通过有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对槽钢辊弯成型过程建立有限元模型,分析该过程中应力、应变和位移场情况,得到了槽钢在该过程中的变形特点和规律。研究结果为冷弯型钢产品的开发、孔型的设计等问题提供了预测模型,是对辊弯成型理论的补充,可以作为生产实践的有益参考。 相似文献

冷弯型钢和焊管是广泛应用的型材,但其成型机理较难描述。针对实际冷弯成型轧制过程,为了更精准地进行应力应变分析,提出了轧制过程的动态链式模型,在样条有限条法的基础上,利用该模型研究实际轧制过程中结点与链的变形分析方法,给出链式结构结点的孔型应力应变数学描述式,并在此基础上给出了结点的智能结构。对每个结点和链建立对应的Agent,建立各Agent的知识规则,实现利用链式模型分析冷弯成型轧制过程的新方法。为建立新的复杂断面孔型设计算法提供理论基础。 相似文献

This paper presents an analytical model that predicts the surface profile of a workpiece in a round-to-2-R oval groove and
a square section-to-2-R oval groove rolling sequence. “2-R oval” indicates a profile of the roll groove that has two different
radii of curvature. Using low carbon steel (S10C) and stainless steel (STS304), we conduct a hot groove rolling experiment
to verify the robustness of the proposed model. Results show that the predicted surface profile and exit cross-sectional area
are in good agreement with experimental results. The second radius of curvature of the 2-R oval groove is important in reducing
the exit cross-sectional area of the workpiece and partly squeezing the workpiece outward (i.e., in the roll gap direction)
when in contact with the workpiece. Therefore, the surface profile of the workpiece in the 2-R oval groove is smaller than

The mode of peeling and its effect on the tool life during the discontinuous machining of a carbon steel was investigated. This paper presents a design method of the forming groove-to-separating groove rolling sequence used in slit rolling process.
Based on the equivalent rectangle approximation, we have designed the forming groove which produces a peanut-shaped cross
section via rolling from workpiece with an inlet (incoming) square cross section. The separating groove is designed by lowering
its width and height in the ratio of 1:3 for the given reduction ratio. With the forming groove and separating groove designed
by the proposed design method, we have performed a pilot rolling test at high temperature (around 1000°C) using low carbon
(0.1%C) steel and have also carried out finite element analysis to examine the expansibility of the proposed design method.
The Results reveal that if the ratio of the roll diameter over the side length of a square is in the range of 4.0 ∼ 8.0, the
design method proposed in this study can be systematically applied to design the forming groove-to-separating groove without

A novel method for deep groove machining is developed which utilizes a long-shank variable-pitch end mill with a feed-directional thin support in this research. Recently, thin and tall ribs are required for many parts to reduce their weight and material consumption without sacrificing their stiffness and strength. It leads to necessity of deep and narrow grooves in dies and molds for their mass production. However, such deep groove machining is difficult, since long flexible end mills cause severe chatter vibrations induced by regeneration and mode-coupling. There have been many studies on the regenerative chatter vibration, while there have been few studies on the mode-coupling chatter vibration. Both chatter vibrations need to be suppressed in the deep groove machining. In this study, the regenerative chatter vibration is suppressed by employing one of the conventional methods, i.e. a variable-pitch end mill. On the other hand, there is not a good method to suppress the mode-coupling chatter vibration in the deep groove machining. Therefore, a new suppression method is proposed in which the long-shank variable-pitch end mill is supported with a thin plate in the feed direction. The support device and the long-shank variable-pitch end mill are developed and applied to machining of hardened die steel. Validity of the proposed method is verified both analytically and experimentally in this study. 相似文献

摆线盘是摆线钢球减速器减速机构的重要组成部分,槽深相同情况下采用V型截面曲线效果优于圆弧截面曲线,本文在V型截面曲线基础上提出了抛物线型截面曲线。研究表明钢球拟合深度相同时,抛物线型截面,开口更小、槽深更浅,在减少摆线盘根切的同时减少切除量,增加摆线盘的整体强度和稳定性。提出通过改变抛物线截面曲线方程,改变钢球与摆线盘的接触点,从而实现避免接触点被根切的设计方法,并通过实例验证该方法的有效性。 相似文献
