Formation and coexistence of tricalcium silicate (C3S) and calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3 ) minerals in Portland cement clinker containing calcium sulphoaluminate were investigated. The f-CaO content, mineral composite and formation of mineral in the clinker were analyzed respectively by chemical analysis, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray diffraction. The results show that, adding a suitable amount of BaO can improve the burnability of raw meal and promote the f-CaO absorption. Tricalcium silicate and calcium sulphoaluminate minerals can form and coexist in clinkers at 1 234–1 317 °C by the addition of BaO to the raw meal. A suitable amount of BaO expanded the coexistence temperature of two minerals by 58 °. The effect of grain size of CaCO3 and SiO2 on the formation of C3S under various conditions, such as rapid heating rate(800 ℃/min), normal heating rate(30 ℃/min) and in the presence or absence of ZnO, was studied. The results show that the decomposition temperature of CaCO3, the temperature of appearance of liquid phase and the f-CaO content descend when the grain size of CaCO3 and SiO2 becomes smaller, which attributes to the reactive activity enhancement of powders due to the decrease of the particle size. When the grain size of CaCO3 and SiO2 is below 1 μm, the rate of the formation of C3S is greatly raised. A rapid sintering rate and the presence of ZnO have an important effect on the formation of C3S and can lower the temperature of the formation of C3S by about 50 ℃.  相似文献

通过在水泥生料中掺加不同品质高灰分煤的煤灰,研究了灰分及其组分在硅酸盐水泥熟料液相变化、矿物形成及微观结构中的作用及机理。结果表明,灰分含量的升高是降低液相初析温度的主要原因。随着灰分含量的升高,熟料中间相中Al和Fe的含量增加,尤其固溶的Si明显增多,造成液相粘度增加,阻碍C3S形成。同时,造成熟料矿物分布的均匀性更差,熔蚀现象更多。  相似文献

The effect of CuO on the clinkering process and mineral structure, components and morphology of high C3S cement clinker was studied. One reference mixture was prepared according to the potential mineral phase components C3S=75%, C3A=7%, C4AF=18% and then was mixed, respectively, with 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5% and 4% CuO. All samples were heated at a rate of 10°C/min to the design temperatures and then maintained for 40 min. Analyses by the glycerol-ethanol method, XRD and SEM-EDS show that the minimum of free lime (f-CaO) content was related to temperature and CuO amount. The higher the temperature, the lower the amount of CuO corresponding to the f-CaO minimum content. CuO promotes the formation and growth of C3S and C4AF and a new compound is found. In addition, these phenomena are discussed theoretically. In conclusion, CuO alters the burnability and the formation and structure of C3S in a high C3S cement system.  相似文献

Synthesis and Dielectric Properties of Ba3NaBiNb10O30 Ceramics   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new niobate Ba3 NaBiNb10O30 was synthesized by the solid state reaction. The reaction mixture was characterized by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis ( TG-DTA ), X-ray diffraction and dielectric constant measurements. The results show that Ba3NaBiNb10O30 has an orthorhombic tungsten bronze structure with space group Cmm2 and the unit cell parameters are a = 1. 7660( 1 ) mm, a = 1. 7626( 1 ) mm, c = 0.78621(6) mm, Z = 4. Ba3 NaBiNb10O30 undergoes two phase transitions at 200℃ and 400℃, respeaively.  相似文献

Magnetic and electrical transport properties of the La0.67Ca0.33Mn1-xO3 (x=0-0.16), which were prepared by the sol-gel method followed by sintering treatment at 1 450, 1 100 and 900 ℃, respectively, were investigated. Experimental results show that, with the increase of x, the resistivity of samples increases and the insulator-metal transition temperature shifts towards lower temperature. Meanwhile, the intrinsic megnetoresistance effect is weakened and the extrinsic magnetoresistance is enhanced. For the samples with x=0.16 and 0.10 sintered at 1 100 ℃ and 900 ℃, respectively, low field magnetoresistance as high as about 50% can be observed. Furthermore, for the samples sintered at 1 100 ℃ and 900 ℃, the grain size is not only controlled by about sintering temperature, but also by the absence of Mn content x.  相似文献

Nanocomposites MgFe2O4/SiO2 were successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method in the presence of N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF). The formation of pure MgFe2O4 was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron diffraction. The structural evolution of MgFe2O4 nanocrystals was followed by powder X-ray diffraction and IR absorption spectroscopy. The formation of spinel structure of MgFe2O4 started at 800 °C, and completed at 900 °C. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements suggest that the particle sizes increase with the increasing annealing temperature, and the mean particle sizes of the spherical samples annealed at 800 °C, 900 °C and 1 050 °C are ca. 3 nm, 8 nm and 11 nm, respectively. Magnetization measurements at room temperature and 78 K indicate superparamagnetic nature of these MgFe2O4 nanocrystals. A new niobate Ba5 BiTi3Nb7O30 was synthesized by the solid-state reaction. It was characterized by X-ray diffraction and dielectric constant measurements. The results show that Ba5BiTi3Nb7O30 is paraelectric at room temperature and belongs to tetragonal 4/ mmm symmetry with unit cell parameters a = 1.25020 nm, c =0.39704 nm. Ba5BiTi3Nb7O30 has only one phase transition, paraelectric to ferroelectric, below 0℃.  相似文献

Phosphogypsum-slag-clink (PSC) cement were prepared by original phosphogypsum(PG), which was grinded after dried at 60 °C combined with different contents of phosphogypsum (15%, 20%, 30%), and a small amount of different C3A, C4AF contents of finely ground cement clinker, and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS). Physical mechanical and sugaring properties were studied. The results show that compressive strength of PSC cement with 20% phosphogypsum at 3 d ages would be higher than 17 MPa and even 50 MPa at 28 days. Compressive strength at longer curing stage and sugaring properties of PSC with lower content of C3A higher C4AF clinker were improved. pH value of PSC cement system at early stage was relatively low, and pH gradually increased with the addition of clinker. pH increased firstly and then decreased with the hydration stage. SEM analyses showed that the amount of ettringite, which was influenced by pH and content of Al, must be controlled in PSC cement system, which may cause damage to microstructure or even expansive cracks if large amount of ettringite formed in hardened paste.  相似文献

Hydration mechanism of tabular alumina carbon composites reinforced by Al4C3 in situ reaction with Mg and Al was researched in water steam using super automatic thermostatic water bath from 25 °C to 85 °C. It is shown that hydration mechanism of the composites is chemical reaction control at 44.3 °C-84 °C in H2O(g). The hydration was controlled by diffusion from 24.7 °C to 33 °C. The ratio of added Mg/Al influences the HMOR of the composites.The mechanism of HMOR of the composites with different ratios of Mg/Al can be discovered by means of SEM analysis. The active Mg/Al powder and flake graphite inside give the composites outstanding hot strength resulting from the interlocking structure of Al4C3 crystals at high temperature. Besides, the matrix changes into the Al4C3 with high refractoriness. The method of preventing the hydration of tabular alumina carbon composites reinforced by Al4C3 in situ reaction was immersed in the wax at suitable temperature or storing them below 33 °C in a dry place or storing them with paraffin-coating.  相似文献

通过外掺TiO2来改善高C3S熟料的烧成.配制7个生料样品,其潜在矿物组成均为w(C3S)=75%、w(C3A)=7%、w(C4AF)=18%,TiO2掺量分别为0、05%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%,在设定的高温下煅烧成熟料,通过化学分析、XRD、SEM/EDS等方法,研究了TiO2对熟料易烧性、矿相形成、C3S晶体形貌和熟料强度等的影响.结果表明,掺入少量TiO2明显提高了熟料的易烧性;当TiO2掺量小于2%时,f-CaO随TiO2掺量的增加而显著降低;当TiO2掺量超过2%后,f-CaO随TiO2掺量的变化不大;当TiO2掺量达到3%时,在1 350和1 400 ℃温度煅烧的熟料中均发现了CaO·TiO2新相;掺2%TiO2在1 400℃煅烧条件下的熟料,TiO2在C3S中的固溶量约1.7%;掺入适量的TiO2,熟料中C3S结晶比较完整、均匀,熟料强度较高.适当掺入TiO2对改善高C3S熟料的烧成和提高其强度都是有利的.  相似文献

The physical properties and hydration of a cementitious material, which prepared mainly from the vanadium slag and phosphate slag, were investigated. These slags were investigated can be reused as original resources to prepare cement clinker based on the fact that they mainly comprise silicon and calcium phases, respectively. In this research, a batch of cement having various grades was prepared by mixing the clinker with gypsum, tailings, and fly ash. X-ray diffraction(XRD), differential thermogravimetric(DTG) as well as scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were applied to test and analyze the physical properties and hydration of the prepared cement. Experimental results suggest that the performances of the cement meet the requirements of national standards in all aspects. Its hydration process is similar to that of common Portland cement, whose hydrates were mainly composed of C-S-H, ettringite and CH. Moreover, the addition of fine particles would accelerate cement hydration, as it provided additional surfaces to help the nucleating and growing of hydrates.  相似文献

We experimentally studied the interaction between pozzolanic material(fly ash) and dehydrated autoclaved aerated concrete(DAAC). The DAAC powder was obtained by grinding aerated concrete waste to particles fi ner than 75μm and was then heated to temperatures up to 900 ℃. New cementitious material was prepared by proportioning fly ash and DAAC, named as AF. X-ray diffraction(XRD) was employed to identify the crystalline phases of DAAC before and after rehydration. The hydration process of AF was analyzed by the heat of hydration and non-evaporable water content(Wn). The experimental results show that the highest reactivity of DAAC can be obtained by calcining the powder at 700 ℃ and the dehydrated products are mainly β-C2 S and CaO. The cumulative heat of hydration and Wn was found to be strongly dependent on the replacement level of fl y ash, increasing the replacement level of fl y ash lowered them in AF. The strength contribution rates on pozzolanic effect of fl y ash in AF are always negative, showing a contrary tendency of that of cement-fl y ash system.  相似文献

In this paper, uniform titania (TiO2) films have been formed at 50° on silanol SAMs by the liquid-phase deposition (LPD) method at a temperature below 100°C. OTS (Octadecyltrichloro-Silane) self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on glass wafers were used as substrates for the deposition of titanium dioxide thin films. This functionalized organic surface has shown to be effective for promoting the growth of films from titanic aqueous solutions by the LPD method at a low temperature below 100°C. The crystal phase composition, microstructure and topography of the as-prepared films were characterized by various techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results indicate that the as-prepared thin films are purely crystallized anatase TiO2 constituted by nanorods after being annealed at 500°. The pH values, concentration of reactants, and deposition temperatures play important roles in the growth of TiO2 thin films. Ln0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.2O3 (Ln=La, Pr, Nd, Sm) perovskite-type complex oxides were synthesized using a glycine-nitrate process, and the structure, electrical conducting and thermal expansion properties of the resulting ceramics were examined with regard to the nature of the lanthanide cations. The results indicated that the La, Pr and Nd specimens had a rhombohedral symmetry, while an orthorhombic structure was determined for the Sm specimen. The pseudo-cubic lattice constant decreased with smaller lanthanide cations. It was found that the electrical conducting properties declined with decreasing lanthanide cation size. Fortunately, all the compositions remained rather high electrical conductivities exceeding 650 Ω ^-1m·cm^-1 in the intermediate temperature range (600-800 ℃). An appreciable thermal expansion increase at high temperatures was detected for all the compositions. Decreasing the size of the lanthanide cations resulted in an increase of thermal expansion. With respect to the high electrical conductivities, the Ln0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3 oxides are considered to be acceptable as mixed conducting component in composite cathode designs together with doped ceria electrolytes.  相似文献

Influence of aluminum addition on the structures and properties of SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-CaO vitrified bond at low sintering temperature and high strength was discussed. FTIR and XRD analyses were used to characterize the structures of the basic vitrified bond with different contents of aluminum. The bending strength and the thermal expansion coefficients were also tested. Meanwhile, the microstructures of composite specimens at sintering temperature of 660 °C were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experimental results showed that the properties of vitrified bond with 1wt% aluminum were improved significantly, where the bending strength, Rockwell hardness, and thermal expansion coefficient of the vitrified bond reached 132 MPa, 63 HRB, and 6.73×10-6 °C-1, respectively.  相似文献

Glass-ceramics made from arc-melting slag of waste incineration fly ash   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Grate fly ash and fluidized bed fly ash mixed with glass cullet additive respectively were melted in the electronic arc-furnace. The product, arc-melting slag, was further treated by crushing, pressing and heat treatment in order to make the glass-ceramics. The crystallization behaviors of the produced glass-ceramics were examined by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that main crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics from grate fly ash is wollastonite (CaSiO3) with small amount of diopside (Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2O6), and that from fluidized bed fly ash is diopside (Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2O6). It is found that the glass-ceramics sintered at 850 °C and 1 000 °C from grate fly ash and fluidized bed fly ash respectively have the optimal physical, mechanical and chemical characteristics. Glass-ceramics samples, produced from incinerator fly ash with desirable properties and the low leaching concentration of heavy metals, can be the substitute of nature materials such as marble, granite and porcelain tiles.  相似文献
