原子吸收分光光度法与1，10-二氮杂菲分光光度法测定水中铁具有精密度高、准确度好的特点。用两种方法测定的已知样为0．8mg／L和1．0mg／L，经比较1，10-二氮杂菲分光光度法比原子吸收分光光度法精密度更高、准确度更好。
