热虹吸泵的工作特性对小型太阳能无泵LiBr吸收式制冷机的性能有决定性的影响。实践表明,人工增加汽化核心数目,可以有效增加所产生气泡的数量,从而提高热虹吸泵的工作效率、降低系统启动温度。本文提出三角形结构热虹吸泵,并进一步研究运行温度、浸没高度以及绝对压力等因素对溶液提升量及冷剂水产量的影响。该研究有助于小型太阳能无泵LiBr吸收式制冷机的推广应用。  相似文献

建立了小型太阳能热水型无泵溴化锂吸收式制冷系统,系统主要采用降膜吸收器、降膜蒸发器、弦月型通道热虹吸提升管等新型设计。为了提高制冷系统的整体运行效果,首次设计了一套二次发生装置,使系统能在较低的初始溶液浓度范围(46%~54%)下运行,并保持较高的放气范围和吸收率,有助于提高吸收器性能;并使冷剂水产量较之不使用二次发生器的情况增大1.68倍,明显改善了蒸发效果;对冷凝器与蒸发器间压差的建立也起到一定的作用,改善了制冷系统的整体运行性能,平均制冷系数可达0.725。  相似文献

本文介绍了气泡泵的工作原理,总结了近年来国内外在单压吸收式制冷系统中气泡泵的研究进展。提出气泡泵的三种重要影响参数分别为结构形式、运行参数和工质,并对扩散-吸收式制冷循环和Einstern制冷循环在理论和实验研究两个方面进行了阐述。同时对影响气泡泵性能的因素以及气泡泵其他方面的研究进行了分类。最后,指出循环中工质的种类以及多管气泡泵中形成提升量的倍增需要更完善和深入的研究。  相似文献

Highly resistive TaSiNx films investigated as candidates for heating and diffusion-barrier layers for miniaturized IC devices such as a sensor or a phases-change random access memory (PCRAM). The obtained resistivity, between 0.069-1.21 Ω cm, increases with increasing nitrogen content up to 52.83%, and fulfills the requirements as a suitable heating layer. All the as-deposited films were amorphous, and the films with substantial nitrogen content showed excellent thermal stability The amorphous structure had a very smooth surface which was stable at temperatures up to 800 °C. In addition to its heating capability, the amorphous structure with no grain boundaries was found to also act as a good diffusion barrier effect in contact with a tungsten electrode as determined by AES an TEM analysis. The barrier effect was evaluated by an annealing at 500 and 600 °C in Ar atmosphere for 30 min, respectively. The highly resistive TaSiNx heating layer successfully obstructed the diffusion of tungsten atoms from the W electrodes even when the layer was only 10 nm thick. With increasing N content, the heating and diffusion-barrier layer for PCRAM was proposed as a typical example of many potential applications.  相似文献

There has been much recent research interest into “cryogen-free” dilution refrigerators. Cryogen-free systems have some advantages from a safety and convenience point of view as liquid cryogens are unnecessary. However, this also makes integrating the low-temperature system with a high magnetic field environment much more challenging. Here we shall describe recent successes of integrating superconducting magnets and dilution refrigerators into one system requiring a single pulse tube cooler. The resulting environment provides experimental temperatures between 7 mK and 30 K and magnetic fields up to 12 T. We shall describe the effects of AC loss heating in such systems on the pulse tube refrigerator when the field is ramped and also the effects of eddy current heating on the mixing chamber in sweeping fields.  相似文献

Forced convection of low temperature (80-150 K) nitrogen gas flowing through rectangular channels with hydraulic diameters of 0.513-1.814 mm and aspect ratios of 0.013-0.048 has been investigated experimentally. Close attention was focused on the effects of channel depth and heat addition on the heat transfer and flow characteristics, the transition from laminar to turbulent flow and the existence of an optimum channel depth. A dimensionless heating number was adopted to characterize the heating effect. The experimental correlation developed for the Nusselt number shows that the heat addition is the most important effect, followed by the channel aspect ratio, Reynolds number and Prandtl number.  相似文献

Efforts to use microwaves in material processing are gradually increasing. However, the phenomena associated with the processing are less understood; popular mechanisms such as dipolar heating and conduction heating have been mostly explored. The current paper reviews most of the significant phenomena that cause heating during microwave–material interaction and heat transfer during microwave energy absorption in materials. Mechanisms involved during interaction of microwave with characteristically different materials – metals, non-metals and composites (metal matrix composites, ceramic matrix composites and polymer matrix composites) have been discussed using suitable illustrations. It was observed that while microwave heating of metal based materials is due to the magnetic field based loss effects, dipolar loss and conduction loss are the phenomena associated with the electric field effects in microwave heating of non-metals. Challenges in processing of advanced materials, particularly composites have been identified from the available literature; further research directions with possible benefits have been highlighted.  相似文献

The electrical resistance of vacuum deposited silver telluride thin films was measured in the temperature range from 300 to 430 K at different heating rates. It is found that silver telluride films undergo a structural phase transition, with a hysteresis. The phase transition occurs over a wide temperature range of about 30 K and the transition temperature as well as the hysteresis width are found to be influenced by the heating rate. The effect of heating rate on the phase transition temperature and the hysteresis are discussed.  相似文献
