通过在850℃时效处理研究了S32750超级双相不锈钢析出相的析出行为。采用Thermo-Calc热力学软件预测析出相及相组成,采用OM,FE-SEM和EDS对S32750超级双相不锈钢铸坯不同时效状态下的样品进行全面分析,利用K-J-M-A模型进行σ相析出动力学拟合。实验结果表明:850℃时效过程中,σ相优先在铁素体内部和双相晶界处析出,直至铁素体相耗尽;σ相的析出动力学控速环节主要是:初始阶段形核控速和时效40 min后的元素扩散控速;除σ相外,时效过程中还会析出χ相和Cr2N相。其中χ相属于亚稳定相,主要在时效前期析出,随着时效时间的延长最终转化成σ相。 相似文献

对S32205双相不锈钢在850℃进行时效处理,采用光镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、硬度和拉伸测试等手段研究了σ相的析出规律及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明:时效15 min后σ相开始沿γ/α或α/α晶界析出,并向铁素体一侧长大,其析出反应为铁素体发生转变形成σ相和γ2相;时效时间延长,σ相的析出量增加,时效240 min后σ相的含量达到18%,并导致双相不锈钢的硬度明显增加、强度略有提高,而塑性显著下降;拉伸断口的断裂类型由典型的韧性断裂向以准解理断裂为特征的脆性断裂转变。 相似文献

σ相是一种富Cr、Mo的金属间化合物,它的存在会使钢的强度提高,塑韧性降低,恶化耐蚀性能。主要从成分、组织、性能等方面对S31803、S32750双相不锈钢σ相的析出行为进行研究。结果表明:Cr、Mo增加了σ相析出的敏感性,而且随时效时间的延长,σ相析出的数量不断增加;而且σ相的析出对材料的塑性、耐蚀性都造成不利影响。 相似文献

2205双相不锈钢经过1300℃固溶处理和不同程度的冷轧变形后,在不同温度下保温不同时间后水冷.利用金相显微镜和透射电镜观察试样的组织,用Image Tool软件分析组织中σ相的含量,研究2205双相不锈钢中σ相的析出规律.在950℃保温,当冷轧变形量从50%增大到85%时,σ相析出时间从30 min缩短为3 min.冷轧变形量为85%的试样,在950℃保温,当保温时间从3 min延长至30 min时,σ相的体积分数从1.2%增大到11.8%.在875~950℃保温5 min后,当温度从875升高至950℃时,σ相的体积分数从8.9%降低至3.6%;在975℃保温5 min后,组织中不存在σ相. 相似文献

采用MIG焊接方法,对2205双相不锈钢进行了不同热输入条件下的焊接试验,对焊接接头的显微组织进行了观察与分析,并对其力学性能进行了测试.结果表明:不完全重结晶区中带状奥氏体边缘起伏随热输入的增大逐渐增强,宽度逐渐增大;焊缝中心的奥氏体大多为等轴状的块状奥氏体,而靠近熔合线则主要为魏氏奥氏体,随着热输入的增大,魏氏奥氏体逐渐减少,而块状奥氏体逐渐增多;随着热输入的增大,焊接接头的抗拉、屈服强度均有轻微降低,而断后延伸率略有升高;焊接接头的显微硬度从母材到焊缝金属先升高后降低,热影响区的显微硬度最高,硬度的变化与焊接接头各区域中奥氏体体积分数有关,随着热输入的增大,各区域中奥氏体体积分数逐渐升高,显微硬度则相应有所降低. 相似文献

The effect of isothermal aging treatment on the mechanical and corrosion properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel was investigated by means of impact toughness test and micro-hardness measurement in combination with the critical pitting temperature( CPT) technique. The corresponding fractography of the steel was then observed after the impact toughness test. The results demonstrated that,at the critical temperature for precipitation of the sigma( σ) phase,e. g.,850 ℃,the impact toughness decreased rapidly and the micro-hardness increased gradually with increasing aging time. The CPT decreased from 61 to 15 ℃ as the aging time increased from 4 min to 8 h. In addition,optical microscopy,transmission electron microscope( TEM) and X-ray diffraction studies showed that the ferrite in the steel transformed into secondary austenite and σ phase. 相似文献

The mechanical property and precipitation of the 2101 and 2205 duplex stainless steels were investigated.The results show that with nitrogen-content increasing from 0.12% to 0.26% to partly replace nickel,the yield strength of the 2101 steel gains an increase of 80 MPa whilst its elongation proportion keeps unchanged.The impact energy at a low temperature is obviously reduced.The temperature at which the impact energy starts decreasing is lower than 20℃,-20℃ and-40℃ for the 2101 steels containing 0.5%Ni,1.5%Ni and 2.5%Ni respectively,whereas it is-70℃ for the 5%Ni-containing 2205 steel.The nose temperature of precipitation is 700℃ for the 2101 steel and 850℃ for the 2205 steel.The scanning electronic microscope(SEM),the transmission electron microscope(TEM)and the X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses show that the drop in the impact energy of the 2101 steel can be mainly attributed to the precipitation of Cr2N upon ageing while it is attributed to the sigma phase for the 2205 steel. 相似文献

Correlation between pitting corrosion behavior and chi( χ )phase formed after a short-term aging(5,10 and 15 min)at 850 ℃ of 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS)was investigated using potentiodynamic polarization tests,optical microscopy,and scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy-dispersive spectrum system.Results showed that after aging for 5min,the χ phase initially precipitated at ferrite grain boundaries,developed and then became linked with prolonging aging time.The χ phase was rich in Cr and Mo,resulting in formation of depleted zones nearby.The χ phase could reduce corrosion resistance of DSS and slightly influence its stability,but the specimens still displayed the capacity for repassivation.Some lines of evidence showed that stable pitting corrosion initiated at the boundaries of precipitates.The χ phase was selectively corroded during the first stage of corrosion and then the depleted zones nearby were attacked.In addition,the grain size and volume of precipitates also affected pit nucleation and progress,and suitable size and distribution of χ phase could aggravate pit initiation at precipitate boundaries.The χ phase with considerably low volume fraction and small size was not sensitive position for pit initiation. 相似文献

利用电化学方法研究了904L超级奥氏体不锈钢不同时效下腐蚀性能的变化情况。研究结果表明:904L超级奥氏体不锈钢发生钝化时,致钝电流密度小,电位范围广,因此它容易获得钝化,这主要与904L含有较高含量的Cr、Mo合金元素有关;随着时效温度逐渐接近钢的析出敏感温度以及随着时效时间的延长,904L超级奥氏体不锈钢耐腐蚀性能明显下降。 相似文献

通过增加氮质量分数、降低镍质量分数研究了对SAF2205双相不锈钢组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,增氮降镍后,当氮质量分数和镍质量分数在合适的范围(w(N)≤0.26%、w(Ni)≥5.940%)内时,试验钢的奥氏体相区扩大,奥氏体晶粒变小且均匀;随着镍质量分数降低,晶粒变得粗大,但冲击吸收功和强度均有所提升,其中A_(kV)由199.7增至232.5J,R_m由538提高到787 MPa,Rp0.2由484提升到692 MPa,此时钢的塑性指标降低较小。 相似文献
