试验选用C30和C50两个强度等级混凝土,比较分析矿粉在不同掺量时对混凝土抗压强度、抗水渗透性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和收缩性能等的影响。试验结果表明,随着矿粉掺量的增加和混凝土龄期的增长,混凝土抗压强度略有降低,抗水渗透性能和抗氯离子渗透性能得到较大改善,干燥收缩值降低。在矿粉应用过程中应根据混凝土工程所处环境类别、设计要求和原材料实际情况选择最佳掺量和确定合理使用范围。 相似文献

通过现场模拟试验和室内试验的比较,发现模拟现场喷射混凝土的强度相比室内常规成型试验有明显降低,碳化深度和氯离子扩散系数相比室内常规成型试验明显增加.说明喷射混凝土的喷射工艺对混凝土性能产生了重要影响.针对喷射混凝土的这个特点从材料角度进行了优化配合比的试验研究,主要研究了掺加粉煤灰、矿粉、硅粉等不同种类矿物掺和料对喷射混凝土性能的影响.试验表明,同时掺加15%矿粉和8%硅粉的叠加效应可以明显改善喷射混凝土的性能,对增加混凝土强度、减小混凝土碳化深度和降低氯离子扩散系数有比较明显的改善作用. 相似文献

通过不同龄期混凝土抗压强度、碳化、干燥收缩和抗氯离子渗透试验,结合扫描电子显微镜微观形貌分析,研究了不同掺量沸石粉对混凝土耐久性的影响。试验结果表明,沸石粉降低了混凝土早期抗碳化性能和抗氯离子渗透性能,而掺加10%沸石粉改善了混凝土后期内部结构,提高了其后期抗碳化性能和抗氯离子渗透性能;沸石粉降低了混凝土干燥收缩性。 相似文献

与普通混凝土相比,双掺粉煤灰和矿粉混凝土后期强度增长率较高,干缩性和徐变值较低,提高抗渗性能,降低氯离子扩散速度,减少体系内Ca(OH)2,抑制碱集料反应,提高抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力,使混凝土耐久性得到较高改善。试验研究了单掺粉煤灰和矿粉以及双掺粉煤灰和矿粉不同掺量对混凝土的力学性能的影响,研究得出双掺粉煤灰和矿粉高性能混凝土的最佳掺量。 相似文献

Rice husk ash is one of the promising pozzolanic materials that can be blended with Portland cement for the production of durable concrete and at the same time it is a value added product. Addition of rice husk ash to Portland cement not only improves the early strength of concrete, but also forms a calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) gel around the cement particles which is highly dense and less porous. This may increase the strength of concrete against cracking. So far a systematic and detailed investigations on the corrosion performance of rice husk ash blended concrete is very scarce. Therefore, in the present investigation, a realistic approach has been made using different techniques such as compressive strength, bond strength, split tensile strength etc. Corrosion performance was evaluated using, open circuit potential measurements, rapid chloride ion permeation test and impressed voltage test and the results were discussed. 相似文献

Depending on their physical and chemical properties and the amount of replacements with cement, fly ashes may provide an economical production possibility in concrete industry and improve the mechanical and durability performance of concrete. In recent years, ultrafine fly ash has become one of the necessary ingredients of high-performance concrete. However, many of the fly ashes are coarse in nature, hence grinding is necessary to obtain sufficient performance in concrete production. In this study, the effect of grinding on strength activity of ground high-calcium fly ashes was investigated. Physical characteristics such as sieve fineness, grain particle size characteristics and Blaine specific surface area were also determined and compared with raw fly ash. Some case studies and possible interactions between fineness of fly ash, strength and water demand of mortars were discussed. The optimization of fineness coupled with the adjustment of water content were found as the key parameters of effective utilization of high-calcium fly ashes from the view point of strength maximization of cement mortars. 相似文献

试验研究了石粉含量对不同强度等级机制砂混凝土强度、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:石粉对低强和高强混凝土的影响不完全相同,对于低强度机制砂混凝土,随着机制砂中石粉含量的增加,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能提高,而抗冻性能降低,尤其是当石粉含量高于10%(石粉与水泥体积比超过1∶3.47)时,混凝土劣化明显;但对于高强混凝土而言,仅当石粉含量大于7%时,石粉使混凝土工作性出现劣化,而对于抗氯离子渗透性能,抗冻性能等耐久性,石粉含量从3.5%提高到14%,均未使高强机制砂混凝土出现劣化现象。 相似文献

通过26个约束混凝土试件(200×200×600mm)的轴心受压试验,得到了约束混凝土应力应变全曲线。较详细地研究了复合箍筋对高强混凝土(C60)强度和变形的影响,并与普通强度约束混凝土(C30)进行了比较,主要考虑了箍筋直径、间距、型式和强度等影响因素。统计了高强约束混凝土峰值应力和峰值应变的计算公式。采用的应力应变曲线方程与实测曲线吻合较好。 相似文献
