随着我国城市化进程的加快以及随之出现的环境恶化、能源短缺等问题,建筑能耗越来越受到人们的关注。建筑能耗已逐渐增长至与工业能耗、交通能耗并列,成为我国能源消耗的三大"耗能大户"。因此,从建筑方案构思阶段就应该对建筑进行节能设计,以最小的成本得到最大的回报。以西安市某小区多层住宅楼为模型,利用能耗模拟软件分别对外墙、屋顶、窗户、建筑朝向及综合节能设计进行能耗模拟,对它们各自的节能效果进行对比分析,从而为建筑师进行建筑节能设计提供参考依据。 相似文献

在全球能源消耗量巨大,资源紧缺的背景下,国内外针对既有建筑节能改造进行了大量研究,但对既有居住建筑节能改造及效益评价主要集中在建筑围护结构上,对既有居住建筑进行全面节能改造及综合效益评价较少。本文首先对夏热冬冷地区既有居住建筑的围护结构、照明系统、给排水系统改造和可再生能源利用提出了重点节能改造措施;然后以无锡市某住宅楼改造工程为例,对各部分的改造效果进行度量与测定;进而根据最终节能效果对该项目的经济、环境和社会三大效益进行综合分析。发现对该地区既有居住建筑进行节能改造具有良好的综合效益,宜优先进行围护结构、照明系统的改造及太阳能的利用。 相似文献

针对目前常用绿色建筑节能技术及夏热冬冷气候特点,以案例形式分别对围护结构性能改善、能源综合利用等技术应用的效果进行分析,量化了绿色建筑节能技术的应用效益。研究结果表明:在目前常用的绿色建筑节能技术中,集中空调系统排风全热回收技术节能效益最大,达到35%节能率,过渡季节充分利用新风,会带来10%的节能率;合理设置可调节外遮阳和改变围护结构热工性能,可产生7%左右的节能率;采用光控措施控制照明系统,可形成12.3%的节能率;绿色建筑节能技术的选择及其应用效果受技术相互关联性影响较大,节能方案需要整体综合考量;节能技术的应用可使建筑在现行节能标准基础上再实现46.9%的节能率,达到建筑节能75%的要求。 相似文献

Axial impact crush tests on empty and foam-filled square aluminum tubes have been performed. Furthermore, in order to find more details about the crush processes, finite element simulations of the experiments have been done. In terms of finding more efficient and lighter crush absorber and achieving maximum energy absorption, multidesign optimization (MDO) technique has been applied for optimizing the square rectangular tubes. Based on practical requirements the optimum tube geometry, which absorbs maximum energy and has a minimum weight, has been determined. Results of previous work indicated that using high density honeycomb for filling the tubes will results more energy absorption but the weight efficiency has been lost [Zarei HR, Kröger M. Optimum honeycomb filled crash absorber design. Mater Des 2007;29:193–204]. Therefore, a comprehensive study has been performed in order to find out the crush behavior of tube filled with foam with different densities. The MDO procedure has been implemented to find an optimum filled tube that absorbed the same energy as an optimum empty tube can absorb. 相似文献

Strain energy is a key factor of inducing rockburst in mine. The occurrence of rockburst depends not only on the property of storing strain energy in rocks, but also on the environment of strain energy accumulation in mining. This investigation has been carried out on the property of strain energy stored in rocks by experiment and of which distributed around the mining pits of Linglong gold mine in China by using three-dimensional numerical modeling. In comparison with the pre-existing criteria of rockburst in literature, a comprehensive prediction of rockburst has been made so far as the ores are extracted at the depth of −570 m. The study shows that strain energy analysis with the aid of numerical modeling is useful in prediction of rockburst. 相似文献

Detailed visualisation and data analysis of occupancy patterns including spatial distribution and temporal variations are of great importance to delivering energy efficient and productive buildings. An experimental study comprising 24-h monitoring over 30 full days was conducted in a university library building.Occupancy profiles have been monitored and analysis has been carried out. Central to this monitoring study is the Wi-Fi based indoor positioning system based on the measured Wi-Fi devices' number and locations and data mining methods. Distinct from traditional occupancy and energy studies,more detailed informationrelated to the indoor positions and number of occupants has offered a better understanding of building user behaviour. The implication of the occupancy patterns for energy( e. g. lighting and other building services) efficiency is assessed,assisted with data from lighting sensors where needed. It is found occupancy patterns change dramatically with time. Also,the energy waste patterns have been identified through the method of data association rule mining. If the identified energy waste is removed,the total energy consumption can be reduced by 26. 1%. The indoor positioning information also has implications for optimizing space use,opening hours as well as staff deployment. The work could be extended to more rooms with diverse functions,other seasons and other types of non-domestic buildings for a more comprehensive understanding of building user behaviour and energy efficiency. 相似文献
