智利以铜著称,是中国铜业关注的地方.尽管北京与智利首都圣地亚哥的距离是全球各国首都之间最远的两个点,但还是有一批又一批的考察团远渡重洋来到这个神秘的国度. 2008年4月,我随山东方圆集团组成的考察组从北京启程,经过两次转机与航行到达地球另一面的圣地亚哥.这是一次行程长达两万多公里,历时近36个小时,横跨了欧亚大陆、穿越非洲大陆、掠过大西洋、赤道线和南美洲的漫长旅行,再加上智利境内的考察航程,往返的行程累计起来可以绕地球一周了!  相似文献

采用MSC公司的Superform软件对不同阿基米得螺线系数下的热推扩进行了模拟.扩径段采用了3种不同的系数并分析了不同系数下对热推扩成形弯管的影响.结果表明:扩径变形段中心轴线采用曲率半径渐变的阿基米得螺线,有利于管坯凹面金属充分向凸面流动,避免了传统弯曲变形内侧受压增厚,外侧受拉减薄;阿基米得螺线系数a≤0.9时,环向厚度差大;a≥l.3时,容易出现起皱和45°剪切变薄.本试验范围内,a值取1.0最佳.  相似文献

本文以还原铁粉为结合剂,通过金刚石工具实际制备条件下的烧结试验,分析了在实际生产环境下,铁元素对金刚石的形貌和性能的影响,总结了在铁元素作用下,烧结温度和保温时间对金刚石冲击韧性等机械性能以及形貌的影响规律.结果表明:随着温度的升高和时间的延长,铁元素对金刚石冲击韧性的影响愈加严重,但在一定的温度、时间范围内,铁元素对金刚石冲击韧性的影响并不明显,可以在T=900℃~1100℃t≤15 min范围内选择合适的工艺规范;铁元素的加入,对金刚石的抗静压强度影响不大;在一定的温度和保温时间等条件下,铁元素对金刚石形貌的影响主要表现在表面的刻蚀,从而在金刚石表面形成蜂窝状结构,这种作用优先发生在{100}面族.  相似文献

采用亚熔盐法对赤泥中的Al2O3和Na2O的回收进行研究.实验第一步通过采用亚熔盐和添加适量石灰乳液回收赤泥中的Al2O3,使其中Al2O3的含量降至4.19%,Al2O3单程回收率达88%;实验第二步采用低浓度的NaOH溶液对赤泥进行深度脱钠,使得最终赤泥中Al2O3和Na2O的含量分别降到3.88%和1.39%,Al2O3/SiO2和Na2O/ SiO2相应降到0.17和0.06;经过回收Al2O3和Na2O后的终赤泥呈现出表面疏松多孔的颗粒状形貌.本研究在较低温的条件下综合回收赤泥中的Al2O3和Na2O.  相似文献

Al2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 catalytic powders were synthesized by the coprecipitation (ACZ-C) and mechanical mixing (ACZ-M) methods, respectively. As-synthesized powders were characterized by XRD, Raman spectroscopy, surface area and thermogravimetric analyses. It was found that the mixing extent of Al3+ ions affected the phase development, texture and oxygen storage capacity (OSC) of the Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 powder. Single phase of ACZ-C could be maintained without phase separation and inhibit α-Al2O3 formation up to 1200 °C. The specific surface area value of ACZ-C (81.5 m2/g) was larger than that of ACZ-M (62.1 m2/g) and Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 (17.1 m2/g) powders, which were calcined at 1000 °C. In comparison with ACZ-C and Al2O3, which were calcined at high temperature (900–1200 °C), it was found that the degradation rate of specific surface area of ACZ-C was lower than that of Al2O3. ACZ-C sample showed a higher thermal stability to resist phase separation and crystallite growth, which enhanced the oxygen storage capacity property for Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 powders.  相似文献

Increased turbine inlet temperature in advanced turbines has promoted the development of thermal barrier coating (TBC) materials with high-temperature capability. In this paper, BaLa2Ti3O10 (BLT) was produced by solid-state reaction of BaCO3, TiO2 and La2O3 at 1500 °C for 48 h. BLT showed phase stability between room temperature and 1400 °C. BLT revealed a linearly increasing thermal expansion coefficient with increasing temperature up to 1200 °C and the coefficients of thermal expansion (CTEs) are in the range of 1 × 10− 5–12.5 × 10− 6 K− 1, which are comparable to those of 7YSZ. BLT coatings with stoichiometric composition were produced by atmospheric plasma spraying. The coating contained segmentation cracks and had a porosity of around 13%. The microhardness for the BLT coating is 3.9–4.5 GPa. The thermo-physical properties of the sprayed coating were investigated. The thermal conductivity at 1200 °C is about 0.7 W/mK, exhibiting a very promising potential in improving the thermal insulation property of TBC. Thermal cycling result showed that the BLT TBC had a lifetime of more than 1100 cycles of about 200 h at 1100 °C. The failure of the coating occurred by cracking at the thermally grown oxide (TGO) layer due to severe oxidation of bond coat. Based on the above merits, BLT could be considered as a promising material for TBC applications.  相似文献

Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 nanoparticles have been synthesized by a polymerised complex method by using precursor materials of barium nitrate, zinc acetate, niobium oxide, hydrofluoric acid and citric acid. Thermal decomposition characteristics and crystallization behavior of the powders were investigated by the thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffractometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 phase started to form at low temperature of 400 °C and, single phase Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 perovskite structure was obtained at 1000 °C. Microstructural investigation revealed that the major particle size of Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 nanoparticles were in the range of 80–110 nm with spherical morphology and homogeneous size distribution. But the powders also contained some agglomeration.  相似文献

New pyrophosphate Sn0.9Sc0.1(P2O7)1−δ was prepared by an aqueous solution method. The structure and conductivity of Sn0.9Sc0.1(P2O7)1−δ have been investigated. XRD analysis indicates that Sn0.9Sc0.1(P2O7)1−δ exhibits a 3 × 3 × 3 super structure. It was found that Sn0.9Sc0.1(P2O7)1−δ prepared by an aqueous method is not conductive. The total conductivity of Sn0.9Sc0.1(P2O7)1−δ in open air is 2.35 × 10−6 and 2.82 × 10−9 S/cm at 900 and 400 °C respectively. In wet air, the total conductivity is about two orders of magnitude higher (8.1 × 10−7 S/cm at 400 °C) than in open air indicating some proton conduction. SnP2O7 and Sn0.92In0.08(P2O7)1−δ prepared by an acidic method were reported fairly conductive but prepared by similar solution methods are not conductive. Therefore, the conductivity of SnP2O7-based materials might be related to the synthetic history. The possible conduction mechanism of SnP2O7-based materials has been discussed in detail.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties and the microstructures of ZnO-doped La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics prepared by conventional solid-state route have been studied. Doped with ZnO (up to 0.75 wt%) can effectively promote the densification of La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics with low sintering temperature. At 1320 °C, La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics with 0.75 wt% ZnO addition possesses a dielectric constant (r) of 30.2, a Q × f value of 73,000 GHz (at 8 GHz) and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of −35 ppm/°C.  相似文献

The isothermal oxidation behavior of bulk Ti3AlC2 has been investigated at 1000-1400 °C in air for exposure times up to 20 h by means of TGA, XRD, SEM and EDS. It has been demonstrated that Ti3AlC2 has excellent oxidation resistance. The oxidation of Ti3AlC2 generally followed a parabolic rate law with parabolic rate constants, kp that increased from 4.1×10−11 to 1.7×10−8 kg2 m−4 s−1 as the temperature increased from 1000 to 1400 °C. The scales formed at temperatures below 1300 °C were dense, adherent, resistant to cyclic oxidation and layered. The inner layer of these scales formed at temperatures below 1300 °C was continuous α-Al2O3. The outer layer changed from rutile TiO2 at temperatures below 1200 °C to a mixture of Al2TiO5 and TiO2 at 1300 °C. In the samples oxidized at 1400 °C, the scale consisted of a mixture of Al2TiO5 and, predominantly, α-Al2O3, while the adhesion of the scales to the substrates was less than that at the lower temperatures. Effect of carbon monoxide at scale/substrate was involved in the formation of the continuous Al2O3 layers.  相似文献

The subsolidus phase relations of the ternary system ZnO–P2O5–MoO3 were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). Seven binary compounds and eight 3-phase regions were determined, and no ternary compound was found in this system. The phase diagram of pseudo-binary system Zn3(PO4)2–Zn3Mo2O9 was also constructed through XRD and differential thermal analysis (DTA) methods, and the result reveals this system is eutectic system. The eutectic temperature is 904 °C and the corresponding component is 30% Zn3Mo2O9 and 70% Zn3(PO4)2.  相似文献

The influence of nucleation on the microstructure and properties of CVD Al2O3 was investigated. The experimental α-Al2O3 layers were deposited (a) without nucleation control and (b) with nucleation steps resulting in pronounced , and growth textures. The experimental layers were characterised using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Wear properties of the textured coatings were evaluated in turning. The chemistry of the nucleation surface appeared to be an important factor in pre-determining the phase content and growth textures of the Al2O3 layers. Optimised nucleation resulted in substantially improved wear properties and these kinds of α-Al2O3 layers were typically composed of relatively small, defect-free grains exhibiting no porosity. The textured α-Al2O3 layer showed the best wear resistance.  相似文献

The corrosion behavior of pure Nb and three Nb Al alloys containing 12.5, 25, and 75 at.% Al was studied over the temperature range of 800–1000°C in a H2/H2S/H2O gas mixture. Except for the Nb-12.5Al alloy consisting of a two phase structure of -Nb and Nb3Al, other alloys studied were single phase. The corrosion kinetics followed the parabolic rate law in all cases, regardless of temperature and alloy composition. The parabolic rate constants increased with increasing temperature, but fluctuated with increasing Al content. The Nb-75Al alloy exhibited the best corrosion resistance among all alloys studied, whose corrosion rates are 1.6–2.2 orders of magnitude lower than those of pure-Nb (depending on temperature). An exclusive NbO2 layer was formed on pure Nb, while heterophasic scales were observed on Nb-Al alloys whose compositions and amounts strongly depended on Al content and temperature. The scales formed on Nb-12.5Al consisted of mostly NbO2 and minor amounts of Nb2O5, NbS2, and -Al2O3, while the scales formed on Nb-25Al consisted of mostly Nb2O5 and some -Al2O3. The scales formed on Nb-75Al consisted of mostly -Al2O3 and Nb3S4 atT 900°C, and mostly -Al2O3 , Nb3S4 and some AlNbO4 at 1000°C. The formation of -Al2O3 and Nb3S4 resulted in a significant reduction of the corrosion rates.  相似文献

The present work investigates the hot corrosion resistance of detonation gun sprayed (D-gun) Cr3C2–NiCr coatings on Superni 75, Superni 718 and Superfer 800 H superalloys. The deposited coatings on these superalloy substrates exhibit nearly uniform, adherent and dense microstructure with porosity less than 0.8%. Thermogravimetry technique is used to study the high temperature hot corrosion behavior of bare and Cr3C2–NiCr coated superalloys in molten salt environment (Na2SO4–60% V2O5) at high temperature 900 °C for 100 cycles. The corrosion products of the detonation gun sprayed Cr3C2–NiCr coatings on superalloys are analyzed by using XRD, SEM, and FE-SEM/EDAX to reveal their microstructural and compositional features for elucidating the corrosion mechanisms. It is shown that the Cr3C2–NiCr coatings on Ni- and Fe-based superalloy substrates are found to be very effective in decreasing the corrosion rate in the given molten salt environment at 900 °C. Particularly, the coating deposited on Superfer 800 H showed a better hot corrosion protection as compared to Superni 75 and Superni 718. The coatings serve as an effective diffusion barrier to preclude the diffusion of oxygen from the environment into the substrate superalloys. It is concluded that the hot corrosion resistance of the D-gun sprayed Cr3C2–NiCr coating is due to the formation of desirable microstructural features such as very low porosity, uniform fine grains, and the flat splat structures in the coating.  相似文献
