小型高炉自动上料系统的设计与实现

本文介绍小型锰铁高炉自动上料系统的设计和实现方法。着重对微机控制系统及高炉槽下自动配料系统的过程进行分析,从而实现高炉上料系统的计量、配料过程自动化。     

小高炉微机配料上料自动控制系统的改造方案

我厂高炉微机配料上料自动控制系统于1986年投入使用,其功能是对入炉矿料按静态补差原理进行自动给料,对上料设备按逻辑顺序进行程控,对系统的运行状况、事故报警和报表等进行显示、打印和记录。这对稳定高炉炉况,提高称量准确度,降低焦比等起了明显作用。但也存在可靠性差,检修不便等问题。我们于1990年对系统进行了改造,本文简要介绍其改造方案。     

微型计算机在铁合金电炉配料上料系统中的应用

本文介绍了16500kVA 硅锰合金电炉配料、上料系统中微型计算机的应用情况。微机硬件采用 CROMEMCO 功能模板组成,单柜式结构,通过 CRT 进行人机联系。该装置可靠性高,造价低,可供商品化。应用程序模块化,易维护,易移植。报表打印清晰实用。与微机配套的电子秤、料位传感器以及机械机构等均有一定特色。采用微机控制配料、上料后,系统配料误差达1%;电炉炉况、产量、电耗、品级率都有明显改善,据统计可节电5.6%,增产9.23%,品级率提高8.17%。     

铁合金炉上料微机控制系统

本文介绍我国第一套埋弧炉上料微机控制系统。该系统安装在16500KVA封闭式硅锰合金电炉上。系统功能包括配料、上料控制、料批重量误差补正及焦炭水分补正。硬件由CROMEMCO公司的MTS系列和扩充的外围通道组成。软件采用实时多任务操作系统。     

武钢高炉自动化系统现状和开发意见

一、监控系统现状武钢投产三十多年来,一直很注重提高生产的自动化水平。高炉检测仪表不断更新换代,过程监控水平不断提高,上料系统已由五十年代的称量车过渡到电子秤,并在1、2、4号高炉成功地使用了PC-584微机,以控制上料系统,有效地解决了上料称量不准及速度不快的问题。在2号高炉曾试验使用中子测水、补偿入炉焦炭量,以确保高炉最大的热源和料柱骨架及还原剂的稳定。在4号高炉曾试验用DZC80-AG微机秤控制配料。为了适应大型高炉生产的需要,在新3号高炉采用     

“16500kVA硅锰合金电炉配料、上料微型机控制系统”通过鉴定

由冶金部自动化所与吉林铁合金厂共同承担研制的16500kVA硅锰合金电炉功率调节及电极压放和配料、上料微机控制系统是“六、五”期间国家科技攻关项目之一。其中功率调节及电极压放部分已于1983年10月通过了冶金部技术鉴定。在此基础上双方又继续合作研制铁合金炉配料、上料系统。84年7月完成试验室调试,85年4～10月在吉林铁合金厂103号炉上进行了工业试验。10月28～31日通过了冶金部科技司

张钢24m~2烧结机核子秤自动配料系统的应用

为了解决烧结机配料系统人工称量调节存在的问题 ,张钢在 2 4m2 烧结机上选用核子秤微机自动配料系统。实践证明 ,使用效果良好 ,烧结矿综合合格率达到 69.69% ,平均比改造前提高了 4.45 %

中条山有色金属公司水泥厂的生料配料系统由斗式配料秤控制操作,故障多,精度低。文章介绍了采取的改造措施,在电控回路中增设电控时钟,改进了斗式配料秤电磁执行机构,推广应用微机控制系统,取得了明显经济效益。     

微机在烧结配料中的应用及效能分析

我厂于87年10月开始在二烧车间装备“微机自动配料控制装置”,并相继对十三台圆盘进行了改造,并全部加装了电子皮带秤。运用微机进行配料,由微机对下料量实施自动控制。该装置提高了我厂计量检测水平和自动化程度,对提高我厂烧结配料的准确性,进而提高烧结矿的各项质量指标和技术指标都有十分重要的作用,对烧结工序节能
