浮选金精矿微生物氧化渣提金工艺试验研究

针对某含砷、含硫微细包裹类型难处理金矿石提金工艺进行了研究。该矿石常规氰化金浸出率仅为12.54%。通过对其浮选金精矿进行生物氧化预处理,并对生物氧化渣提金工艺的氰化法、氯化法、硫脲法进行了浸金对比试验。其结果表明,氯化法浸金效果最好,金浸出率可达94.73%,指标优于其他两种工艺。     

某含铜金精矿焙砂硫脲浸出试验研究

某含铜金精矿焙砂中铜含量高,直接进行酸性硫脲浸出,铜会对硫脲浸出产生不利影响。针对该含铜金精矿焙砂性质特点,进行了酸浸脱铜、硫脲浸出试验研究。结果表明:经过酸浸脱铜预处理后,采用硫脲浸出工艺处理该含铜金精矿焙砂,金浸出速率较快,且金浸出率相对较高;在优化条件下,经过1 h的硫脲浸出,金浸出率可达92. 2%,银浸出率可达48. 6%;硫脲浸出工艺可实现快速高效回收金精矿焙砂中金的目的。

极难处理金精矿联合工艺提金试验研究

泉山金矿氰化尾矿焙烧—超声波强化硫脲提金试验研究

对泉山金矿氰化尾矿进行了焙烧预处理—超声波强化硫脲浸金试验研究。其结果表明：该尾矿经焙烧后硫脲浸出,金的最高浸出率比未焙烧时提高了45.12%;尾矿焙烧后再经超声波强化硫脲浸出,金的最高浸出率进一步提高了9.6%,达到77.5%,且大大缩短了浸出时间,提高了浸金效率。     

某含碳高砷微细粒金矿提金工艺研究

针对陕西某含碳高砷微细粒难处理金矿矿石性质,进行了提金工艺探索。试验结果表明:相比化学预处理—氰化浸出、氧化预处理—氰化浸出工艺,次氯酸钠浸金工艺可获得较为理想的回收指标;采用次氯酸钠二段浸出,金总浸出率可达到77.04%。     

乌拉嘎金矿西坑矿石选矿工艺试验研究

黑龙江乌拉嘎黄金矿业有限责任公司西坑矿石中金属硫化物及金矿物嵌布粒度均较细。选矿工艺试验结果表明:该矿石经原矿浮选—金精矿重选—重尾生物氧化—氰化浸出—锌粉置换提金工艺处理,金的选矿总回收率为80.09%,比现有工艺流程提高了26.45%;经原矿浮选—金精矿焙烧—焙砂氰化浸出—锌粉置换提金工艺处理,金的选矿总回收率为76.49%,比现有工艺流程提高了22.85%。这表明,金精矿须经氧化预处理,才能提高金的回收率。     

难浸含砷金精矿两段生物氧化—氰化提金工艺试验研究

某难浸含砷金精矿中金矿物嵌布粒度极细,有92.00%呈次显微金（不可见）的形式存在,且金矿物嵌存状态以包裹金为主,占94.58%。对金精矿进行常规氰化浸出,金的浸出率仅为3.41%。通过采用两段生物氧化预处理—氰化提金工艺,金的浸出率提高到95.02%,比常规氰化提高了91.61%。
