提出一种实时编码实时截断的码率控制算法.它根据已分解的小波子带内码块有效位平面数来预测未分解的小波子带内码块有效位平面数,并根据编码通道数和小波/量化权系数为当前编码码块分配码率.并提出一种JPEG2000编码实时截断,两级码率控制的编码体系结构.第一级采用本文提出的算法实时截断码流和编码通道.第二级在低码率下采用JPEG2000标准的PCRD优化算法搜索精确的分层截断点.在最优分层截断之前多数码流和编码通道被预先截断,存储器损耗小,实时性高.低码率下,图像质量跟JPEG2000标准一致.  相似文献

本文针对JPEG2000基本编码系统,提出一种基于信息隐藏的图象数据恢复方法.首先依据JPEG2000码流的特点设计容错信息,然后对量化前的小波系数进行非线性处理,估算出量化以后各个小波系数上存在冗余的相对大小,根据估算的冗余对各个嵌入点处的嵌入强度进行图象自适应调整,最后将容错信息嵌入到图象的高频分量中,实现对码流的非均等差错保护.  相似文献

本文提出了一种将数字水印技术和JPEG2000压缩编码实现过程相统一的方法。JPEG2000是新一代静止图像压缩编码标准,它是在EBCOT(优化截断嵌入式块编码)算法的基础上形成的。本文结合JPEG2000格式压缩码流的形成过程,以位平面为处理平台嵌入水印,根据需要在图像解码端检测水印,实现水印技术和编码算法的统一。与传统方法相比,该方法节省了将嵌入水印的图像进行二次压缩的运算成本,提高了检测水印的效率:充分利用了JPEG2000编码的优越性,在图像进行渐进的有损传输或在较高的压缩比时仍能有效地检测到水印,具有较高的鲁棒性。  相似文献

讨论一种利用图像重要性测度实现静态图像压缩标准JPEG2000编码方法。JPEG2000编码器的技术核心是离散小波变换和:EBCOT,而EBCOT是由两个编码引擎T1,T2组成的,其中T2编码主要是完成码流的组织,其方法是灵活多变的,用户可以根据特殊要求组织码流,只要码流的格式符合JPEG2000的格式即可。本文根据编码图像小波域的系数和时域的像素值计算该系数的重要性,并利用重要性组织完全符合JPEG2000格式的码流。可以利用标准JPEG2000解码器对本算法形成的码流进行解码。  相似文献

提出一种基于双重截断的JPEG 2000码率控制算法,并给出其VLSI架构。双重截断包括基于熵估计的码率预分配的粗略截断和易于硬件实现的Tier-2快速截断。首先根据各个码块的熵估计值在所有码块熵估计值总和中所占的比例,提前分配码率,实时控制Tier-1编码部分对码流的第一次截断;再利用一种Tier-2快速码流截断法寻找最优截断点,进行码流的第二次精细截断。实验结果表明,通过双重截断所得的压缩图像,与标准PCRD-opt压缩图像的峰值信噪比差值最大不超过0.5 dB。  相似文献

JPEG2000图像的分层特性要求采用不等差错保护方法以实现高效传输,本文提出了一种新型的不等差错保护方法,对不同位平面采用不同码率的抗差错算术码进行编码.与基于信道编码的不等差错保护方法相比,该方法保持了压缩码流的结构,避免了复杂的信道成帧过程.与已有的基于抗差错算术码的等差错保护方法相比,该方法提高了传输图像的质量.  相似文献

随着多媒体技术和网络技术的飞速发展,JPEG标准已经无法满足人类的要求,于是产生了新一代静态图像压缩技术—JPEG2000。JPEG2000编码系统由预处理、离散小波变换(DWT)、量化和熵编码组成,其采用了DWT和优化截取嵌入块编码(EBCOT)算法,具有JPEG标准无法比拟的优势。介绍了JPEG2000编码系统的组成、优点以及与JPEG的对比。实验证明,相同压缩率下,JPEG2000压缩比JPEG获得了更好的图像质量。  相似文献

研究并实现基于JPEG XR图像稳定性和内容认证的半脆弱数字水印技术。对JPEG XR图像的频率结构和码流结构进行了分析和研究,提取码流中每个分割块的DC系数和LP系数构造基于图像的二值信息,作为数字水印置乱后嵌入到原图像对应像素点YUV色彩空间的Y分量的最低有效位中,然后再对含有水印的图像进行JPEG XR再编码实现水印嵌入。通过比较基于图像的二值信息和嵌入在图像的二值水印信息,进行篡改定位。对含水印图像进行压缩、噪声、剪切等常见攻击实验,结果表明具有较好的稳定性和内容认证能力。  相似文献

In this paper, we address issues concerning bilevel image compression using JPEG2000. While JPEG2000 is designed to compress both bilevel and continuous tone image data using a single unified framework, there exist significant limitations with respect to its use in the lossless compression of bilevel imagery. In particular, substantial degradation in image quality at low resolutions severely limits the resolution scalable features of the JPEG2000 code-stream. We examine these effects and present two efficient methods to improve resolution scalability for bilevel imagery in JPEG2000. By analyzing the sequence of rounding operations performed in the JPEG2000 lossless compression pathway, we introduce a simple pixel assignment scheme that improves image quality for commonly occurring types of bilevel imagery. Additionally, we develop a more general strategy based on the JPIP protocol, which enables efficient interactive access of compressed bilevel imagery. It may be noted that both proposed methods are fully compliant with Part 1 of the JPEG2000 standard.   相似文献

One of the goals of telemedicine is to enable remote visualization and browsing of medical volumes. There is a need to employ scalable compression schemes and efficient client-server models to obtain interactivity and an enhanced viewing experience. First, we present a scheme that uses JPEG2000 and JPIP (JPEG2000 Interactive Protocol) to transmit data in a multi-resolution and progressive fashion. The server exploits the spatial locality offered by the wavelet transform and packet indexing information to transmit, in so far as possible, compressed volume data relevant to the clients query. Once the client identifies its volume of interest (VOI), the volume is refined progressively within the VOI from an initial lossy to a final lossless representation. Contextual background information can also be made available having quality fading away from the VOI. Second, we present a prioritization that enables the client to progressively visualize scene content from a compressed file. In our specific example, the client is able to make requests to progressively receive data corresponding to any tissue type. The server is now capable of reordering the same compressed data file on the fly to serve data packets prioritized as per the client's request. Lastly, we describe the effect of compression parameters on compression ratio, decoding times and interactivity. We also present suggestions for optimizing JPEG2000 for remote volume visualization and volume browsing applications. The resulting system is ideally suited for client-server applications with the server maintaining the compressed volume data, to be browsed by a client with a low bandwidth constraint.  相似文献

JPEG2000是基于小波变换的新一代静止图像压缩标准,与以往的压缩标准相比,其具有很多优点。但是JPEG2000以MSE作为图像失真评价标准,而MSE不能很好的符合人眼主观评分,进而很大地影响了JPEG2000的压缩性能。该文在JPEG2000标准框架下,提出了以结构相似度作为失真评价标准的静止图像压缩算法(SJPEG2000)。该算法以系数对图像结构信息贡献量的大小作为准则来截取码流,使压缩后的图像尽量保存原图像的结构信息。实验结果表明,该算法压缩得到的图像很好地保留了图像结构信息,压缩图像的主观质量得到提高,结构相似度值较原JPEG2000也有一定提高。  相似文献

随着成像光谱仪向着高光谱分辨率、高空间分辨率方向发展,高光谱图像的数据量呈几何级数增长。由于数据传输和存储能力的限制,必须对高光谱图像进行有效压缩。首先,对高光谱图像的相关性进行了深入分析,得知其具有一定的空间相关性和极强的谱间相关性,从而具有较强的可压缩性。其次,结合JPEG2000对DPCM进行了修改,提出了基于一阶线性预测与JPEG2000相结合的无损压缩方案。最后,在软件平台上实现了该方案,并取得了较好的压缩效果。结果表明,该方案可以有效的实现高光谱图像无损压缩,验证了方案的可行性,为硬件平台上实现该方案提供了理论依据。  相似文献

A data hiding approach to embed the indexing keys inside the JPEG compressed images for their retrieval, inspired from the spirit of digital watermarking, is proposed. At the stage of database population, the existing approach is to compress all images by standard JPEG in order to save their storage space, but this ignores the compression of their indexing keys under the notion that the size of each indexing key is negligible. When a large image database is established, however, this part of storage space becomes non-trivial. By hiding the indexing keys inside the JPEG compressed codes, significant advantages are gained in that the indexing keys can be compressed naturally by JPEG without any additional cost. Experiments on hiding an indexing key of 256 bytes illustrate that: no noticeable distortion is introduced in comparison with non-watermarked images; and their storage space is reduced into the region of 7-27% of their original size.  相似文献

A High-Capacity Steganography Scheme for JPEG2000 Baseline System   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Hiding capacity is very important for efficient covert communications. For JPEG2000 compressed images, it is necessary to enlarge the hiding capacity because the available redundancy is very limited. In addition, the bitstream truncation makes it difficult to hide information. In this paper, a high-capacity steganography scheme is proposed for the JPEG2000 baseline system, which uses bit-plane encoding procedure twice to solve the problem due to bitstream truncation. Moreover, embedding points and their intensity are determined in a well defined quantitative manner via redundancy evaluation to increase hiding capacity. The redundancy is measured by bit, which is different from conventional methods which adjust the embedding intensity by multiplying a visual masking factor. High volumetric data is embedded into bit-planes as low as possible to keep message integrality, but at the cost of an extra bit-plane encoding procedure and slightly changed compression ratio. The proposed method can be easily integrated into the JPEG2000 image coder, and the produced stego-bitstream can be decoded normally. Simulation shows that the proposed method is feasible, effective, and secure.   相似文献

By applying the latest technologies in image compression for managing the storage of massive image data within cultural heritage databases and by exploiting the universality of the Internet we are now able not only to effectively digitize, record and preserve, but also to promote the dissemination of cultural heritage. In this work we present an application of the latest image compression standard JPEG2000 in managing and browsing image databases, focusing on the image transmission aspect rather than database management and indexing. We combine the technologies of JPEG2000 image compression with client-server socket connections and client browser plug-in, as to provide with an all-in-one package for remote browsing of JPEG2000 compressed image databases, suitable for the effective dissemination of cultural heritage.  相似文献
