采用化学镀的方法在层状LiAl0.05Ni0.25Co0.70O2表面沉积一层镍,通过X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及电化学测试研究其表面形貌、结构和电化学性质。结果表明,所制备的材料表面镀镍层均匀致密,有效地抑制了材料表面与电解液的相互作用。首次放电比容量达到121.51mA·h/g,经过30次循环后容量保持率为91.35%,其循环稳定性能得到明显提高。 相似文献

Tape casting and electroless plating were used to fabricate Al2 O3 /Ni laminar ceramic composites with close control of the thickness of the Al2 O3 and Ni layers. Ninety-seven percent relative density, macrodefect-free composites were obtained by spark plasma sintering. In electroless plating solutions, the stable potential of grain boundary led to the first deposition of nickel on the grain boundary of Al2 O3 . Scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray, and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the structure, elements distribution, and phase composition of the Al2 O3 /Ni laminar composites. 相似文献

Electroless-plating and electro-plating have been used to deposit Cu-Ni-Au coating on diamond/Cu composites. Before electroless copper plating, pretreatment should be applied to the surface of composites by means of boiled HNO3 etching, sensitization with SnCl2 and activation with PdCl2. The influence of pre-treatment on the electroless copper plating and electroplating Ni/Au is studied in this paper. Scanning electronic microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy and optical microscope are used to examine microstructure and morphologies of coatings. Results indicated that the uniform and tight bonded Cu/Ni/Au coating have been successfully deposited on the diamond/Cu composites. Meanwhile, high temperature baking, solder wetting and the polarization curve tests are used to evaluate the adhesion strength, solderability and corrosion resistance of Cu/Ni/Au coatings in detail. Investigated results indicated that diamond/Cu covered with Cu-Ni-Au coatings exhibited excellent solderability and mechanical properties. 相似文献

A novel method of incorporating fluidized bed chemical vapor deposition (FBCVD) with electroless plating was developed to effectively prepare the core-shell structured high-Ni-content WC–Ni composite powders. FBCVD offered a unique approach to decorating Ni particles on WC particles. The small Ni particle acted as an active catalyst to effectively produce high-Ni-content composite powders in the subsequent electroless plating process. The particle size and quantity of decorated Ni particle determined the electroless plating rate. FBCVD pretreatment temperature and time had a conflicting influence on obtaining both the fine size and large quantity of deposited Ni particles. For the conditions tested, the maximum electroless plating rate of 2.93 mg / g/min was obtained using an optimal FBCVD pretreatment at 750°C for 5 minutes, corresponding to a 0.11 wt. % Ni deposition and 50 nm particle size. 相似文献

通过化学镀方法,在碳纤维表面分别镀上Ni和Cu Ni镀层,以这种表面改性碳纤维与堇青石陶瓷复合,制备表面改性碳纤维增强堇青石基复合材料;研究碳纤维,镀镍碳纤维,铜镍复合镀碳纤维的含量对复合材料的抗弯强度,尺寸变化率,密度和孔隙率等的影响规律。结果表明,碳纤维可以显著地提高材料的性能,表面改性碳纤维可以进一步提高材料性能,尤其是铜镍复合镀碳纤维的增强效果更好,其抗弯强度比基体的抗弯强度提高3.5倍,纤维与基体的复合质量较好。 相似文献

PS/Ni microspheres were prepared by electroless nickel plating on PS microspheres. Several parameters for plating were optimized in order to obtain integrated and uniform nickel coatings. The properties of obtained composite microspheres, such as chemical composition and crystal texture of the coating, mechanical property, density, and magnetism, were characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, and VSM. It was revealed that several parameters, such as thiourea dosage, reaction temperature, and load, had significant influence on fabrication of integrated and homogeneous nickel shell. It was also demonstrated that the properties of the PS/Ni microspheres, such as nickel weight ratio, density, and magnetism, can be tuned by adjusting the load. POLYM.
