An algorithm for reducing the influence of geometrical, thermal, kinematic and stiffness errors in five-axis machine tool components on the desired tool position and orientation is given. This new algorithm is based on the calculation of the cutting tool error matrix for orthogonal machine tools. In the new model of this matrix, all angular errors of the machine links are considered as infinitesimal rotations. The error matrix is a function of the commanded machine component positions and the errors in these positions. To correct errors in the three translational and two angular tool positions, a matrix of commanded tool position and orientation is multiplied by the inverse error matrix in every period of the tool trajectory interpolation. This corrected matrix of the tool position and orientation provides the inverse kinematics used for calculation of the successive links positions required for achieving the given tool trajectory. The control algorithm for five-axis machine tools with the error compensation is implemented both in the CNC system and in the postprocessor. The proposed algorithm is applied on a vertical five-axis turning centre with two translational and three rotational axes. Twenty-four errors that could cause inaccurate machining are recognised on this machine. The machine links and their coordinate frames are denoted using the Denavit–Hartenberg parameters. 相似文献

to produce complex components within small tolerance zone in the tune of nanometre and at one machining center. All motion
control systems have some form of position feed back system fitted with the machine. Such systems are not generally accurate
due to the errors in the positioning performance of the machine tool which will change over time to time due to wear, damage
and environmental effects. The complex structure of multi-axis CNC machine tools produce an inaccuracy at the tool tip caused
by kinematic parameter deviations resulting in manufacturing errors, assembly errors or quasi-static errors. Analysis of these
errors using a laser measurement system provides the manufacturers a way to achieve better accuracy and hence higher quality
output from these processes. In this communication, techniques to measure the linear positional errors of axes of CNC machine
tools by a laser interferometer calibration system and accuracy enhancement using the data obtained from the calibration cycle

线性导轨广泛应用于精密机床和仪器,其运动精度直接影响所在设备的空间定位精度。针对团队前期研制的可以测量导轨直线度、俯仰角和偏摆角的收发分体式四自由度激光测量系统,其直线度与角度测量结果间存在的耦合干扰问题,提出了一种误差建模与补偿方法。根据激光测量系统的原理和结构,分析并确定了耦合误差的主要来源,利用矩阵光学及齐次坐标变换的方法建立了耦合误差的补偿模型。以雷尼绍XL-80型激光干涉仪为基准,对所建立的误差补偿模型进行了实验验证,结果表明:利用所建模型补偿后的直线度和角度测量误差均降低了75%以上。所提出的误差建模与补偿方法不但有助于提高四自由度激光测量系统的精度,同时也有助于降低其成本。 相似文献

为系统研究精密机床进给系统热误差的形成机理及其影响因素,提出了一种考虑结构热变形的进给系统热误差建模方法。在考虑进给系统内生热源及冷却系统对丝杠螺母副的温升和丝杠热变形作用机制的前提下,同时考虑了进给系统内生热源对精密机床结构大件(床身、立柱、溜板)热态特性的影响规律。通过分析结构热变形引起的进给系统电机座和轴承座相对位置的变化,建立了综合考虑结构大件和丝杠热变形的进给系统热误差模型。以JIG630精密卧式加工中心为例,进行了考虑结构热变形和不考虑结构热变形的进给系统热误差建模与仿真分析,并开展了相应的测试验证实验。结果表明考虑结构热变形的进给系统热误差模型仿真值与实验结果具有更高的一致性。该建模方法对精密机床进给系统热平衡设计、热误差的控制与补偿具有重要参考意义。 相似文献

关节臂式测量机误差来源多且易累积放大,其动态误差分析与补偿成为了国内外学者研究的重点。本文通过分析热变形误差、测量力误差与角度编码误差三种主要误差因素,得出了关节臂式测量机工作的最佳温度值以及表征其动态误差的三种误差因子——最大定位误差(MPE)、残余定位误差(RPE)和关节转角值(JA)。针对以上误差因子,本文提出了将T-S模糊神经网络(T-S Fuzzy Neural Network, T-S FNN)在自学能力和大规模运算方面的优势以及模拟退火算法(Simulated Annealing, SA)对全局寻优的能力相结合的新补偿方法,并建立了模型。经正交实验表明本文提出的补偿方法使动态过程中的误差分别减小了88.8%、80.2%、71.3%,证明该模型能够有效提高测量机的动态测量精度。 相似文献

A methodology for the design of artifacts used in software error compensation of rapid prototyping (RP) machines is presented. In software error compensation, an artifact is frequently utilized for measuring parametric errors of the machine axes. In the past, different artifacts have been used and designed in an ad hoc way. To date, no method is available to evaluate the design of an artifact based on its effect on the precision of the fitted models estimated using the artifact. This paper proposes a method to evaluate and improve the design of an artifact using design of experiments (DOE) techniques and numerical optimization. As demonstrated by the results, a D-optimality criterion optimized using simulated annealing techniques can be used to evaluate and improve the design of an artifact so that the components of the volumetric error are predicted more precisely, with the benefit of better error compensation over repeated use of the error models. Although in this paper the concept is only demonstrated for the SLA 250 RP machine, it can be applied to the design of any artifact used for machine error compensation. 相似文献
