平钢腹板曲线梁桥腹板弹性剪切屈曲计算

创新点说明:

曲线组合梁桥和曲线钢桥在国内外已大量修建,但在曲线桥设计时,平钢腹板的剪切屈曲计算通常采用直桥公式,或仅在直桥公式上新增一个修正系数。本文把曲线桥中的平钢腹板等效为各向同性柱形扁壳,采用满足四边简支边界条件的双重三角级数作为位移函数,利用伽辽金法,推导了曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度计算公式。参数分析表明:曲线桥平钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲系数随着参数 h2/(Rt) 的增大而增大,随着长高比 l/h 的增大而减小。说明曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度高于直桥腹板。对于参数 h2/(Rt) 小于2的曲线桥,平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度较直桥腹板提高幅度不超过4.5%,此时,曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度可偏保守地采用直桥公式。但是对于参数 h2/(Rt) 较大的曲线桥,平钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲强度采用直桥公式太过保守。本文提出的公式可更好地估算曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度。

研究目的:

得出平钢腹板曲线梁桥腹板弹性剪切屈曲强度计算公式。

研究方法:

把曲线桥中的平钢腹板等效为各向同性柱形扁壳进行剪切屈曲分析;

1)采用满足四边简支边界条件的双重三角级数作为位移函数,利用伽辽金法,推导曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度计算公式。

2)针对实桥,确定参数h2/(Rt)的取值范围。给定参数h2/(Rt)和长高比l/h具体数值,利用Matlab程序计算弹性剪切屈曲系数。

3)对弹性剪切屈曲系数进行拟合,得到曲线桥平钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲系数拟合公式,进而得到曲线桥平钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲强度拟合公式。

研究结果:

1)曲线桥平钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲系数随着参数 h2/(Rt) 的增大而增大,随着长高比 l/h 的增大而减小。说明曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度高于直桥腹板。

2)对于参数 h2/(Rt) 小于2的曲线桥,平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度较直桥腹板提高幅度不超过4.5%,此时,曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度可偏保守地采用直桥公式。但是对于参数 h2/(Rt) 较大的曲线桥,平钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲强度采用直桥公式太过保守。

结论:

本文提出的公式可更好地估算曲线桥平钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度。

采用微分求积法(DQ method)对直井中钻柱非线性屈曲控制微分方程进行了求解,在力学模型中考虑了钻柱重力和井壁切向摩擦的影响,摒弃了传统分析中的等螺距和小位移假设。分析表明:无摩擦时的DQ法计算结果与有限元的分析结果吻合,DQ法能对钻柱的非线性屈曲问题进行正确分析;井壁的切向摩擦能减缓钻柱的屈曲,井壁摩擦对钻柱屈曲的影响不可忽略。为直井中钻柱非线性屈曲的摩阻分析提供了一种新的算法,同时也将DQ法应用到石油机械工程领域当中。  相似文献

目的对形心轴线为二次抛物线形曲线梁的内力、几何方程进行理论分析与公式推导.方法应用矢量几何与微分学理论,推导出平面二次曲线梁在空间分布力系作用下的内力、几何解析方程,其表达式方程最终可表示为全局坐标系下的解析函数.结果为了验证其正确性,在最后通过令参数取值趋向于极限值,其内力、几何方程恰好回归到直梁表达方程形式.结论本例推导所采用的构件形式是不考虑截面尺寸的平面曲线构件,得到的只是在各横截面位置处的内力、曲率表达形式,并不涉及到应力在横截面内的具体分布问题.  相似文献

Postbuckling behavior of the 3D braided rectangular plates subjected to uniaxial compression combined with transverse loads in thermal environments is presented.Based on a micro-macro-mechanical model,a 3D braided composite may be treated as a cell system and the geometry of each cell is deeply dependent on its position in the cross-section of the plate.The material properties of the epoxy are expressed as a linear function of temperature.Uniform,linear and nonlinear temperature distributions through the thickness are involved.The lateral pressure(three types of transverse loads,i.e.transverse uniform load;transverse patch load over a central area;and transverse sinusoidal load)is first converted into an initial deflection and the initial geometric imperfection of the plate is taken into account.The governing equations are based on Reddy’s higher-order shear deformation plate theory with a von Kármán-type of kinematic nonlinearity.Two cases of the in-plane boundary conditions are also taken into account.A perturbation technique is employed to determine buckling loads and postbuckling equilibrium paths of simply supported 3D braided rectangular plates.The results reveal that the temperature rise,geometric parameter,fiber volume fraction,braiding angle,the character of the in-plane boundary conditions and different types of initial transverse loads have a significant effect on the buckling and postbuckling behavior of the braided composite plates.  相似文献

Actual slope stability problems have three-dimensional(3D) characteristics and the soils of slopes have curved failure envelopes. This incorporates a power-law nonlinear failure criterion into the kinematic approach of limit analysis to conduct the evaluation of the stability of 3D slopes. A tangential technique is adopted to simplify the nonlinear failure criterion in the form of equivalent Mohr-Coulomb strength parameters. A class of 3D admissible rotational failure mechanisms is selected for soil slopes including three types of failure mechanisms: face failure, base failure, and toe failure. The upper-bound solutions and corresponding critical slip surfaces can be obtained by an efficient optimization method. The results indicate that the nonlinear parameters have significant influences on the assessment of slope stability, especially on the type of failure mechanism. The effects of nonlinear parameters appear to be pronounced for gentle slopes constrained to a narrow width. Compared with the solutions derived from plane-strain analysis, the 3D solutions are more sensitive to the values of nonlinear parameters.  相似文献

The nonlinear large deflection differential equation, based on the assumption that the subsoil coefficient is the 2nd root of the depth, was established by energy method. The perturbation parameter was introduced to transform the equation to a series of linear differential equations to be solved, and the deflection function according with the boundary condition was considered. Then, the nonlinear higher-order asymptotic solution of post-buckling behavior of a pile was obtained by parameter-substituting. The influencing factors such as bury-depth ratio and stiffness ratio of soil to pile, slenderness ratio on the post-buckling behavior of a pile were analyzed. The results show that the pile is more unstable when the bury-depth ratio and stiffness ratio of soil to pile increase, and although the buckling load increases with the stiffness of soil, the pile may ruin for its brittleness. Thus, in the region where buckling behavior of pile must be taken into account, the high grade concrete is supposed to be applied, and the dynamic buckling behavior of pile needs to be further studied.  相似文献

首先对群柱平面内稳定性进行论述,通过算例分析简单阐述了同层框架柱以及层间框架柱的相互作用机理,并对各国学者在此方面的研究工作进行了总结;然后着重讨论了通高区结构群柱面外稳定问题,包括平面框架(矩形通高区)和曲面框架,其中对平面框架的群柱面外稳定设计方法的研究相对成熟,而对于面外支撑效果更强的曲面框架,通过算例分析了其失稳机理;最后对在高层筒中筒结构和塔结构中大量使用的网格式筒壳结构的群柱稳定问题进行了探讨。结果表明:网格式筒壳结构不同于平面框架,其在失稳时表现出明显的空间变形特性,使得网格式筒壳结构群柱面外稳定设计理论的研究变得非常复杂;各国研究成果较少,严重滞后于工程应用,亟待进一步解决。  相似文献

为真实描述结构二阶弹性分析中可能出现的侧扭屈曲变形和翘曲扭转变形,精确满足增量虚位移原理,结合梁柱法和有限单元法,基于更新拉格朗日构形的增量虚位移原理和三维空间薄壁构件理论,提出采用拉弯、压弯、纯弯及扭转状态下薄壁构件平衡微分方程的解作为插值函数,详细推导了考虑截面翘曲影响的空间薄壁梁柱单元的几何非线性切线刚度矩阵,推导过程中同时考虑了双向弯曲和扭转及其各耦合项对刚度矩阵的影响。并通过算例证实了文中方法的精确度和有效性。  相似文献

目的针对平面内变形的微圆段进行研究,给出等曲率梁的显式单元刚度矩阵,以便对含等曲率梁的结构进行分析.方法求解等曲率梁的微圆段平衡微分方程,获得等曲率梁的杆端力计算表达式.利用截面内力与应力关系、本构方程以及应变与位移关系,推导等曲率梁的任意截面内力与位移的关系,进而推导任意截面的位移与杆端位移之间的关系.根据等曲率梁的杆端力表达式及杆端位移表达式得到等曲率梁的杆端力与杆端位移的关系式.结果通过对平面内变形等曲率梁研究,给出了等曲率梁的任意截面处内力的计算公式以及杆端力表达式;得到了等曲率梁的任意截面处的内力与位移之间的关系式;给出了等曲率梁的任意截面处位移的计算表达式和杆端位移表达式;得到了等曲率梁的杆端力与杆端位移关系式.结论针对平面内变形的等曲率梁,笔者给出了一种解析的显式等曲率梁的单元刚度矩阵,该单元刚度矩阵可用于含等曲率梁的杆系结构的有限元分析.  相似文献

In nonequilibrium nonlinear region, by assuming that there is local equilibrium at the solid/liquid interface, and considering that curvature, temperature and composition at the solid/liquid interface which are related to perturbation amplitude are nonlinear, nonlinear equations of the time dependence of the perturbation amplitude of the solid/liquid interface during solidification of a dilute binary alloy are established. 为了讨论两端简支钢柱在温度荷载作用下的弹性稳定性,考虑了温度沿钢柱截面非均匀分布的影响,基于构件的非线性位移应变关系,利用能量原理推导了钢柱的非线性平衡方程及屈曲方程,给出了计算临界屈曲温度荷载的方法.由分析结果可知,温度变化对钢柱的稳定性影响很大,当钢柱长细比较大时,即使温度变化值较小也能引起钢柱的屈曲;当钢柱温度变化沿截面均匀分布时,利用提出方法所求得的临界屈曲温度荷载与经典欧拉方法一致;当柱截面平均温度变化为零时,沿截面的不均匀温度分布不会引起钢柱的屈曲.温度沿截面的不均匀分布对于钢柱的稳定性是有利的,而且随着构件长细比的增大,沿截面温度不均匀分布对钢柱稳定性的有利作用增强.有限元验证结果说明所提出的方法可用于温度作用下钢柱屈曲性能的分析.  相似文献

The in-plane elastic buckling of a steel column under thermal loading is investigated. The column is pinned at its ends, with two linear elastic springs that model the restraint provided by adjacent members in a structural assemblage or an elastic foundation. Across a section, the temperature is assumed to be linearly distributed. Based on a nonlinear strain-displacement relationship, the energy method is used to obtain the equilibrium and buckling equations. Then the buckling of columns with three different thermal loading cases is studied. The results show that the analytical formulas can be used to evaluate the critical temperature for elastic buckling. The thermal gradient plays a positive role in improving the stability of columns. Comparing these predictions with uniform temperature distribution over cross section, it can be shown that the buckling load is seriously underestimated. It can also be found that axial restraints can significantly affect the column elastic buckling loads. The critical temperature decreases with an increase of restraint stiffness. Furthermore, the effect of axial stiffness increases when increasing the thermal gradients and decreasing the slenderness ratio of columns.  相似文献

Buckling could be induced when shallow arches were subjected to vertical step loads. In-plane static and dynamic buckling of shallow pin-ended parabolic arches with a horizontal cable was investigated. Based on the equations of motion derived from Hamilton’s principle, nonlinear equilibrium equations and static buckling equilibrium equations were deduced. Through the pseudo-static analysis, approximate solutions to the lower and upper dynamic buckling loads under step loads were obtained, for shallow parabolic arches. The results show that dynamic buckling and snap-through buckling are impossible when modified slenderness ratio λ<λ c and λ>λ s, where λ c and λ s denote critical slenderness ratios of bucking and snap-through buckling, respectively; effects of the stiffness of the horizontal cable on the dynamic buckling are significant; and the dynamic buckling loads under a equivalent central concentrated step load are lower than the loads under a distributed load appreciably.  相似文献
