铝-镁合金具有良好的耐蚀性、优异的成型性和可焊性,广泛用于军、民用舰船上,但其强度不高。本试验通过在AL-Mg-Mn-Cr合金中加入0.1%~0.2%的Zr后,不仅使合金的强度得到提高,同时Zr还能显著细化晶粒,提高抗剥落腐蚀性,改善压力加工性和焊接性。为高镁铝合金在舰船上使用提供了更加优良的综合性能。  相似文献

通用合金弹簧钢是用途最广、最重要的弹簧材料。分析了标准合金弹簧钢的合金化特点及常用合金系列。标准合金弹簧钢使用的合金元素不够广泛,合金系列比较简单,未能充分利用多元合金化的效应。分析和研究了弹簧钢合金化的最新发展趋势。其特点是在更广泛和深入地研究合金元素作用、合金系列及合金化理论的基础上,扩大了合金元素的使用范围,特别是使用了很多以前未曾用过的微量合金元素,发展了大量多元(甚至七元或更多)合金系列,充分利用合金元素的复合合金化效果,明显改善了弹簧钢的性能  相似文献

Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococci have gained prominence as the causes of wound infections during this decade. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) became commonplace in the United States during the 1980s. In Canada, infections with MRSA have been increasing in frequency since 1995. MRSA develops resistance by producing an altered penicillin-binding protein, PBP 2a, coded for by the mecA gene. Vancomycin is the usual drug of choice. Recently, strains with intermediate resistance to vancomycin (VISA) have been isolated from patients in Japan and the United States. Interim guidelines for their control have been developed by the Centers for Disease Control. Enterococci have developed a resistance to a variety of antimicrobials during the past three decades, including beta-lactams and aminoglycosides. Recently, strains resistant to vancomycin (VRE) have been found in the United States and Canada. They are particularly difficult to treat, although some success has been achieved with experimental drugs. These microorganisms have the ability to escape control by antimicrobials almost as soon as they are developed. Thus, we must practice good infection control and reserve antimicrobials only for clear cases of infection if we are to prevent or delay the emergence of resistance.  相似文献

Chloramphenicol (CAP), diazepam (DIAZ) and clonazepam (CLONA) have been irradiated in aqueous and methanolic solutions by pulsed electrons (Febetron 707). Spectra of the species formed by the attack of the solvated electron and of OH radical have been determined. The kinetics of reaction of CAP, DIAZ, and CLONA with the solvated electron have been measured. Reactions of radical-radical recombination have also been studied. Thirty-seven plants are listed, which are used by traditional healers in the central and southern parts of Somalia. For each species are listed: the botanical name with synonyms, collection number, vernacular name, medicinal use, preparation of remedy and dosage. Results of a literature survey are also reported including medicinal use, substances isolated and pharmacological effects. Three plants which should have been included in Part I of the series have been added and some corrections to that paper have been made. Baker's asthma has long been recognized as a serious disease among workers in the bakery industry and the number of cases with baker's asthma is steadily increasing. This paper presents a review of the available literature on baker's allergy with a special focus on the allergens involved, the epidemiologic research and issues on exposure assessment, evidence of exposure-response-relationships, and possible prevention strategies. A large number of potential allergens have been identified and are described here. At present little is known about the incidence of baker's allergy. On the other hand, a large number of cross-sectional studies have been performed, showing that sensitization and work-related symptoms are common among bakery workers. Only atopy and exposure level have consistently been reported as determinants of this occupational disease. Age, gender, and smoking habits do not seem to be associated with sensitization or work-related respiratory symptoms. Recently, immunochemical methods have been developed to measure specific allergens in the bakery industry, which have been used to unravel the role of allergen exposure in the development of baker's asthma. Clear exposure-response-relationships have been found. The implications of these recent findings for prevention strategies and standard setting are discussed.  相似文献

Ten sesquiterpenoids, including seven new ones, have been isolated from an undescribed sponge of the genus Dysidea. Compounds 1-8 are sesquiterpenoids of the drimane class, while 9 and 10 are 12-norsesquiterpenoids of the same structural class. The structures of novel compounds have been determined by combined spectroscopic methods. These compounds exhibited moderate antimicrobial and enzyme inhibitory (Na+/K(+)-ATPase and PLA2) activities.  相似文献
