简述了交互式序贯多目标决策与模糊—层次综合评价模型体系,就矿井通风系统进行分析。该方法的特点是允许决策者参与模型分析和调整,通过多次信息反馈和系统迭代计算,最终获得决策者满意的解。提出了决策与评价的系统框图。并将此模型体系应用于云锡老厂锡矿井下通风系统的合理性研究等课题中,获得了较为显著的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献

针对企业在选择供应链合作伙伴时,常权综合方法难以体现决策者对决策因素的均衡性要求和激励性要求,以及常权综合方法常常违背决策因素间不可替代性的弊病,提出了一种基于可拓理论和变权理论的新方法——层次变权优度评价法。该方法克服了常权综合的弊病,能够对某些重要影响因素进行均衡性处理的同时,对某些关键影响因素进行激励,从而使决策者意愿的体现建立在科学理论的基础之上。经实证研究,证实了该方法应用的灵活性和有效性。  相似文献

In a companion paper, an object-oriented (OO) information model was presented for construction scheduling, cost optimization, and change order management (CONSCOM), based on the creation of a domain-specific development framework. The framework architecture is developed using generic software design elements, called patterns, which provide effective low-level solutions for creating, organizing, and maintaining objects. The OO model has been implemented in a prototype software system for management of construction projects, called CONSCOM, using the Microsoft Foundation Class library in Visual C++. CONSCOM is particularly suitable for highway construction change order management. It can be used by the owner as an intelligent decision support system in schedule reviews, progress monitoring, and cost-time trade-off analysis for change order approval. The OO information model for construction scheduling cost management can be integrated into a concurrent engineering model for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.  相似文献

Clinical decision making is driven by information in the form of patient data and clinical knowledge. Currently prevalent systems used to store and retrieve this information have high failure rates, which can be traced to well-established system constraints. The authors use an industrial process model of clinical decision making to expose the role of these constraints in increasing variability in the delivery of relevant clinical knowledge and patient data to decision-making clinicians. When combined with nonmodifiable human cognitive and memory constraints, this variability in information delivery is largely responsible for the high variability of decision outcomes. The model also highlights the supply characteristics of information, a view that supports the application of industrial inventory management concepts to clinical decision support. Finally, the clinical decision support literature is examined from a process-improvement perspective with a focus on decision process components related to information retrieval. Considerable knowledge gaps exist related to clinical decision support process measurement and improvement.  相似文献

钢铁行业是固体废弃物产生大户,一般每生产1 t钢约产生600 kg的固体废弃物,其中尘泥产生比例约占钢产量的5%~8%。一直以来,马钢非常重视固体废弃物的处理及综合利用,并将固体废弃物减量化、无害化和资源化作为内部生产管理的重要目标。介绍了马钢近年来在含铁尘泥方面开展的研究工作及综合利用实践,马钢在对含铁尘泥分类的基础上,建成了转炉OG泥管道输送返烧结资源化利用系统、低锌含铁尘泥强力混合造堆综合利用系统、转底炉及回转窑联合处理含锌尘泥系统,全部综合利用了内部产生的各种含铁尘泥,每年可相应减少约17.8万t的CO2排放量、降低30万t的新水消耗量,同时回收了大量的铁、锌、钙、镁等有价元素,在取得显著社会效益的同时,也获得了丰厚的经济回报。  相似文献

Evaluating the best alternative for a solid waste management system often requires decision makers to consider conflicting, vague, and uncertain information. Fuzzy set theory offers a possible means of managing these kinds of data or information. In this study, we propose a systematic approach to evaluating a solid waste management system in a fuzzy environment. The approach employs three main concepts: linguistic variables, fuzzy numbers, and an analytic hierarchy process. The linguistic variables are used to represent the degree of appropriateness of decision criteria, which are vague or uncertain. These linguistic variables are then translated into fuzzy numbers to reflect their uncertainties and aggregated into the final fuzzy decision value using a hierarchical structure. Through a case study, the approach is applied to the evaluation of a solid waste management system consisting of four different treatment alternatives. The results demonstrate that the developed approach can be a useful tool for evaluating a solid waste management system, where criteria are vague or imprecise.  相似文献

As the complexity and size of the projects undertaken by horizontal directional drilling (HDD) contractors rapidly increase, there is a growing need for the development of dedicated software designed to meet the industry’s special needs and requirements. This paper presents the results of a survey of the HDD industry’s software needs as well as a summary of commercially available software specifically designed for this industry. In addition, the development of two computerized applications tailored for the HDD industry are described. The first of these applications is an integrated data management system that combines asset management, cost control, estimating, and project tracking capabilities, enabling decision makers to closely monitor field performance in terms of expenditure and productivity. The second application is a simulation model developed for optimizing the utilization of drilling rigs and hydro-vacuum trucks on large-scale urban projects. Both applications are designed to improve the planning, estimating, and productivity of directional drilling projects, ultimately reducing the cost of expanding underground infrastructure networks.  相似文献
