利用Miedema理论和几何模型计算了合金La-M,Ni-M(M=La,Ni,Co,Mn,Al,Cr,Fe,Cu,Ga)和稀土系氢三元合金系统LaNi5-xMnx(M=Co,Mn,Al,Cr,Fe,Cu,Ga)的生成焓,计算结果与已有实验结果符合得较好。结果表明,添加合金组元Mn,Co,Cr,Fe和Cu,三元合金LaNi5-xMx的生成焓有不同程度的增大,而添加Al,Ga生成焓则明显减小,讨论了生  相似文献

用等离子喷涂技术制取了MO+Al2O3-TiO2、MOS2+Al2O3、TiO2+Cr3C2NiCr和MoS2+Cr3C2-NiCr复合涂层.利用SEM、XRD、和XPS等技术.观察和分析了涂层的显微结构和喷涂过程中的物相变化及添加成分对涂层耐磨性能的影响.在MM-200型磨损试验机上测定了涂层的滑动摩擦系数和磨损率.结果表明;Mo、MoS2与Al2O3-TiO2的结合性能较好,TiO2、MoS2在Cr3C2-NiCr涂层的气孔和裂纹处偏聚;添加MoS2对Al2O3-TiO2涂层的物相组成有明显的影响;适量的MO、MOS2加入Al2O3-TiO2中,可以降低涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率;而TiO2、MoS2加入Cr3C2-NiCr中,对涂层的摩擦磨损性能影响不大  相似文献

本文在0.5mol/LH2SO4中测定了Fe-Cr、Fe-Al、Fe-Cr-Al和Fe-Mn-Al-Cr合金的极化曲线,用透射电镜和光电子能谱仪对它们的钝化膜的组成和稳定性进行了分析研究.结果表明:在上述合金的钝化膜中,均出现Cr、Al的富集,但在Fe-Cr-Al合金的钝化膜中,Cr的富集受到抑制,而在Fe-Mn-Al-Cr合金的钝化膜中Cr富集未受到抑制.Fe-Mn-Al-Cr的Cr、Al复合钝化膜的钝性优于同等含Cr量的Fe-Cr合金,更优于同等Cr、Al含量的Fe-Cr-Al合金.本文认为,锰使得膜中的硫含量降低,致使钝化膜的稳定性提高  相似文献

通过差热分析法测出了Fe-Mn-Al系(含35%Al)的部分纵截面相图,较好地解决了D.J.Chakrabarti测定的Fe-Mn-A1三元系1000℃等温截面相图与Mn-Al二元系相图以及刘兴军、郝士明通过热力学计算得到的Fe-Mn-Al三元系1000℃等温截面之间的矛盾,结果表明Fe-Mn-Al三元系1000℃等温截面中α相从Fe-Al侧到Mn-Al侧应当是连续的。  相似文献

通过X射线衍射等手段对赝三元金屑间化物(Sm_(1-x)Y_x)_2Fe_(17)N_y(x=0,0.2.0.4.0.6,0.8和1.0;2<y<3)的晶体结构及自旋磁结构进行了研究。由试验结果得出以下结论:1)当Y的含量x为0.4时,已出现两相共存现象,但两相中以Th_2Zn_(17)型结构相为主,Th_2Ni_(17)型结构相为次;当Y的含量了达到0.6时,其晶体结构由Th_2Zh_(17)型结构变为Th_2Ni_(17)型结构;2)当Y的含量x在0.8~1.0的范围内,存在自旋磁结构的变化,即由易C轴各向异性变为易C平面各向异性;3)杂质相(α-Fe相)的含量随着Y含量x的增加而减小。  相似文献

主要通过穆斯堡尔谱测试手段研究金属间化物R_2Fe_(17)Ny(R=Sm,Dy,Er,Y)磁性能的温度效应以及各向异性产生机制.由实验结果得出以下结论:1)R_2Fe_(17)Ny(R=Sm,Dy,Er,Y)的R-Fe之间耦合机制为:Sm-Fe之间为铁磁耦合,Dy-Fe之间为亚铁磁耦合,Er-Fe之间为反铁磁耦合,Y-Fe之间无铁磁耦合;2)在室温下,只有R_2Fe_(17)N_y呈现强单轴各向异性,其它R_2Fe_(17)Ny(R=Sm,Dy,Er,Y)化合物则呈现平面各向异性;3)R_2Fe_(17)Ny(R=Sm,Dy,Er,Y)的平均同质异能移和平均磁超精细场随温度降低而增加;4)由低温80K的实验数据推出Sm2Fe17Ny的饱和原子磁矩为2.53μB,Y2Fe17Ny的饱和原子磁矩则为2.39μB。  相似文献

在水溶液中周期换向脉冲电流电镀Fe-Cr-Ni合金研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用周期换向脉冲电流在含CrCl3·6H2O、FeCl2·4H2O、NiCl2·6H2O、H3BO3,抗坏血酸的混合羧酸的水溶液中,镀出了Fe0.60-0.77Cr0.07-0.18Ni0.15-0.27合金.镀层光亮,结合力好,镀层厚度可达9μm.组成为Fe0.62Cr0.18Ni0.20的镀层,其相结构为显著的γ相区域中有非晶态.镀层表面有微裂纹,且深入至基体.讨论了RC、PC、DC电流参数、电流密度和溶液pH值对镀层组成及相组成和结构的影响.  相似文献

A new technique——series electro-pulse discharge (SEPD)——was developed as asurface coating process. In this process, both positive and negative poles of a pulse power were used as the depositing electrodes and the substrate alloy was used as an induction electrode. The physical process for such SEPD was tested by measuring the relationship between the discharge voltages and gaps in a pin-plate-pin system. Microcrystalline Ni20Cr alloy coatings and oxide-dispersed Ni20Cr alloy coatings were prepared on Ni20Cr alloy surface by using a vibrating SEPD device. Oxidation at 950℃ in ambient air showed that the microcrystalline Ni20Cr alloy coatings greatly improved the oxidation resistance of the substrate alloy. The addition of dispersed Y2O3 nano-particles into the microcrystalline coatings was found to further reduce the oxidation rate and enhance the oxide spallation resistance.  相似文献

A special coating technique, electro-spark deposition (ESD), was developed to produce micro-crystalline ODS MGH754 alloy coatings on a commercial ICrl8NigTi stainless steel and a cast Ni20Cr alloy substrates. The coatings have a very fine grain structure and metallurgical bonding with the substrates. The isothermal oxidation tests at 1000 ℃ in air showed that the micro-crystalline ODS alloy coatings had a much reduced oxidation rate and improved scale spallation resistance compared with the uncoated alloys. The selective oxidation of Cr was greatly promoted to form protective and continuous Cr2O3, scales on the alloy surface. Micro-crystallization and oxide dispersions have synergistic effects on the improvement of oxidation resistance. The beneficial effects were discussed based on the experimental results.  相似文献

YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings with different Ni:Al mole ratios were deposited on superalloy Inconel 600 by electrophoretic deposition (EPD) technique, followed by sintering in CH4 atmosphere at 1 100 °C for 2 h and isothermally oxidation at 1000 °C for 50 h. After sintering at 1100 °C for 2 h in CH4 atmosphere, besides ZrC and t-ZrO2 phases, the phase constitutes of Ni:Al mole ratios with 1:3, 1:2, and 1:1 were (Zr, Al)C, AlNi3 and Ni phases, respectively. A remarkable difference in the oxidation behaviors of YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings with different Ni:Al mole ratios was observed. For YSZ(Ni:Al=1:3) coated sample, oxidation at 1000 °C causes decomposition of the (Zr,Al)C solid solution to metallic Al, and then most of the Al is oxidized to Al2O3. For the YSZ(Ni:Al=1:2) coated sample, oxidation at 1000 °C mainly causes decomposition of the AlNi3 phase. For YSZ(Ni:Al=1:1) coated sample, after oxidation at 1000 °C, most of the Ni is oxidized to NiO phase, and tolerated 50 h of oxidation and finally cracked and spalled from the specimen. YSZ(Ni:Al=1:3) and YSZ(Ni:Al=1:2) coated samples show superior oxidation resistance than that of YSZ coating. The different oxidation resistance mechanisms of YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings sintered in CH4 atmosphere were discussed.  相似文献

Pure copper plates were coated by Ni-TiC dipulse current plating method. The effects of adding different concentration(ranging from 0.5 g/L to 3.0 g/L) of attapulgite nano particles to the plating bath on the surface morphology, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance of Ni/TiC/Attapulgite nano-composite coatings were investigated. The experimental results show that the composite coating is flat and compact with adding 3.0 g/L in the bath, and the coating preferred orientation is changed from the planes (111) to (200). The coefficient of the composite coatings decreases from 0.68 to 0.18 with increasing content of attapulgite in the bath, a mixed mode of adhesive-abrasive wear occurs for all coatings, and the wear mechanism shows a transition from adhesive-abrasive to predominantly abrasive wear mechanism when the concentration of attapulgite is beyond 1.5 g/L in electrolyte. The oxidation resistance of composite coatings is the best prepared when adding attapulgite particles at 0.5 g/L in the bath, the oxide mainly consists of a NiO phase by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

以化学镀镍作为保护层,对AZ91D镁合金进行直流电镀镍涂层以提高其耐腐蚀性能,并对镁合金表面两个不同厚度的镀镍涂层进行了比较.采用SEM对涂层的表面形态进行了研究.在X射线下纹理明显.镍涂层硬度约560VHN,远远高于AZ91D镁合金基底的硬度(约100VHN).电化学测量结果表明,在已经研究的镁合金涂层中,镍镀层有最低的腐蚀电流密度和最高的腐蚀电位.加速腐蚀实验中AZ91D镁合金镀镍具有很高的耐腐蚀性能.  相似文献

An automatic brush-plating system was developed for component remanufacturing. With this system, Ni/nano-alumina composite coatings from an electrolyte containing 20 g/L nano-alumina particles were prepared.Microstructure, surface morphology, microhardness and wear resistance of automatically plated coatings and manu ally plated coatings were investigated comparatively. The results show that the automatically plated coatings are relatively dense and uniform and have lower friction coefficient of 0. 089 under lubricant condition, when compared with manually plated coatings with friction coefficient of 0. 14.  相似文献
