一种羰基合成催化体系及应用

本发明是以铑化合物作为羰基合成的催化剂，以锡化合物为稳定剂，以烃基碘为助催化剂，组成了甲醇羰基化制备醋酸和醋酸甲酯羰基化制备醋酐的催化体系。在甲醇羰基化反应中，该体系在相对低温条件下，即可高速度、高选择性地将甲醇转化为醋酸；在醋酸甲酯羰基化反应中，该催化体系亦能够稳定地催化醋酸甲酯羰基化制备醋酐。     

苯酚液相氧化羰化反应产物的GC-MS分析

利用GC-MS对有机/无机杂化材料(OIH)负载氯化钯催化剂催化苯酚液相氧化羰化合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)不同催化体系的产物及副产物进行了定性分析,用GC外标法对反应液进行了定量分析。分析结果表明,产物分布与催化体系组成有关。在PdCl2/OIH-Co(OAc)2-CH2Cl2体系中,生成的主要副产物为水杨酸苯酯、醋酸苯酯、p-溴化苯酚和三正丁基铵;PdCl2/OIH-Cu2O-THF体系副产物则较少,只有水杨酸苯酯和三正丁基铵生成。并在分析结果的基础上提出了副产物的生成机理。     

气相催化合成N－甲基吡咯烷酮

在固体酸催化剂存在下，对气相合成Ｎ－甲基－２－吡咯烷酮进行了研究，对不同来源和制备条件的γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３和硅酸镁（ＭｇＯ－ＳｉＯ２）催化体系进行了比较。结果表明γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化活性较低；硅酸铁活性较高，且其催化活性取决于ＭｇＯ的含量。推荐ＭｇＯ含量为１４．０％（ｍ）的ＭｇＯ－ＳｉＯ２催化剂。研究了该催化剂的反应温度、停留时间对产物收率的影响。在推荐的催化体系和工艺参数条件下，收率可达９４％。     

甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯新型催化剂与工艺应用研究

采用球磨法制备了ＶＯＣｌ＿３／ＭｇＣｌ＿２／ＮａＹ和ＶＯＣｌ＿３／ＭｇＣｌ＿２／ＳｉＯ＿２两个系列的钒系复合载体催化体系，以Ａｌ＿２Ｅｔ＿３Ｃｌ＿３；为助催化剂，对乙烯、丙烯共聚合进行了研究。该催化体系在常压下最高催化效率可达７ｋｇＰ／ｇＶ·ｈ，远高于ＶＯＣｌ＿３均相催化体系；得到的产物无规性能好，含氯量低；改变载体的配比，可有效地调控聚合物的组成。提出了活性种可能的结构模型。     

环境友好催化体系——钛硅分子筛／H2O2的研究

钛硅分子筛（ＴＳ）／Ｈ２Ｏ２催化体系氧化烃类化合物具有很高的活性,无废物产生,是一个对环境友好的有机合成催化体系。本文就近年来国内外对钛硅分子筛（ＴＳ）的合成、表征方法及其催化性能的研究进展进行了简要的介绍。     

钛硅分子筛(TS ) 的催化性能及应用

介绍了钛硅分子筛（ＴＳ—１、ＴＳ—２）的合成、结构及催化性能。ＴＳ—１的合成可使用不同的模板剂,包括四丙基氢氧化铵（ＴＰＡＯＨ）、１,６－己二胺及正丁胺等。ＴＳ—１骨架钛为Ｔｉ４＋,Ｔｉ４＋在其中分布均匀。ＴＳ—１的催化活性来自骨架Ｔｉ４＋。ＴＳ—１／Ｈ２Ｏ２可用作醇氧化生成羰基化合物、烯烃环氧化、芳香化合物的羟基化等选择氧化反应的催化氧化体系。该催化体系具有反应条件温和、选择性高及环境友好等特性。ＴＳ—１／Ｈ２Ｏ２的催化机理为ＴＳ—１与Ｈ２Ｏ２形成过氧化物,然后过氧化物将氧传递到反应物使之发生氧化反应。     

丙烯氧醋化、共氧化制甘油

首先将丙烯、氧及醋酸蒸气在钯催化剂催化下进行气相氧醋化制得醋酸丙烯酯。醋酸丙烯酯用离子交换树脂催化水解成丙烯醇和醋酸。醋酸回前一工序循环使用。乙苯经空气氧化制得氢过氧化物在环烷酸钒催化下使丙烯醇环氧化制得缩水甘油,再经酸性催化水解即得甘油.乙苯氢过氧化物反应后生成的甲位苯乙醇可以催化脱水制得联产品苯乙烯。根据初步试验结果:氧醋化制醋酸丙烯酯用固定床时,时空产率可达200克/升催化剂·时;用沸腾床时,时空产率可达500克/升催化剂·时;选择性>90%。醋酸丙烯酯催化水解,单程水解率>75%,醋酸得率>96%,丙烯醇得率85%左右.丙烯醇环氧化得率按丙烯醇计>90%,按乙苯氢过氧化物计>80%。缩水甘油水解成甘油的水解率和得率均接近理论量。

塔里木盆地塔中地区生物礁特征及分布

塔里木盆地塔中地区中、上奥陶统发育多种类型生物礁，主要造礁生物包括海绵、托盘类、层孔虫、珊瑚、隐藻类、苔藓虫、蓝绿藻、绿藻、管孔藻科红藻等，主要礁体类型为灰泥丘和少量的骨架礁、障积礁。分析钻探揭示的生物礁特征，结论是灰泥丘主要形成于棚内及棚缘内带环境，骨架礁与障积礁主要形成于棚内与棚缘环境。通过沉积相分析和地震反射特征研究，预测塔中地区的陆棚边缘相带和塔中北部斜坡的中部地带，有望找到带状或断续带状分布的生物礁带。塔中1号断裂西墙的顺托果勒西区块已发现6个地震异常反射体，从其发育层位、所处环境和内部反射特征来看，极可能是生物礁丘。图2表2参6
