提出了用有限差分方法分析不对称脊波导主模的截止波长和场结构图等传输特性,推导出用有限差分方法计算相关参数的公式。脊波导中主模的截止波长可随脊位置的变化而变化。文中编程计算了不对称脊波导、L型波导脊位置变化时截止波长和场结构的变化规律,给出了计算数据和曲线图。计算结果与相关文献非常吻合,证明文中提出的计算方法和计算结果是正确和可行的。 相似文献

将构成基片集成脊波导脊的一排金属针等效成实金属脊。基于基片集成波导等效宽度计算公式推导了基片集成脊波导等效脊宽的计算公式。运用横向谐振法推导了TEm0模基片集成脊波导截止频率的计算公式,同时运用这些公式分别计算了TE10模、TE20模和TE30模基片集成脊波导的截止频率,并与仿真软件计算的结果和参考文献所给结果进行了比较。结果显示:利用所给公式计算的结果具有较高的精度,且使用方便。此外,还研究了截止频率与脊宽和脊隙之间的关系,对一种适合宽带应用的宽脊结构进行了讨论。 相似文献

The electromagnetic field of the dominant mode propagating in the inhomogeneously dielectrically loaded double ridged waveguide is given in terms of a modal series expansion. The numerical evaluation of the propagation constant reveals a remarkably linear dispersion diagram in close agreement with measurements performed in the 8-40-GHz range. Based on this analysis, the bandwidth of a ridged waveguide CO/sub 2/ -laser modulator is calculated to exceed 40 GHz, when a 25-mm long CdTe crystal is used as electrooptic material. 相似文献

Optimum stepped transformers from rectangular waveguide to ridged and all-metal finned waveguides are designed with the method of field expansion into eigenmodes, which includes higher order mode interaction between the step discontinuities. Computer-optimized design data are given for a Ku-band ridged waveguide prototype with a ridge width of 1 mm, as well as for Ku-band and E-band finned waveguide transformers with commercially available metal fin thicknesses of 0.19 mm and 0.1 mm, respectively, suitable for metal-etching manufacturing technique. The optimum designs achieve a minimum return loss of about 36 dB, or 34 dB for the whole Ku- or E-band, respectively. The theory is verified by comparison with measured results. 相似文献

A partial eigenfunction expansion of the electric-type dyadic Green's function used in aperture-coupled waveguide problems is discussed in connection with the traditional Green's function expansion in terms of the waveguide modes. Based on the principles of distributions, the delta-function term is extracted from a double series, resulting in the complete representation of the Green's function in the source region. This, in turn, is related to inclusion of the term with zero indices in the computation of the double-series expansion, even though it does not correspond to any waveguide mode. The effect of exclusion of this term from the series, and controversies over published results in the analysis of slotted-waveguide couplers and radiators, are illustrated. 相似文献

A tapered coaxial tip in a parallel plate waveguide is investigated. A boundary-value problem of electromagnetic scattering from a tapered coaxial monopole is solved rigorously based on the Fourier transform, eigenfunction expansion, and mode matching.
