核电站的安全、可靠和经济运行是核电事业发展的基础。不断提升核电站的安全水平、运行业绩、提高核电的竞争力是核电发展的永恒主题。核燃料及燃料管理直接关系到核电站安全水平和运行的经济性,是核电站技术改进和安全改进的核心领域。而设备管理是保证核电站设备长期安全可靠运行的重要基础。在燃料管理方面,经过多年的实践,广东核电的燃料管理取得了长足的进步。燃料管理的队伍也不断成长壮大。20世纪80年代末、90年代初引进AFA 2G燃料组件制造技术及引进换料堆芯设计技术。20世纪90年代初引进、消化、吸收西屋全套燃料管理设计技术,并应用到电站的燃料管理设计和改进论证中。20世纪90年代中期实现AFA 2G燃料组件供应国产化。从燃料监造、换料设计到运行堆芯监督各方面从严把关,大大提高了燃料的可靠性,燃料可靠性指标连续多年保持在国际先进水平。1998年,经过广东核电、中国核动力研究设计院(NPIC)的共同努力,实现了换料设计的国内化。NPIC从第五循环开始承担大亚湾核电站的换料设计工作。1997~1999年:针对大亚湾核电站高压安注系统存在的可用率较低的问题,经过自主分析,发现了原始设计的不合理之处。经过独立分析论证,提出将高压安注...  相似文献

The study of inelastic scattering of fast neutrons is an important problem of both theoretical and practical interest. From the theoretical point of view the importance of this work lies in the possibility of obtaining data concerning levels in stable nuclei. The practical value arises in connection with the important role played by inelastic scattering of neutrons in fast-neutron reactors as well as the fact that the extension of reactor theory to fast-neutron reactors requires data on the spectra of inelastically scattered neutrons [1, 2]. In this connection the necessity for developing a neutron spectrometer for fast neutrons and-spectroscopy for inelastic neutron scattering is obvious. In the last 5–7 years a great deal of work has been devoted to this problem.The present work reports on measurements of-ray spectra excited in inelastic scattering of 2.8 Mev neutrons by manganese, aluminum, iron, copper, tin and antimony. The measurements were carried out with a scintillation spectrometer consisting of an NaI(Tl) crystal, a FEU-1B photomultiplier and a 50-channel pulse-height analyzer with a magnetic-drum memory. The spectrometer resolution was 6.5–7% for-rays from Co60.-Rays of the following energies (Mev) were found: in manganese 0.97, 1.41, 1.92, 2.3; in aluminum 0.84, 1.00, 1.80, 2.16; in iron 0.84, 1.25, 1.46, 1.70; in copper 0.63, 0.78. 0.96, 1.12, 1.38, 1.46, 1.72, 2.03; in tin 0.84, 1.16, 1.50, 1.80, 2.16; in antimony 1.04, 1.50, 1.84, 2.16.Abbreviated version of a paper appearing in the Ukrainian Journal of Physics.The authors wish to take this opportunity to thank L. Introduction Nickel is a very important structure material in nuclear fusion engineering. The neutron activation cross section are very useful in fusion research and other applications such as radiation safety, environmental, material damage and neutron dosimetry. More efforts are required to identify and resolve the discrepancies in the existing activation cross sections from different laboratories. The natural nickel consists of five stable isotopes. Abstract

It is believed that there will be shipments of radioactive material and waste, as the nuclear industry moves into maturity, which may not be well accommodated within the current transport regulations. Although these shipments could be made under Special Arrangement approvals, the regulatory system would be better served if more formal requirements and criteria were included in the regulations and the shipments were considered in accordance with the regulations. A Special Arrangement approval is now defined as authorising transport of a shipment which does not satisfy all the applicable requirements of the regulations. This paper proposes the Transport System approach to regulating these types of shipments, where operational restrictions or other packaging provisions could compensate for the absence or inadequacy of packaging or other associated requirements. These shipments would require Competent Authority approval, and acceptance criteria would be included in terms of limits on probability, consequences and risk. The process would be limited to those types of shipments where the package system does not work well. The advantages of including Transport System approval within the regulations include reduction in the time required to obtain an approval, greater efficiency of decontamination and decommissioning operations, and assurance of an equivalent level of safety.  相似文献

When neutron beams from source (reactor) pass through the collimator, and transmit the sample, some neutrons change the direction through the neutron scatter, some neutrons, which have no any collision in the sample, are detected by the detector. 本文在E_u=4.5—18兆电子伏能量范围内,用活化法测量了~(27)Al(n,a)~(24)Na,Ti(n,x)~(46)Sc,Ti(n,x)~(48)Sc,~(51)V(n,α)~(48)Sc,~(115)In(n,2n)~(114m)In和~(127)I(n,2n)~(126)I的反应截面。在E_n=14.6±0.3兆电子伏时,对~(27)Al(n,α)~(24)Na反应截面进行了绝对测量,并以此为基准对上述反应截面作了相对测量。结果分别为117.5±3.9毫靶;291.4±15.4毫靶;63.7±3.5毫靶;16.8±0.9毫靶;1359±90毫靶和1656±77毫靶。本文还对国外发表的数据作了比较和讨论。  相似文献

用体外模拟实验结合^59Fe放射性同位素示踪方法就脂肪,维生素,锌,钙等对植物性食物铁利用率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,合理的膳食配置是抗高铁的生物利用率的重要环节,如维生素C和适量的烹调用油有利于铁的吸收,而同时食用有大量锌,钙等远元素的强化食品则对铁的吸收有一定阻碍。  相似文献

Soil samples in and around salt field area have been analyzed for natural radioactivity concentration using gamma ray spectrometer.The activity concentration for ~(232)Th,~(238)U and ~(40)K are ranged from 27.88 to 45.27 Bq/kg, from BDL to 13.30 Bq/kg,and from 135.54 to 381.28 Bq/kg,respectively.The measured activity concentrations for these radionuclides were compared with world average activity of soil.The average activity concentration of ~(232)Th in the present study is 1.19 times higher than world median value while the activity of ~(238)U and ~(40)K is found to be lower. The absorbed dose rates due to these radionuclides were calculated.The average absorbed gamma dose rate due to the presence of ~(232)Th,~(238)U and ~(40)K in soil samples is 36.99 nGy·h~(-1).These results indicate no radiological anomaly. The data presented in this study will serve as a base line survey for primordial radionuclides concentration in the study area.  相似文献
