以转底炉工艺为基础,在实验室模拟条件下,进行了钒钛磁铁矿含碳球团直接还原高温焙烧试验。通过XRD分析,讨论了配碳量(wC/wO)、还原温度、还原时间对球团金属化率和残碳量的影响。结果表明:随着还原温度的升高金属化率不断升高,而残碳量不断降低;在1 350℃之前,随着温度的升高,金属化率迅速升高,然后趋于平缓;当还原温度为1 350℃时,金属化率可达90%以上,随着还原时间的增加,球团的金属化率呈现先升高后降低的趋势,残碳量逐渐降低,还原时间为30 min时,球团的金属化率达到最大(91.37%);随着配碳量(wC/wO)的增加,球团还原速率加快,球团还原充分,球团的金属化率升高,当wC/wO为1.3时达到最大(94.28%)。 相似文献

为了研究钒钛铁精矿非自然碱度含碳球团高温固态还原规律,以钒钛铁精矿为原料,在实验室条件下,探索了还原温度、还原时间、碱度和配煤比对钒钛铁精矿非自然碱度含碳球团高温固态还原的影响,采用X射线衍射仪测定了金属化球团的物相组成。研究结果表明,适当提高还原温度、延长还原时间、提高碱度和配煤比均可促使球团的金属化率提高;对于钒钛铁精矿金属化球团物相组成,在还原温度高于1 400℃时,金属化球团中出现大量碳氮化钛,碱度的提高有利于抑制还原产物中碳氮化钛的生成,配煤比的增加促进了碳氮化钛的生成。从后续熔分工序对钒钛铁精矿金属化球团质量要求的角度来说,高温固态还原的适宜条件,还原温度为1 350℃,碱度为1.0,还原时间为30 min,配煤比为1.3,在此条件下,球团的金属化率为93.72%,金属化球团碳质量分数为6.08%,主要物相为黑钛石和金属铁。 相似文献

开发了转底炉内铁矾渣含碳球团直接还原—熔分回收铁、烟气回收次氧化锌的联合工艺,研究了工艺参数对铁矾渣中铁和锌综合回收的影响。最佳工艺条件为:碱度2.5,配碳比1.4,还原温度1 300℃,还原时间30min,金属化率达到98.47%,铁回收率为95%,在还原阶段锌的挥发率达到94%,熔分结束锌的挥发率接近100%。在最佳工艺参数下进行了Φ3.0 m转底炉中试试验,得到全铁含量44.50%,金属铁含量34.71%,金属化率78%的金属化球团,锌挥发率达到92%。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
