3D reticulated ceramics (3DRCs) with the composition containing SrFe12O19-SiC-TiO2 were prepared by a replication process with polyurethane sponges as the template in ceramic slurry. The electrical conductivity, dielectric and magnetic parameters of 3D reticulated ceramics (3DRCs) were measured with changes in cell size of the sponges, contents in the slurry and sintering temperature in this paper. Discussions about the influential factors of those parameters were focused on their electrical conductivity. The experimental results indicated that the electrical conductivity of 3DRCs raised with the increase of cell size, SiC/SrO.6Fe2O3 with weight ratio and sintering temperature. X-ray diffractions and SEM were used to investigate the relationship between electrical conductivity and sintering temperature. Deoxidizing reactions of SrO.6Fe2O3 caused the increasing electrical conductivity. The real part of permittivity (ε′) and imaginary part of permeability (μ") raised with the increase of electrical conductivity (σ). The imaginary part of permittivity (ε") has a maximum at 10° S/cm with the increase of σ, and the real part of permeability (μ′)changes slightly with the increase of σ. When σ is at the range of 10-4 S/cm to 100 S/cm (a semi conductive state),both the imagine part of permittivity and permeability raises with increasing σ, therefore, the 3DRCs present their high electromagnetic loss properties.  相似文献

Nanomaterial shapes can have profound effects on material properties,and therefore offer an efficient way to improve the performances of designed materials and devices.The rational fabrication of multidimensional architectures such as one dimensional (1D)-two dimensional (2D) hybrid nanomaterials can integrate the merits of individual components and provide enhanced functionality.However,it is still very challenging to fabricate 1D/2D architectures because of the different growth mechanisms of the nanostructures.Here,we present a new solventmediated,surface reaction-driven growth route for synthesis of CdS nanowire (NW)/CdIn2S4 nanosheet (NS) 1D/2D architectures.The as-obtained CdS NW/CdIn2S4 NS structures exhibit much higher visible-light-responsive photocatalytic activities for water splitting than the individual components.The CdS NW/CdIn2S4 NS heterostructure was further fabricated into photoelectrodes,which achieved a considerable photocurrent density of 2.85 mA.cm-2 at 0 V vs.the reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE) without use of any co-catalysts.This represents one of the best results from a CdS-based photoelectrochemical (PEC) cell.Both the multidimensional nature and type Ⅱ band alignment of the 1D/2D CdS/CdIn2S4 heterostructure contribute to the enhanced photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical activity.The present work not only provides a new strategy for designing multidimensional 1D/2D heterostructures,but also documents the development of highly efficient energy conversion catalysts.  相似文献

Anodization is a popular method of preparing TiO2 nanotube array films(TiNTs) by using direct current(DC)power as the driving voltage.In this study,three driving voltage modes,namely,the sine alternating current(sine) mode,the full-wave rectification of sine waves via four diodes(sine-4D,where D means diode) mode,and the DC mode,were used to prepare TiNTs by anodization.At 20 V,TiNTs were formed under sine-4D mode but only irregular porous TiO2 films were formed under DC mode.At 50 V,TiNTs formed under both the sine-4D and DC modes.No TiNTs formed in the sine mode anodization at either 20 or 50 V.Compared with the DC mode,the sine-4D mode required a lower oxidation voltage for TiNT formation,which suggests that sine-4D is an economical,convenient,and efficient driving voltage for TiNT preparation by anodization.The morphologies and structures of TiNT samples anodized at 50 V in the sine-4D and DC modes at different oxidation time(1,5,10,30,60,and 120 min) were analyzed.TiNT growth processes were similar between the studied modes.However,the growth rate of the films was faster under the sine-4D mode than the DC mode during the first 30 min of anodization.  相似文献

A formula of spectral response S(λ) is derived from the quantum yield of multialkali photocathodes in this paper. The S(λ) of S-20 photocathodes is calculated by choosing suitable parameters. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data of S-20 photocathodes. The influence of photocathode thickness D, photocathode structure parameter P, spectral response cut-off wavelength λ_j and photoelectron escape depth L on S(λ) is discussed. It is considered that D, P and λ_j are decisive factors featuring S-20 photocathodes.  相似文献

A general expression for the correlation of the simple shear (tan(?)) to the molecular parameters and the shear rate (γ) was deduced. It shows that the simple shear (tan(?)) may be resolved into free recoil (recoverable strain) and viscous heating (unrecoverable strain). The magnitudes of the simple shears for recoil (tan(?)E) and (tan(?)V) for viscous heating not only depended on the molecular parameters and the operational variables, but also on the exponential fractions of the recoverable (1-Wγ) and unrecoverable (W-γ) conformations for recoil and viscous heating. Therefore the magnitudes of the simple shears (tan(?)E) for recoil and (tan(?)V) for viscous heating are, respectively, expressed as the partition function to the (1-Wγ)th power and the partition function to the (Wγ)th power. Thus correlations of the total recoil and the ultimately recoverable strains to the molecular parameters [n', a,η0, GN0 and (1-Wγ)] and the operational variables (γ, (L/D) and tr) were deduced respectively, which show that at very different shear rates (0≤γ≤∞) the polymeric liquids may exhibit a very different viscoelastic behaviors. After introducing the uniform two-dimensional extension, the definition of swelling ratio and the ratio of L to D [De=(L/D)], two expressions for the ultimate die swelling effect and the ultimate extrudate swelling ratio BEVT5 to the molecular parameters [n', a,η0, GN0 and (1-Wγ)] and the operational variables (γ, (L/D) and tr) were obtained. The two correlation expressions were verified by the experimental data of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which shows that the two correlation expressions can be used to predict the correlations of the ultimate extrudate swelling behaviors of polymeric liquids to the molecular parameters and the operational variables.  相似文献

We have studied numerically a simple crack growth model in a two-dimensional triangular lattice of bonds and nodes which incorporates the sudece of a growing crack bond-breaking probability Pi~ exp{(-Vi+Ei)φ(T)}, where Ei is elastic eneny stored in the i-th bond. Different energy temperature factors φ(T) are employed during crack formation and propagation process with a uniform dilation strain case and a shear case and with periodic boundary condition in the horizontal direction. Our results show that the patterns of the cracks generated are fractal structure and the effective fractal dimensionalities decrease with the increase of the temperature factor φ(T)(the absolute temperature T decreasing). In the paper we also discuss the relation between the effective fractal dimension Deff (the radius Rg Of gyration) and the fractal dimensions D (the radius R of circular), and also give their modification values Ω about two kinds of methods in the lattice model  相似文献

The partitioning effect of Al(α-phase stabilizer) and V elements(β-phase stabilizer) on strength of the primary α phases in the α/β Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy with the bimodal microstructure was investigated.It was found that partitioning of Al and V elements took place in the Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy during the recrystallization process,leading to the variation of the content of Al and V elements in the primary α phases with changing the volume fraction of the primary α phase.Nanoindentation tests reveal a general trend that the strength of the primary α phases increases with decreasing the volume fraction of the primary α phases,and such trend is independent on the loading direction relative to the c-axis of the α phase.The enhanced strength is attributed to the increase of the content of Al element in the primary α phase,but it is not dominated evidently by the change of the V content.The solid solution strengthening contributed from both the elastic strain introduced by the solute atoms and the variation of the density of states was estimated theoretically.  相似文献
