该文在α稳定分布下结合共变理论、循环平稳和分数低阶矩(FLOM)等理论和方法,提出基于FAM (FFT Accumulation Method)的低阶循环谱算法,对算法中存在的循环泄露现象及算法复杂度进行了分析,并以调制信号(AM,QPSK)做了实验仿真.结果表明在α稳定分布下循环平稳信号的低阶循环谱密度和在高斯模型下的二阶循环谱结构是一致的,但基于α稳定分布假定所设计的信号处理算法对信号噪声特性不确定情况具有较好的韧性和抗脉冲噪声性能.最后在循环谱域构造了调制信号的低阶循环特征参数,为复杂背景下的调制识别提供了新的途径. 相似文献

谱相关函数在双频平面上全面反映了循环平稳信号的二阶周期性。调制信号是循环平稳信号,不同调制信号的谱相关函数具有不同的分布特性,且对平稳噪声、干扰不敏感,可用于低信噪比下的调制方式识别。采用时域平滑FFT积累算法计算出调制信号的谱相关函数,对结果进行了对比分析,提取了多种调制信号的谱相关函数截面特征,设计了AM、MSK、PAM、2ASK、2FSK、4FSK、QPSK七种调制信号的树形识别流程。仿真结果表明在低信噪比下,七种调制方式具有90%以上的识别率。 相似文献

为了解决Alpha稳定分布噪声下目标螺旋桨特征提取问题,该文提出一种基于分数低阶循环谱的特征提取方法。首先,从理论上推导出脉冲噪声条件下舰船辐射噪声分数低阶循环谱,指出分数低阶循环谱中出现峰值与螺旋桨特征的关系。然后根据该关系,提出基于分数低阶循环谱的螺旋桨特征估计方法。最后,通过仿真实验验证该方法的性能,并通过实测数据进一步验证了算法有效性。 相似文献

针对传统MQAM信号载频与符号率估计算法在脉冲噪声下性能不佳甚至失效的问题,该文结合分数低阶矩与共变理论,推导了MQAM的分数低阶循环谱密度函数,并分析了升余弦脉冲成型条件下的MQAM信号循环谱特征。将分数低阶矩引入离散频域平滑谱(DFSM)估计。提出了一种基于分数低阶矩的MQAM载波频率与符号率联合参数估计算法,采用相邻谱切面求平均的方法,有效的避免了由于分辨率不足造成估计误差。仿真实验结果表明,与二阶DFSM循环谱估计算法相比,本文算法不仅能够抑制脉冲噪声的影响,而且在较为恶劣的噪声条件下均能有效的估计MQAM信号的载频与符号率,具有更好的抗干扰能力与适用性,适用于不同调制阶数的MQAM信号。 相似文献

该文以稳定分布作为噪声模型,研究了脉冲噪声环境下循环平稳信号的波达方向估计问题。针对在脉冲噪声环境中基于传统2阶循环相关的算法效果显著退化的问题,该文提出了基于分数低阶循环相关的分数低阶循环MUSIC算法(FLOCC-MUSIC)。将分数低阶循环相关与MUSIC算法相结合,可以有效抑制脉冲噪声的同频带干扰。计算机仿真表明了此算法可有效完成高斯噪声和脉冲噪声条件下的波达方向估计,其性能优于传统的基于2阶循环相关的Cyclic-MUSIC。 相似文献

α-稳定分布可以更好地描述实际应用中所遇到的具有显著脉冲特性的随机信号和噪声。与其它统计模型不同, α稳定分布没有统一闭式的概率密度函数,其二阶及二阶以上统计量均不存在。本文先简要介绍稳定分布统计特性,再提出了适用于盲信源分离的神经网络结构与基于分数低阶统计量与子空间技术的预白化过程,并利用一种新型传递函数修正了分离算法,提出了一种基于分数阶预白化与新型传递函数的盲信源分离方法。计算机模拟和分析表明,这种算法是一种在高斯和分数低阶α稳定分布噪声条件下具有良好韧性的盲信源分离方法,是对传统的二阶统计量基础上的盲信源分离方法的改造与推广。 相似文献

针对Alpha稳定分布噪声环境下,传统的MQAM信号码元速率估计方法性能恶化甚至完全失效的问题,本文结合了改进的Myriad类滤波与小波变换法的优点,提出一种基于递归混合Myriad滤波(Recursive Hybrid Myriad filter, RHMy)的高阶消失矩二次小波变换法对MQAM信号进行码元速率估计。首先采用RHMy滤波充分抑制噪声中的脉冲成分,再采用高阶消失矩小波估计码元速率。仿真结果表明,在Alpha稳定分布噪声环境中,相比于多尺度Haar小波变换法、分数低阶循环谱法与基于加权Myriad滤波(Weighted Myriad filter, WMy)的小波变换法,该方法有效的提高了低广义信噪比下的估计精度,同时在不同的脉冲噪声条件下具有较好的鲁棒性。 相似文献

This paper takes an Alpha-stable distribution as the noise model to solve the parameter estimation problem of bistatic multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar system in the impulsive noise environment. For a moving target, its echo often contains a time-varying Doppler frequency. Furthermore, the echo signal may be corrupted by a non-Gaussian noise. It causes the conventional algorithms and signal models degenerating severely in this case. Thus, this paper proposes a new signal model and a novel method for parameter estimation in bistatic MIMO radar system in the impulsive noise environment. It combines the fractional lower-order statistics (FLOS) and fractional power spectrum density (FPSD), for suppressing the impulse noise and estimating parameters of the target in fractional Fourier transform domain. Firstly, a new signal array model is constructed based on the \(\alpha \)-stable distribution model. Secondly, Doppler parameters are jointly estimated by peak searching of the FLOS–FPSD. Furthermore, two modified algorithms are proposed for the estimation of direction-of-departure and direction-of-arrival (DOA), including the fractional power spectrum density based on MUSIC algorithm (FLOS–FPSD–MUSIC) and the fractional lower-order ambiguity function based on ESPRIT algorithm (FLOS–FPSD–ESPRIT). This paper takes the alpha-stable distribution as the noise model and works on the parameter estimation problem of wideband bistatic Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar system in the impulsive noise environment. In many applications, it is not appropriate to approximate the wideband signal by the narrowband model. Furthermore, the echo signal may be corrupted by the non-Gaussian noise. The conventional algorithms degenerate severely in the impulsive noise environment. Thus, this paper proposes a new wideband signal model and a novel method in wideband bistatic MIMO radar system. It combines the fractional lower order statistics and fractional power spectrum, for suppressing the impulse noise and estimating parameters of the target. 针对现有算法应用的局限性,提出了一种根据频谱特征和时频特征来识别宽带二进制频移键控(BinaryFrequency Shift Keying,2FSK)信号的新算法。根据二进制频移键控(2FSK)信号调制原理从理论上深入分析了信号特征,据此分析结果,给出了特征参数提取方法和宽带识别算法流程以及调制参数测量方法。通过Matlab仿真验证了算法的工作性能。仿真结果表明,在信噪比大于6 dB情况下该算法能从宽带信号中有效的识别出2FSK信号,并测量出信号中心频率和码速率等调制参数。 相似文献

In order to solve the problem that modulation recognition of MFSK signals in alpha-stable distribution noise, a novel algorithm using multifractal spectrum is proposed. Multifractal spectrum characteristics of signals and noise are discussed firstly. Then algorithm extracts the difference between maximum and minimum values of spectrum as classification feature. Finally, algorithm employs threshold decision method to achieve modulation recognition of 2FSK, 4FSK and 8FSK signals. Numerical results show that algorithm has good performance in both alpha-stable distribution noise and Gaussian noise, and it is less affected by characteristic exponent of noise and data points. 相似文献
