尽管基于Multi-Agent的供应链提高了供应链系统的灵活性,但是由于供应链系统中供应商、消费者以及产品的经常变化,供应链系统适应环境的变化。提出了基于Multi—Agent的自适应供应链系统模型,讨论了该模型下如何解决由于新的厂商加入引起的交互协议的改变带来的供应链系统的适应性问题,并在此基础上对基于Multi—Agent的自适应供应链系统的实现技术进行了介绍。  相似文献

供应链(SC)是一个由供应商、制造商、仓库、物流、渠道、零售商和客户所组成的网络,通过原料获取、运输、制造并最终递送到客户的活动组织到一起。软件Agent是可以为我们完成特定任务的具有自治行为的对象。本文试图从Agent模型角度对供应链进行建模,提出一种可动态加载能力的多Agent模型,设计了一个基于Agent的供应链管理系统原型,并通过实现一个供应链上定单处理流程来说明该模型所具有的良好性质。  相似文献

自动协商是多Agent系统实现协作的关键环节。目前,对协商模型的研究大部分是在特定的应用系统中针对具体协商背景进行研究,协商模型的通用性较差。本文分析了多Agent系统协商机制的三个方面:Agent通信语言、通信方式和交互协议。在此基础上,给出了基于多Agent的通用协商框架GNF,该协商框架包括抽象协商过程、协商规则分类和协商协议。最后,给出了一个基于通用协商框架GNF的原型系统——采用Jess规则引擎实现的多Agent的商品交易系统。  相似文献

针对由单个损失厌恶型供应商和单个风险中性型零售商组成的供应链系统,在前景理论框架下,研究了存在缺货损失下的基于批发价格契约和价格补贴契约的易逝品供应链协调问题。首先分析了分散化供应链系统在批发价格契约下供应商和零售商的最优决策,并将供应商的最优生产量与集中化供应链系统下的最优生产量进行了比较;从理论上严格证明了当供应商的最优生产量小于集中化供应链系统下的最优生产量时,供应商不能通过批发价格契约使得自己的生产量为集中化供应链的生产量。然后分析了在缔结政府提供的价格补贴契约下供应商和零售商的最优决策。研究结果表明,损失厌恶型供应商在批发价格契约下的最优生产量可能偏离系统最优生产量,这时政府可以通过价格补贴契约来协调整个供应链。  相似文献

好的协商模型对提高供应链协商效率有着重要的意义。提出了一种基于劝说式的多Agent供应链协商模型。对供应链协商模型框架和协商Agent的状态信息进行了形式化的定义,阐述了协商中的劝说方法、让步原则和提议交互过程。实践表明利用该模型建立起供应链协商支持系统能提高供应链伙伴协商效率和协商成功率。  相似文献

This paper presents research into applying virtual environment (VE) technology to supply chain management (SCM). Our research work has employed virtual manufacturing environments to represent supply chain nodes to simulate processes and activities in supply chain management. This will enable those who are involved in these processes and activities to gain an intuitive understanding of them, so as to design robust supply chains and make correct decisions at the right time. Despite the increasing attention to the service supply chain management by both practitioners and academics, the performance measurement of service supply chains still remains unexplored. Most service firms realize that, in order to evolve an efficient and effective service supply chain, service supply chain management needs to be assessed for its performance. A literature review was conducted on performance measurement issues of service supply chains. This paper develops a framework of service supply chain performance measurement. Based on the strategic, tactical and operational level performance in a service supply chain, measures and metrics are discussed. The emphasis is on performance measures dealing with service supply chain processes such as demand management, customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, capacity and resource management, service performance, information and technology management and service supply chain finance. And to prioritize service supply chain performance measurement indicators to improve service supply chain performance, a methodology based on the extent fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is stressed. The developed framework of service supply chain performance measurement is applied to the hotel supply chain. The results of this study are useful both to practitioners in the service supply chain and to researchers carrying out further studies in the field.  相似文献

With the development of a new generation of information technology, smart manufacturing has put forward higher requirements for supply chain. It is necessary to ensure the synchronization of the supply chain operation and maintain the reliability of the supply chain management, therefore the trust evaluation for the supply chain becomes extremely important. Traditional supply chain management has problems such as information flow is easy to be tampered with, logistics is difficult to trace, and capital flow is not true, which leads to increased opportunity costs due to the lack of trust among transaction entities in the supply chain. The emergence of blockchain technology provides an opportunity to improve the supply chain ecosystem. In this paper, an integrated framework for blockchain-enabled supply chain trust management towards smart manufacturing is proposed to explain how to enhance trust management with the help of blockchain from the perspectives of information flow, logistics, and capital flow. An optimized trust management model is designed for better entities evaluation in supply chain. A coal mine equipment manufacturing industry scenario is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework.  相似文献

PurposeManaging processed food products’ safety and recall is a challenge for industry and governments. Contaminated food items can create a significant public health hazard with potential for acute and chronic food borne illnesses. This industry study examines the challenges companies face while managing a processed food recall situation and devise a responsive and reliable knowledge management framework for product safety and recall supply chain for the focal global manufacturing and distribution enterprise.MethodDrawing upon the knowledge management and product safety and recall literature and reliability engineering theory, this study uses a holistic single case based approach to develop a knowledge management framework with Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) decision model. This knowledge management decision framework facilitates analysis of the root causes for each potential major recall issue and assesses the reliability of the product safety and recall supply chain system and its critical components.ResultsThe main reasons highlighted for a recall and associated failure modes in a knowledge management framework are to devise appropriate deployment of resources, technology and procedures to recall supply chain. This study underscores specific information described by managers of a global processed food manufacturer and their perspectives about the product safety and recall process, and its complexities. Full scale implementation of product safety and recall supply chain in the proposed knowledge management framework after the current pilot study will be carried out eventually through expert systems. This operational system when fully implemented will capture the essence of decision making environments comprising goals and objectives, courses of action, resources, constraints, technology and procedures.ImplicationsThe study recognizes the significance of communication, integration, failsafe knowledge management process design framework, leveraging technology such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) within all levels of supply chain for product traceability and the proactive steps to help companies successfully manage a recall process and also reestablish trust among the consumers. The proposed knowledge management framework can also preempt product recall by acting as an early warning system. A formal knowledge management framework will enable a company’s knowledge be cumulative for product safety and recall and serve as an important integrating and coordinating role for the organization.  相似文献
