The hot compression deformation behavior of Cu–6.0Ni–1.0Si–0.5Al–0.15?Mg–0.1Cr alloy with high strength, high stress relaxation resistance and good electrical conductivity was investigated using a Gleeble1500 thermal–mechanical simulator at temperatures ranging from 700 to 900?°C and strain rates ranging from 0.001?to 1?s?1. Working hardening, dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization play important roles to affect the plastic deformation behavior of the alloy. According to the stress–strain data, constitutive equation has been carried out and the hot compression deformation activation energy is 854.73?kJ/mol. Hot processing map was established on the basis of dynamic material model theories, and Prasad instability criterion indicates that the appropriate hot processing temperature range and strain rate range for hot deformation were 850~875?°C and 0.001~0.01?s?1, which agreed well with the hot rolling experimentation results.  相似文献

The microstructure and mechanical properties of the twin-roll cast (TRC) Mg–4.5Al–1.0Zn alloy sheets produced by differential speed rolling (DSR) were investigated by optical microscopy, transmission electron microscope and electron backscattered diffraction. The results are compared with those of the sheet processed by equal speed rolling (ESR). It is shown that twining played an important role at the initial stage of rolling. With the increase of the rolling reduction, the microstructures in the processed sheets become more homogeneous and they are more refined by DSR than by ESR. After annealing, the sheet processed by DSR shows a higher elongation and slightly lower yield strength than those of the ESR-processed sheet, which could be attributed to grain refinement and texture weakening. These results suggest that, in comparison with conventional casting and rolling, the combined technology of TRC and DSR is a more effective way to process magnesium sheets with enhanced formability after final annealing.  相似文献

The size and morphology of intermetallic compounds (IMCs) of Sn–1.0Ag–0.5Cu (SAC105) solder alloys can have a significant influence on the mechanical strength of solder joints. The aim of the present study is to investigate the influence of SiC nano-particles addition on the microstructure, thermal behavior, and corresponding mechanical properties of SAC(105) solder alloys. Results show that the addition of SiC nanoparticles into the SAC(105) alloy melt prompts the formation of primary β-Sn phase with small sub-grain size in the solidified structure. The SiC nanoparticles can offer an additional nucleation sites for the formation of refined Ag3Sn and Cu6Sn5 IMCs. The hard SiC particles and refined IMCs with small spacing could obstruct the dislocation slipping and thus, lead to a strong dispersion strengthening mechanism in the composite solder. As a result, the composite SAC(105)/SiC solder displayed a higher ultimate tensile strength and 0.2 % yield strength (0.2 %YS) than that of plain SAC(105) solder. The addition of SiC nano-sized particles can also effectively reduce the undercooling and pasty range, while the melting temperature is maintained at the SAC(105) level, indicating that the novel composite solder is fit for existing soldering process.  相似文献

The microstructure and hardness evolution of Fe–24Mn–0.7Si–1.0Al TWIP steel during recrystallization were investigated by annealing the alloy at 700 °C for different time. The deformed structure is replaced by the equiaxed grains during recrystallization. The hardness decreased significantly in the first 5 min period and then slowly. The disappearance of the dislocation and microtwins plays a much greater role than the grain coarsening on the decrease of hardness.  相似文献

Minor alloying addition to solders has been an important strategy to improve the integrity and reliability of Pb-free solders joint. In this study, the effects of 0.06Ni and 0.5Sb additives on the microstructure and solidification behavior as well as the creep properties of Sn–1.0Ag–0.5Cu (SAC105) alloys were investigated. Results show that alloying of Ni and Sb resulted in considerably reduced undercooling, increased eutectic area and extended volume fraction of proeutectic Sn of which the dendritic size was refined. Moreover, with the addition of Ni and Sb into SAC105, significant improvement in creep resistance of (210%) and (350%) is realized when compared with the SAC105 solder alloy. Likewise, the creep life time of SAC105 alloys was remarkably enhanced (2–3 times) with the minor alloying additions. An analysis of the creep behavior at elevated temperatures suggested that the presence of hard Ni3Sn4 IMC particles and the solid solution hardening effects which appeared, respectively, in the Ni-doped and Sb-doped alloys could increase the resistance to dislocation movement, which improves the creep properties.  相似文献

The magnetocrystalline anisotropy and the spin reorientation of Sm1–xDyxFe10.5Mo1.5 were investigated in detail. At room temperature, all Sm1–xDyxFe10.5Mo1.5 alloys possess easy c-axis anisotropy and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy field decreases with increasing Dy concentration. However, at low temperature, a spin reorientation transition of axis-to-cone type was observed in the Sm1–xDyxFe10.5Mo1.5 alloys with x0.8. The spin reorientation temperatures increase with increasing Dy concentration in the Sm1–xDyxFe10.5Mo1.5 alloys.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Mo2.0 – x Ni1.0 + x P (x= 0.2) is determined by powder x-ray diffraction (monoclinic symmetry, new structure type, sp. gr. Im, a = 1.04036(5) nm, b= 0.84055(4) nm, c= 0.47357(2) nm, = 91.538(3)°; R int = 0.094, R prof = 0.197). The 850°C section of the Mo–Ni–P phase diagram is studied in detail, and the crystal-chemical features of molybdenum nickel phosphides are discussed.  相似文献

We have studied and optimized the properties of photodiodes with a red photosensitivity threshold at 2.5 μm, which have been created on the basis of GaSb/GaInAsSb/AlGaAsSb heterostructures with Ga0.76In0.24As0.22Sb0.78 active regions of variable thickness and a reflecting contact on the rear side. It is established that a decrease in the thickness of the active region and the reflection of radiation from the rear side lead to an improvement in the parameters of photodiodes and related thermophotovoltaic converters in the 1.0–2.5 μm wavelength range. The optimized structures showed a detection ability of D*λ = (3–6) × 1010 cm Hz1/2/W and an open-circuit photo emf up to V oc = 0.2 V.  相似文献
