The structural and spectroscopic properties of MgAl2O4:1%Nd3+ spinel nanocrystals and ceramics were measured and ana-lyzed. Ceramics were prepared from the above mentioned spinel nanocrystals and undoped commercial spinel powder, using the spark plasma sintering (SPS) method. Properties of the obtained ceramics strongly depended on the SPS conditions. The samples were not homogeneous and possessed defects and pores. The most transparent ceramics had 60% transparency at 1000 nm.  相似文献

The influence of MgO on sintering and dielectric properties of La2O3-TiO2 ceramics was investigated, and the mechanism also discussed. The results show that La2O3-TiO2 ceramics with MgO can be sintered between 1200 and 1280 ℃. The diffusion of La inε-Fe2-3N(ε)andν′-Fe4N(ν′)phases produced by plasma nitriding was studied.It is found that with increasing nitriding time,theεphase continuously decomposes into ν′one under employed experimental condition and compared with ν′phase orε ν′ones,the mono oneεhas an impedient effect on depth of La diffusion,The growth of La layer in dual phases and mono one follows an approximate exponential law and a parabolic one ,respectively,and this kinetics law does not change with increasing temperature,The effect of increasing temperature in the range of 520to560℃on La diffusion depth is less than that of phase constitution change such as the decompostition ofεphase intoν′one.  相似文献

The influence of the composition (Yb2O3, MgO, CeO2, Li2CO3) on the dielectric properties of medium temperature sintering (Ba,Sr)TiO3(BST) series capacitor ceramics was investigated by means of conventional technology process and orthogonal design experiments. The major secondary influencing factors and the influencing tendency of various factor′s levels for the dielectric properties of BST ceramics were obtained. The optimum formula for maximum dielectric constant (ε) and for minimum dielectric loss (tanδ) was obtained under the experimental conditions. The BST ceramics with optimum comprehensive properties was obtained by means of orthogonal design experiments, with the sintering temperature at 1200 ℃, the dielectric constant 5239, the dielectric loss 0.0097, withstand electric voltage over 6 MV·m-1, capacitance temperature changing rate (ΔC/C) -75.67%, and suited for Y5V character. The mechanism of the influence of various components on the dielectric properties of medium temperature sintering BST ceramics was studied, thus providing the basis for preparation of multilayer capacitor ceramics and single-chip capacitor ceramics.  相似文献

The effect of La^3 + , Sr^2+ on the microstructure and microwave properties of CaO-MgO-Nb2O5-TiO2 system ceramics was investigated. The result shows that a single complex perovskite structure formed within investigated composition range in La^3+ , Sr2-doped CaO-MgO-Nb2O5-TiO2 system ceramics. With increasing of La^3+ , Sr^2+ content, the structure of La^3+ , Sr2-doped CaO-MgO-Nb2O5-TiO2 system ceramic respectively maintain orthorhombic type.  相似文献

Nd : YAG precursor powders were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation, and Nd : YAG transparent ceramics were prepared by vacuum sintering at 1700 ℃ for 5 h. The ceramic materials were characterized by light transmittance and field emission gun-environment scanning microscope. Using statistics and stereology theory, study was carried out on the quantitative relationships between light transmittance and stereological parameters in three-dimensional Euclidean space. It is found that the transmittance of Nd:YAG with 1 mm in thickness is about 45% and 58% in visible and near-infrared wavelength, respectively. The transmittance linearly increases with increasing equivalent sphere diameter and reaches the theoretical value of single crystal when the equivalent sphere diameter is 20μm. The transmittance decreases with the increasing of mean specific area per unit volume of grain and discrete grains, and the transmittance decreases with increasing mean free distance of grains in Nd:YAG ceramics.  相似文献

Effects of interlayer composition on bonding strength and inteffacial microstructure of green joined CePO4-ZrO2 ceramics were studied. Green bodies of 25% CePO4/ZrO2 and ZrO2 ceramics were joined by using interlayer composed of CePO4 and ZrO2 at 1450℃ for 120min without applied pressure. The effects of CePO4/(CePO4 ZrO2) ratio on the bond strength of the joints were investigated. Under the experimental conditions, the grain size of the particles grown in the joint is smaller than those in joined ceramics. The microstructure of the joint is more homogeneous than that of the matrix and without obvious cracks, pores and other defects.  相似文献

The effect of rare earth oxides Y203 or Ce02 on sintering properties of Si3N4 ceramics was studied and the mechanism of assisting action during sintering was analyzed. The results in dicate that the best sintering properties appear in Si3N4 ceramics with 5% Y203 or 8% CeO2. Secondary crystallites are formed at grain boundaries after heat treatment,which decreases the amount of glass phase and contributes to the improvement of high-temperature mechanical properties of silicon nitride.  相似文献

Er^3+ doped transparent oxyfluoride glass ceramics version and near infrared luminescence behavior of Er^3+ in containing LaF3 nanocrystals were prepared and the up-conglasses heat-treating time and temperature, the size (varied from 0 to 19 and glass ceramics were investigated. With increasing nm) and crystallinity (varied from 0 to 47%) of LaF3 nanocrystals in the glass ceramics are increased. Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+) co-doped transparent glass ceramics containing YPO_4 nanocrystals were prepared using high temperature melting method,and their structural and luminous properties were investigated.XRD analysis and TEM images confirmed the existence of YPO_4 nanocrystals in glass ceramics.The transmission spectra proved that the glass ceramics specimens still maintained a high transparency.Then the excitation and emission spectra of the Ce~(3+) and Tb~(3+) single-doped and co-doped glass and glass ceramics were discussed,which proved that the glass ceramics had better luminescent properties.Under the near ultraviolet(331 nm)excitation,the broadband emission located at 385 nm was observed which was ascribed to 5d→~2F_(5/2) and ~2F_(7/2) transition of Ce~(3+) ions.Several characteristic sharp peaks centered at 489,543,578 and 620 nm originated from the ~5D_4 to ~7F_J(J=6,5,4,3)of Tb~(3+) ions.The decay time of Tb~(3+) ions at 543 nm and the relevant energy levels of Ce~(3+) ions and Tb~(3+) ions illustrated the transfer process from Ce~(3+) ions to Tb~(3+) ions.The best CIE chromaticity coordinate of the glass ceramics specimen was calculated as(x=0.3201,y=0.3749),which was close to the NTSC standard values for white(x=0.333,y=0.333).All the results suggested that the YPO~4-based Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+) co-doped glass ceramics could act as potential luminescent materials for white light-emitting diodes.  相似文献

Proton-conducting SrCe0.9Ho0.1O3-α ceramics was prepared by high-temperature solid state reaction. X-ray powder diffraction patterns show that the ceramics is of a single orthorhombic phase of perovskite-type SrCe03. Influence of Composition on Properties of BNT-BT Lead-Free Piezoceramics   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-BaTiO3(BNT-BT) were prepared by the conventional piezoelectric ceramic preparation technique (free air atmosphere sintering). The influence of BaTiO3 additive amount and La2O3 additive amount on the properties of BNT-BT lead-free piezoceramics were investigated. The results show that the dielectric constant(ε) and piezoelectric strain constant(d33) of materials start increasing and then decreasing while BaTiO3 additive amount increasing, the ε and d33 of materials have maximum value (ε=1650, d33=120 PC·N-1) while x(BaTiO3)=0.06 mol. The ε and d33 of materials start increasing and then decreasing while La2O3 additive amount increasing, the ε and d33 of materials have maximum value (ε=1684, d33=153 PC·N-1) while w(La2O3)=0.3%. The influence of La2O3 additive amount on the microstructure of BNT-BT piezoelectric ceramics was analysed by SEM(scanning electron microscope). The influence mechanism of La2O3 additive amount on the properties of BNT-BT piezoelectric ceramics was discussed. The BNT-BT ceramics with optimum comprehensive properties were obtained.  相似文献

Nd^3+: Gd3Ga5O12(Nd : GGG) nanopowder for transparent laser ceramics was synthesized using sol-gel method. XRD, SEM, and fluorescence spectrum were used to study the properties of Nd^3+ :Gd3Ga5O12 nanopowder. XRD patterns of samples show that it has a cubic structure. Meanwhile, pure Nd:GGG crystals were obtained at 1000 ℃ for 12 h. SEM photographs show that dispersed, uniform, ball-like Nd:GGG nanopowder is obtained. Both XRD and SEM results show that the crystallization degree and the grain size increase with the increase in calcining temperature. Analysis of fluorescence spectrum shows that fluorescence emission occurs at 1062.7 nm, which is the result of Nd^3+ (^4F3/2→^4I11/2) transition. Homogenous Nd : GGG nanopewder with a small grain size synthesized using the sol-gel method is favorable for sintering the transparent ceramic, which proves that the nanopewder obtained is suitable as a precursor for preparing GGG transparent ceramics.  相似文献

The effect of LiF on the densification and mechanical properties of hot-pressed Dy-α-sialon ceramics was studied. Comparatively, without LiF as sintering additive, the pure Dy-α-sialon ceramic should be sintered at 1750 ℃. When LiF is used, the sintering temperature of the Dy-α-sialon is greatly lowered to 1500~1650 ℃. Obviously, the addition of LiF has a strong effect on the improvement in densification. Meanwhile, the resultant Dy-α-sialon has no significant changes in the mechanical properties.  相似文献
