能降低构件下方及构件上方一定高度内床层的压力脉动强度;当Ug≥0.66 m/s后,密相床层完全消失,形成气体为连续相的稀相流化状态,构件不能破碎气泡、降低床层压力和压差脉动强度。  相似文献

密相输送床气化和双流化床气化是基于循环型流化床反应器发展起来的两种新型煤和生物质气化技术,根据这两种技术对流动的要求,提出了在循环流化床的下行床底部耦合一段移动床,为输送床内的流动提供足够高的驱动压力而提高颗粒循环量的技术思想。在根据该思想而建立的直径90 mm的输送床实验装置上的实验研究表明,利用所提出的床型构造可在表观气速9.6 m&#8226;s-1下实现400 kg&#8226;m-2&#8226;s-1的颗粒循环量。输送床的一次风速和移动床松动风速是影响颗粒循环量和输送床内颗粒浓度的主要因素,但循环量随输送床一次风速的增大而增加的走势弱于普通循环流化床。移动床松动风速在小于颗粒最小流化速度的范围内轻微变动即可显著改变颗粒循环量和输送床内颗粒浓度。在保持输送床总气速不变的前提下,通过二次风可在40%的比例范围内调节颗粒循环量,且调节作用随二次风位置的增高而减弱。  相似文献

The hydrodynamics of solids (FCC) recycle in a loop-seal (0.08 m) at the bottom of the downcomer (0.08 m-I.D.x4.0 m-high) in a circulating fluidized bed (0.1 m-I.D.x 5.3 m-high) have been determined. Solid flow rate through the loop-seal increases linearly with increasing aeration rate. At the same aeration rate, the maximum solid flow rate can be obtained at a loop-seal height-to-diameter ratio of 2.5. The effects of solid inventory, solid circulation rate and gas velocity on pressure balance around the CFB have been determined. At a given gas velocity and solid circulation rate, pressure drops across the downcomer and loop-seal increase linearly with increasing solids inventory in the bed. At a constant solid inventory, pressure drops across the riser and the downcomer increase with increasing solid circulation rate but decrease with increasing gas velocity in the riser. The obtained solid flow rate has been correlated with pressure drop across the loop-seal.  相似文献

The annular fluidized bed combines a long solids residence time and a good heat and mass transfer. To experimentally characterize the flow pattern in the system, pressure drop and capacitance probe measurements have been carried out under ambient conditions in two plants of inner diameters of 0.19 and 0.74 m. Depending on the interaction between gas velocity in the central jet and ratio of bubble to central nozzle diameter, the ratio of internal to external solids circulation can be regulated.  相似文献

The effect of louver baffles on the particle concentration profiles, pressure fluctuations, bed expansion, and gas mixing of a fluidized bed was investigated in a transparent 2-D column of cross-section 500×30 mm and height 6 m over a broad range of operating conditions covering both the bubbling and turbulent flow regimes. Visual observations, pressure fluctuations and steady gas tracer experiments showed that louver baffles can break bubbles, as indicted by the lower amplitudes and higher mean frequencies of differential pressure fluctuations, but they were only effective for superficial gas velocities <∼0.7 m/s for the FCC particles considered in this study. The ability of louver baffles to break bubbles reached a maximum near the onset of the turbulent flow regime. A gas cushion of low particle concentration appeared below the louver baffle, and its height increased with increasing superficial gas velocity, indicating increasing suppression of solids backmixing. Internal emulsion circulation was promoted above the louver baffle, causing an uneven distribution of gas flow. The addition of louver baffles reduced the upstream tracer gas concentrations by 80-90%, indicating a significant decrease in the backmixing fluxes of both gas and solids across the baffle layer. The tracer gas concentrations above the louver baffles increased resulting from the promoted emulsion circulation by louver baffles.  相似文献

Fluidized beds employing fine powders are finding increased application in the chemical and petrochemical industry because of their excellent mass and heat transfer characteristics. However, in fluidized bed chemical reactors axial gas back mixing can strongly decrease the conversion and selectivity. By insertion of membranes in fluidized beds large improvements in conversion and selectivity can be achieved, firstly by optimizing axial concentration profiles via distributive feeding of one of the reactants or selective withdrawal of one of the products, and secondly, by decreasing the effective axial dispersion via compartmentalization of the fluidized bed. Moreover, insertion of membrane bundles in a suitable configuration impedes bubble growth, thereby reducing reactant by-pass via rapidly rising large bubbles. In this work the influence of the presence and configuration of membrane bundles and the effect of gas addition via the membranes on the effective axial dispersion was studied experimentally.Steady state concentration profiles were measured where a CO2-tracer was injected at different locations through a probe (point injection) or via the membranes (line injection) into a square fluidized bed containing glass particles (75-, 2550 kg/m3) fluidized with nitrogen distributed via a porous plate. Different bed configurations, viz. without internals, with vertical or horizontal membrane bundles were investigated and the effects of overall fluidization velocity and gas flow ratio of gas fed through the membrane bundles and the porous plate distributor were studied.Experimental results revealed that the insertion of vertical and horizontal membrane bundles decreases the effective axial dispersion considerably compared to a bed without internals. The point injection experiments indicated the importance of a non-uniform lateral emulsion phase velocity profile. The line injection experiments clearly pointed out the importance of bubble-to-emulsion phase mass transfer limitations. Gas addition through the membrane bundles decreases the effective axial gas dispersion enormously by almost annihilating the solids down flow along the walls and by decreasing the average bubble size and bubble fraction.  相似文献

The axial distribution of large biomass particles in bubbling fluidized beds comprised of sand and biomass is investigated in this study. The global and local pressure drop profiles are analyzed in mixtures fluidized at superficial gas velocities ranging from 0.2 to 1 m/s. In addition, the radioactive particle tracking technique is used to track the trajectory of a tracer mimicking the behavior of biomass particles in systems consisting of 2, 8, and 16% of biomass mass ratio. The effects of superficial gas velocity and the mixture composition on the mixing/segregation of the bed components are explored by analyzing the circulatory motion of the active tracer. Contrary to low fluidization velocity (U = 0.36 m/s), biomass circulation and distribution are enhanced at U = 0.64 m/s with increasing the load of biomass particles. 溢流管是多层流化床的关键构件。本文设计的由下料料腿和锥斗组成的气控式锥形溢流管,由于物料在料腿中处于流态化状态,在锥斗中以气固顺流浓相向上输送,因此,这种溢流管可以防止物料在料腿中的架桥和喷料。 试验中测定了多气源和双气源两种气控式多层床的流动特性,包括各床层和溢流管压降以及固体停留时间分布。在回收低浓度二氯乙烷的中间工厂试验中,采用了具有同心圆的双气源多层流化床,获得以下主要结果: 吸附率>97%,排放气浓度<25mg/m~3,活性炭损失<0.1%。 这种能使固体物料由高压区输至低压区,或从低压区输至高压区的气控锥形溢流管结构,亦可用于旋风器料腿的返尘以及在循环系统中固体物料的连续加、排装置。  相似文献
