本文介绍了共用一个蒸发器的风冷冰箱通过采用自然除霜的方法,在蒸发器需要除霜时压缩机停止运行依靠风机强制空气循环,将冷藏室内温度较高的空气循环经过蒸发器,经蒸发器霜层吸收热量降温后的空气再循环进入冷藏室。利用冷藏室内温度较高的空气对蒸发器进行自然除霜一段时间后再关闭循环风扇和冷藏室风门,开启蒸发器上的电加热对蒸发器进行彻底除霜。依靠霜层和冷冻室的冷量对冷藏室进行降温,既降低了冷藏室的温度也减少了蒸发器电加热除霜时电加热开启的时间,减少了风冷冰箱除霜的耗电量。  相似文献

A magnetically anisotropic conductor was applied to the damper-wedge which acts as a slot wedge and damper bar in electrical rotating machinery. This conductor is composed of copper-clad steel wires of 1.6 mm diameter aligned in the same radial direction. This means permeability in the direction of the wires, i.e., the thickness direction of the damper-wedge, is larger than the permeability perpendicular to this direction, and electrical conductivity is good. To evaluate the electromagnetic characteristics, a trial damper-wedge, 1.2 m in length and with a steel space factor of 40 percent to total volume, was manufactured and maintained in a standstill model iron core. Test results were as follows when the magnetically anisotropic damper-wedge was employed. (1) As the magnetic flux flowed well in the radial direction, the flux distribution at the core slot portion was flattened. Consequently, the ripple amplitude became small and the average flux density increased compared with cases when the nonmagnetic or magnetic isotropic conductor is used. (2) The damper-wedge had a smaller skin effect for ac current than a conventional copper damper bar. The losses concentration for the damper system was relieved so that better machine performance under heavy load condition would be obtained.  相似文献

This paper presents a study on the use of ice to improve the energy efficiency of a domestic refrigerator by applying a pseudo bond graph model that describes the thermal transfers sustained by a quantity of ice introduced inside the cavity of refrigeration. The use of ice resulted in a global energy saving of 4.68%. The effect of ice was found to be more significant during the transitional regime. It reduced the response time to reach the stable average temperature from 15 h to only 3.5 h compared to when not using ice. This achievement did not cost additional electrical power, but rather allowed a saving of electrical energy of 76.73%. However, during the steady state, a reduction in the energy efficiency was noted. An improvement in the cooling by keeping the temperature inside the refrigerator more homogeneous is also proved. The model has two inputs: the outside temperature, and the modulated temperature of the evaporator. This latter determines the functioning of the compressor cycle. The model describes the thermal transfers by natural convection inside the refrigerator. Two experiments were carried out to make a performance comparison and to prove the influence of ice in cooling and energy saving. We used real measurements to modulate the evaporator temperature source in the pseudo bond graph model. 适用于分析电机定子绕组内部不对称的多回路模型已成功用于发电机的主保护设计。多回路模型一般表达为含有时变系数的微分方程组,需要借助计算机求得数值解,其计算时间会随方程维数的增加而急剧增长。而大型水轮发电机由于极数多,多回路模型中的阻尼回路数目很大,造成方程维数过高,短路计算耗时过长而无法满足内部短路主保护设计的需要,必须对其多回路模型进行合理的简化。本文对阻尼回路的2种简化方法进行了深入分析和仿真计算,指出等效d轴和q轴阻尼绕组模型应用于电机内部短路计算时,物理概念上存在缺陷,且会造成过大的误差、在工程上无法容许;而近似阻尼笼的处理方法既能满足工程精度要求,又可节省计算时间。  相似文献

本文提出了采用二维有限元技术近似计算定子斜槽时电机内三维电磁场的新方法,阐述了其计算原理.基于此方法,建立了考虑定子斜槽时十二相(四Y移15°相带)同步发电机整流系统的非线性二维瞬态涡流"场-路"耦合方程,并对电机内的电磁场以及空载电势波形进行了计算,分析了定子斜槽对齿谐波电势的削弱作用,得出了与谐波磁导分析法完全相同的结论,验证了二维有限元技术计算斜槽电机内电磁场的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

This paper describes a numerical method for calculating the self and mutual reactances of all the electrical circuits in a machine on the basis of field computation and the given machine constructional dimensions. Subsequently, the asynchronous starting characteristics as well as the damper-bar currents are also computed.

Each of the damper bars is treated individually so that it can assume any arbitrary spatial position, e.g., along the pole surface or in the interpole region. Furthermore, the damper cage can either be complete (with damper ring) or be of the pole-grid type (without pole connection). In the analysis provision is also made for a pole-shoe collar under the lower face of the pole shoe.

All feasible types of airgap patterns can be precisely accounted for. The saturation influences are neglected, however, it is also possible to consider these approximately by modifying the virtual airgap and the damper-slot opening.  相似文献

Electronic-based refrigerators constitute one class of electrical elements that often work based on the principles of thermoelectric effects. These devices, which are much quieter than their compressorbased counterparts, are gradually gaining more popularity and are sometimes considered replacement candidates for today's compressor-based refrigerators. Over the past few decades, several books and numerous articles have been published on the properties of electronic-based refrigerators and these efforts are still ongoing. Today, several research groups around the globe are investigating the properties of thermoelectric effects and are trying to develop a high-efficiency refrigerator based on these effects. We will discuss the possibility of building an electronic refrigerator based on the properties of noise by introducing a noise-based refrigerator suitable for integrated circuits. We will then focus on the implementation and the efficiency of such a device. Although the efficiency of such a device is too low to be practically useful, this discussion is educational and helps to gain a better understanding of noise in electronic devices.  相似文献
