认证是提升住宅部品质量的有效手段,其扩散推广有利于住宅产业供给侧转型升级。为探究质量认证行为在住宅部品生产商间的扩散机理,本文引入复杂网络演化博弈理论构建了住宅部品质量认证扩散模型。通过数值仿真分析了市场导向和政府激励影响下质量认证行为在住宅部品生产商间的扩散过程。结果表明:消费者溢价、认证影响力与政府激励在一定范围内均可有效促进质量认证行为在住宅部品生产商间的正向扩散,其中生产商对消费者溢价的变化最为敏感。最后,通过分析住宅部品生产商质量认证行为扩散的演化特征,对质量认证在住宅部品生产领域的推广提出实质性对策与建议。研究从市场和政府两方面拓展了住宅部品生产商质量认证行为扩散的理论研究体系,促进了住宅高质量发展的理论实践。  相似文献

The main research purpose of this paper is to acquire a series of designed concept of “affordable housing” in key geographical areas of East China through the development of innovative, economical, flexible, reproducible and affordable residential houses using intensive steel solutions. Toward this goal, both the residential housing conditions and the development of steel residential building in China are widely investigated. Affordable housing in China is then, based on the investigation, defined as green humanized multi-storey housing comprised of medium-small type dwellings whose construction cost is not much higher than that of traditional reinforced concrete buildings and the maintenance cost is low. Taking this definition as a guiding ideology, detailed architectural and structural design of a steel affordable housing model in terms of a collective housing form with repeatable living units has been carried out. Comparisons of project cost and energy consumption between the designed steel residential housing and the corresponding reinforced concrete building show that the former is not more expensive and consumes less energy than the latter.  相似文献

As the number and complexities of green building developments are mainly driven by market demands, understanding of end-user behaviors towards their development eventually should play a crucial role on determining their successes. However, very few studies have been attempted to explore end-user behaviors towards green building development. This study successfully applied discrete choice experiments to reveal whether residents with green experience will have different preference and willingness-to-pay values for enhancements on various aspects of environmental performance in green buildings. Generally, both green and conventional residents had strong preferences and were willing to pay more for improving various aspects of environmental performance in green residential developments. They are found to be willing to pay more for energy conservation, than indoor air quality improvement, noise level reduction, landscape area enlargement, or water conservation. No significant differences are found in the preferences between green and conventional residents for energy conservation, indoor air quality improvement, indoor noise reduction, or water conservation, However, green residents were found to be willing to pay significantly less than the conventional residents for enlarging the landscape area within a residential development, despite it was perceived by green residents as one of the major elements that differentiate a green from a conventional development.  相似文献

随着城市化进程的加快和环境资源问题的日益突出,如何建造现代可持续的居住建筑成为人们关注的焦点,与此同时,许多学者开始研究传统民居营造过程中所蕴含的生态建筑理念和经验。基于这样的背景,该文以豫东商丘地区清末至民国时期的传统民居为研究对象,在大量的实地调研和访谈的基础上,总结传统民居木作、砖瓦作的营造技术特点,分析传统民居营造过程中利用自然、适应自然的朴素技术和经验。在保护传统民居文化的同时,一方面,去粗取精,将技术和经验用于探索现代居住建筑的可持续发展;另一方面,通过这种方式传承和发展传统民居建筑文化。  相似文献

This paper develops a bottom-up model of space and water heating energy demand for new build dwellings in the Irish residential sector. This is used to assess the impacts of measures proposed in Ireland's National Energy Efficiency Action Plan (NEEAP). The impact of the housing construction boom, which resulted in 23% of occupied dwellings in 2008 having been built since 2002, and the subsequent bust, are also assessed. The model structure treats separately new dwellings added to the stock after 2007 and pre-existing occupied dwellings. The former is modelled as a set of archetype dwellings with energy end use affected by the relevant set of building regulations that apply during construction. Energy demand of existing dwellings is predicted by a simpler top down method based on historical energy use trends. The baseline scenario suggests residential energy demand will grow by 19% from 3206 ktoe in 2007 to 3810 ktoe in 2020. The results indicate that 2008 and 2010 building regulations will lead to energy savings of 305 ktoe (8.0%) in 2020. Had the 2008 building regulations been introduced in 2002, at the start of the boom, there would be additional savings of 238 ktoe (6.7%) in 2020.  相似文献

Environmental consideration within the Swedish construction sector can no longer be considered marginal. It is here discussed whether the same commitment is extended to facilitate deeper dimensions of sustainability in the provision of housing, beyond simply energy-efficient residential buildings? The paper presents the case of a multi-family ‘green’ residential area being developed in Göteborg, Sweden. An interview study with the seven housing developers building in the area provides primary empirical insights, further complemented by findings from a workshop with architects involved in the project. Conceptualizations of sustainability in housing are explored, based in discourses among these market actors. Issues identified in the inductive data analysis relate to the ambitions set and measures taken in new ‘green’ building, as well as market perceptions of housing standards, lifestyles and household configurations that are reproduced in the built environment. The paper shows that interpretations of sustainability in market-led housing development do not radically challenge the normative and resource intense contemporary ideals surrounding the urban home and that the realization of goals undertaken in the case of Kvillebäcken is generally dependent on economic considerations and market assessments. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the need to formulate an integrative approach to more holistic sustainable residential environments.  相似文献
