目前,传统的产品设计方法已经满足不了市场的快速发展和客户的个性化要求,反求工程应运而生.反求工程又称逆向工程技术,是20世纪80年代末期发展起来的一项先进制造技术.随着我国的机械设计制造等技术水平的提高,反求工程技术将会越来越成熟、使用也将越来越广泛.本文对反求工程的定义和方法是行了介绍,论述了UG软件在反求工程设计中的应用,主要着重讨论了CAD三维模型的建立和后处理等实现过程,并给出了反求集成开发的工作流程. 相似文献

A novel test method for the characterisation of flexible forming processes is proposed and applied to four flexible forming processes: Incremental Sheet Forming (ISF), conventional spinning, the English wheel and power hammer. The proposed method is developed in analogy with time-domain control engineering, where a system is characterised by its impulse response. The spatial impulse response is used to characterise the change in workpiece deformation created by a process, but has also been applied with a strain spectrogram, as a novel way to characterise a process and the physical effect it has on the workpiece. Physical and numerical trials to study the effects of process and material parameters on spatial impulse response lead to three main conclusions. Incremental sheet forming is particularly sensitive to process parameters. The English wheel and power hammer are strongly similar and largely insensitive to both process and material parameters. Spinning develops in two stages and is sensitive to most process parameters, but insensitive to prior deformation. Finally, the proposed method could be applied to modelling, classification of existing and novel processes, product-process matching and closed-loop control of flexible forming processes. 相似文献

Deformation of casting during the solidification process has puzzled many engineers and scientists for years. In order to attain the goal of near-net forming by casting, numerical simulation is a powerful tool. Traditional methods compute the thermal stress of both the casting and the mold. This method suffers the problem of massive calculation and failure of convergence. This paper proposes an improved Mold Surface Element Method, the main idea of which is to use the surface elements instead of body elements to express the interactions between the casting and the mold. The proposed method shows a high computation efficiency and provides satisfactory precision for engineering. Two practical casting products were used to verify the proposed method. The simulated results agree well with those observed in practical products. The proposed method is believed to benefit production practice and to provide theoretical guidance. 相似文献

定模动辊成型是一种变截面渐进成型方法,依赖定模动辊成型装备实现高强度金属板材变截面渐进成型。定模动辊成型装备运动平稳性与构件成型质量密切相关,因此以加速度幅值最小为目标函数,考虑定模动辊成型装备伺服电机、传动装置、辊模机构与成型板材的机电系统动力学优化,是机电装备设计理论研究的新课题。采取深度强化学习方法,应用深度确定性策略梯度算法对定模动辊成型装备进行优化。结果表明:该算法适用于机电系统动力学优化,具有科学意义和工程应用价值。 相似文献

加载路径对液压胀形件的最终质量有着至关重要的影响。在优化加载路径的过程中,设计变量的取值区间对模拟时间的减少及最优解的收敛有重要的意义。文章根据塑性理论分析,给出了管形件液压胀形过程中弹性变形阶段、塑性变形阶段及贴模阶段的轴向喂入量及内压力的工程计算表达式。选取应力比为优化变量,依据屈服准则,得出了胀形过程中合理的变量区间。利用有限元软件包、优化算法及工程计算表达式,得到了液压胀形最优的加载路径。实验结果和有限元模拟结果一致性较好,该方法为轴对称件的加载路径优化提供了新的思路。 相似文献

Ring parts like duplicate gear, double-side flange and high pressure value body, are widely used in engineering machinery, which have the common geometrical characteristic of thick-wall, small-hole and deep-groove on the surface. The conventional manufacturing technology for this kind of ring is simple forging with cutting, which has the disadvantageous of high energy and material consumption, low material productivity and poor performance. In this paper, a new manufacturing method for this kind of ring named combined ring rolling (CRR) is firstly proposed based on the minimum resistance principle in metal plastic forming and its forming principle is introduced. Then, the reasonable ranges for key forming parameters of CRR are determined, the FE modeling and simulation analysis and experiment study for the CRR process with a double-side flange ring are performed. By this work, the CRR technique is testified feasible, and the basic thermo-mechanical deformation rules in CRR process are revealed based on simulation with the valid FE model proved by the experiment. 相似文献
