采用非临界相匹配方式,制成一台同步泵浦飞秒红外光参量振荡器。其输出波长的调谐是靠改变泵浦光掺钛蓝宝石激光器的输出波长而得以实现的,其调谐范围为1.08~1.13um。在90fs.1.1w左右的掺钛蓝宝石激光器的泵浦下,同步泵浦光参量振荡器的输出功率为100mw.而脉竟只有60fs左右。 相似文献

利用脉冲波面倾斜技术补偿三波相互作用的群速度失配,建立了掺钛蓝宝石飞秒再生放大器输出倍频光泵浦共线类匹配BBO晶体的光参量产生和放大器,其信号和空闲光输出调谐范围为0.47~2.7μm,脉冲宽度为100~170fs,重复率为1kHz。脉冲最大输出能量为6.5μJ,总能量转换效率大于15%。 相似文献

报道准连续60W线列阵二极管激光器侧面泵浦的Nd:YAG激光器及用LiF:F2-晶体作饱和吸收体的被动调Q激光器。在重复频率为10Hz,泵浦脉宽为400μs,峰值功率为60W的泵浦速率下,激光弛豫振荡每周期输出的能量为3mJ,相应的全光光效率为12.5%。在调Q方式下运转时,每周期可得到3个能量为400μJ,脉宽为11.5ns的脉冲。通过腔结构的调整,实验中还获得能量为200μJ的单横模的单脉冲输出。通过数值模拟讨论了脉冲的形成过程和脉冲特性,并对进一步的研究工作提出了改进方案。 相似文献

计算了普遍采用的二阶单发自相关仪光路中的分束片的色散引起的超短脉冲展宽量,指出在脉冲极短时该展宽将导致不准确的测量结果(例如,对于脉冲宽度为3fs左右,通过100μm厚度的K9玻璃分束片,脉冲展宽将达到10%)。基于计算结果,提出了一种新型的采用全反射结构的单发二阶自相关仪设计,通过分波面的方法改变了自相关仪的分束方式,避免了采用透射分束光学元件引起的色散。采用这种全反射式结构的二阶单发自相关仪,可以使自相关测量方法测得的脉冲宽度更为准确,计算得出理论上其最小时间分辨率可达3.6fs。 相似文献

Optimum low-noise operation modes of a passively mode-locked fiber laser are described and characterized. The laser produces 60 fs bandwidth limited pulses with root mean square amplitude fluctuations of 0.4% in a frequency-band from 30 Hz to 100 kHz. It is shown that low-noise operation up to 5 dB below the amplitude noise of the pump laser is possible with overall negative cavity group-velocity dispersion and a large difference between the intracavity loss under free-running and mode-locked laser operation. Additional frequency stabilization reduces the timing jitter to 4 fs in a frequency band from 1 kHz to 100 kHz and 110 fs in the 30 Hz to 100 kHz band 相似文献

Single‐walled carbon‐nanotube absorbers are experimentally demonstrated for laser mode‐locking. A saturable absorber device is used to mode‐lock three different bulk solid‐state lasers in a 500 nm‐wide wavelength interval. The devices exhibit a low saturation fluence of <10 µJ cm?2, low scattering losses, and an exceptionally rapid relaxation, with time constants reaching <100 fs. The latter two properties are explained by a decreased curling tendency and increased tube‐to‐tube interactions of the nanotubes, respectively. These properties are the result of an optimized manufacturing procedure in combination with the use of a starting material with a higher microscopic order. The decreased scattering enables universal use of these devices in bulk solid‐state lasers, which tend to be highly sensitive against non‐saturable device losses as caused by scattering. The favorable saturable absorption properties are experimentally verified by mode‐locking the three lasers, which all exhibit near transform‐limited performance with about 100 fs pulse duration. The complete and unconditional absence of Q‐switching side bands verifies the small saturation fluence of these devices. 相似文献

We present a dual semiconductor laser system at 1.55 mum with femtosecond pulse widths and very low timing jitter for rapid pump-probe measurements. Synchronizing the two lasers to the same low-noise radio frequency-oscillator allows the use of an electrical phase shifter for the relative time delay between the lasers. This leads to a large scanning window that nearly matches the pulse period of 2.5 ns, as well as achieving a discrete time step of below 100 fs. The timing jitter of the complete dual laser system including all electronics is only 540 fs across the whole time delay. The nonlinear pulse compression using especially designed comb-like dispersion profiled fiber leads to autocorrelation widths of 310 fs. The system performance, i.e., the high time resolution is demonstrated by optical cross correlation of the pump and probe pulse, showing a very low full-width at half maximum of 1.3 ps 相似文献
