针对埋弧焊时焊接热输入量较大,造成焊接接头晶粒粗大、脆性增大、塑性和韧性指标下降、裂纹敏感性增大的缺点,研究了一种新型的采用直流脉冲电流的埋弧焊工艺一脉冲埋弧焊.以16MnR钢板为试验母材,研究了陡降外特性焊接电源匹配变速送丝系统的脉冲埋弧焊对焊接接头冲击性能的影响.试验结果表明,脉冲埋弧焊可有效减小熔敷金属的成分偏析,细化晶粒,提高焊缝金属的冲击性能.该研究为脉冲埋弧焊开拓了广阔的应用前景,具有重要的工程应用价值. 相似文献

A simulation model is introduced about the non-linearity process of short-circuiting transfer in CO2 arc welding for displaying the interaction between the inverter power source and welding arc under waveform control. In the simulation model, the feedback signals of current and voltage are taken respectively at the different phase in a short circuit periodic time and applied to the PWM (pulse width modulation) module in a model of inverter power source to control the output of power source. The simulation operation about the dynamic process of CO2 short-circuiting transfer welding is implemented on the founded simulation model with a peak arc current of 400 A and a peak voltage of 35 V, producing the dynamic arc waveforms which can embody the effect of inverter harmonic wave. AbstractAn ultranarrow gap GMA welding (UNGW) process with less than 5 mm gap width has been developed in which the arc pole is strongly oscillated over the groove wall in the thickness direction. A simulation model for wire melting tip behaviour with dc pulse current has been proposed and verified by observation of the tip motion in the UNGW groove. This simulation can define the optimum welding conditions to avoid welding defects. A synchronised control system consisting of a pulsed arc current waveform with cyclical variation of wire feed rate has been successfully developed on the base of the computer simulation. The newly developed UNGW system makes it possible to reduce arc heat input density sufficiently to produce an excellent weld joint with a narrow (1–2 mm) HAZ. 为细丝埋弧焊过程的自动跟踪及调节过程奠定基础,本文对细丝埋弧焊电弧传感器动态模型进行了实验研究。在建立电源及电弧传感器幅频特性曲线的基础上,获得了电弧传感器的二阶模型及实际应用的频带范围。通过分析比较,认为电源外特性下降斜率及电源品质、不同的焊接方法都对电弧传感器系统增益和转折频率有一定的影响。 相似文献

采用变极性和高频脉冲电路叠加,设计了一套变极性和高频脉冲复合电流输出特性的焊接电源,将高频脉冲电弧特性引入变极性焊接过程.建立电弧压力数学模型,结合具体工艺试验,分析了高频脉冲电流对于变极性焊接电弧特性的改善.结果表明,在相等电流有效值的情况下,电弧压力随脉冲频率的提高而增加,高频脉冲电流频率达到5kHz附近时,弧柱区电弧压力较常规直流电弧提高2倍左右,电弧的挺度和能量密度都有所增加,为进一步研究高频脉冲变极性焊接方法在铝合金焊接中的应用提供了理论依据. 相似文献
