简述了聚碳酸酯-聚醚透明聚氨酯弹性树脂及涂层的制备工艺和主要性能。着重讨论了聚碳酸酯(PCDL)、交联剂(MTH)、二异氰酸酯结构以及固化剂等因素对透明聚氨酯弹性树脂及涂层性能的影响,采用FTIR、DSC-Tg等方法对树脂的结构和性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明:所得聚氨酯弹性涂层的力学性能好,透明度高,耐水解性、抗热氧化性和耐候性优异。  相似文献

以一定配比的PL-1300和PS-301树脂为弹性树脂,以催干剂、固化剂、手感助剂、弹性粉、消光粉、流平剂等为助剂,制备了一种弹性手感好的弹性手感漆。研究了两种树脂的配比、催干剂、固化剂、手感助剂、弹性粉和消光粉等的用量对弹性手感漆性能的影响。结果表明,弹性手感漆的最佳配方为:弹性树脂中两种聚酯树脂的比例为1:1,催干剂用量为弹性树脂总量的2%;固化剂用量为计算量的1.1倍;手感助剂用量为弹性树脂总量的10%;弹性粉用量为弹性树脂总量的50%,消光粉用量为弹性树脂总量的5%。  相似文献

采用聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、脂肪(环)族二异氰酸酯、自制交联剂HTM等为主要原料,制备了高性能透明聚氨酯弹性树脂,讨论了异氰酸酯类型、PCDL、交联剂HTM等对聚氨酯弹性树脂及涂膜性能的影响,并采用红外光谱(FTIR)对树脂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,采用IPDI做树脂的异氰酸酯组分,得到的产品相容性好、透明度高;加入质量分数为20%的PCDL,改善了树脂的透明度和耐候性;交联剂HTM的引入,进一步提高了树脂的透明度、耐磨性、力学性能以及热稳定性等性能;FTIR谱图表明该树脂为不含异氰酸酯单体、羟基封端的PTMG和PCDL共混型聚氨酯弹性树脂。  相似文献

将聚酰胺6(PA6)与市售的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂共混,制备PA6/ABS共混物。研究了ABS树脂的用量对PA6/ABS共混物力学性能的影响;采用苯乙烯及丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)和ABS粉料熔融共混制得不同胶含量的ABS/SAN共混物。研究了不同胶含量的ABS/SAN共混物对PA6/ABS共混物力学性能的影响。在PA6/ABS/SAN共混物中引入苯乙烯-丙烯腈-马来酸酐共聚(SAM)树脂取代部分SAN树脂,研究了SAM树脂的加入及引入顺序的不同对共混物性能的影响。结果表明, ABS树脂的用量在50%~60%左右时共混物性能最佳。随ABS/SAN共混物胶含量提高,共混物的拉伸强度、弹性模量、弯曲强度和弯曲模量逐渐降低。随SAM树脂替代SAN量增加,共混物的拉伸和弯曲性能先降低后增加。但共混物熔体流动速率降低明显,而SAM树脂的引入顺序对共混物的力学性能影响不大。  相似文献

研究了CaCO3填料对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)浇铸体拉伸强度的影响,借助于应变片电测技术研究了CaCO3填料对树脂浇铸体的拉伸变形特性和弹性模量的作用。结果表明:在所毒取的实验条件下,填料CaCO3的添加量对UPR的拉伸强度和弹性模量有显著的影响,添加量为8%(质量分数)时试样的强度比纯树脂提高了大约54%,分析了填料CaCO3提高UPR拉伸强度的原因在于其显著提高了材料的韧性。  相似文献

采用正交试验方法,用5%Na OH溶液对黄麻毡进行预处理,利用模压成型工艺制备酚醛树脂/黄麻纤维复合材料,通过对正交试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,研究树脂含量、模具温度、模具压力和保压时间4个工艺参数对复合材料拉伸性能的影响程度和显著性水平,并通过多指标综合评分法对材料的拉伸性能综合评价,分析各个工艺参数对材料拉伸性能的影响规律。结果显示,树脂含量和模具压力对复合材料的拉伸性能影响非常显著,当树脂含量为20%、模具温度为180℃、模具压力为10 MPa、模压时间为6 min时,复合材料的拉伸性能最好,此时拉伸强度为24.06 MPa,拉伸弹性模量为113.17 MPa。  相似文献

The effect of epoxy resin on mechanical and Rheological properties, and moisture absorption of wood flour polypropylene composites (WPCs) were investigated. The reactive mixing of epoxy resin with 30, and 40 wt% wood flour and polypropylene (PP) was carried out in twin screw extruder with a special screw elements arrangement. PP grafted maleic anhydrides (MPP) were used as coupling agent to improve the interfacial interactions of wood flour, epoxy resin, and PP. The tensile strength of composites decreased, and elastic modulus and moisture absorption increased with increasing epoxy resin content. The complex viscosity η* increased with increasing epoxy resin content of composites, and a synergistic effect in increasing the η* was observed at 3 wt% resin. The epoxy resin modified wood‐PP composites that chemically coupled by MPP showed minimum water absorption with highest elastic modulus. The experimental oscillation rheologyical data were used to drive a model to predict the flow behavior of WPCs, in a wide range of frequencies. POLYM. ENG. In this paper, γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) was first used to covalent functionalised graphene oxide (GO). The resulting APTES functionalised GO (APTES-f-GO) was then incorporated into the bismaleimide (BMI) resin to improve its mechanical properties. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectra and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterise APTES-f-GO. The study showed that the APTES-f-GO/BMI nanocomposites presented higher impact strength, flexural strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus than the neat BMI resin. The maximum increment of impact strength, flexural strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus of APTES-f-GO/BMI nanocomposites were 84.3, 54.5, 31.4 and 35.6%, respectively. The scanning electron microscopy photographs show that the fracture morphology of APTES-f-GO/BMI composite is entirely different from that of BMI resin, which exhibits typical ductile fracture features.  相似文献

To clarify the delamination mechanism of high‐voltage coil insulators made from mica flakes and epoxy resin due to static mechanical stress, the relationships between the shear strength of the insulator and the physical properties of the component materials were studied. The mechanism of their delamination was thought to be either a lack of epoxy resin between the mica flakes, interface failure between the mica flakes and the epoxy resin, or cleavage of the mica flakes. The first two mechanisms were discounted because the shear strength of the insulator was found to be independent of both the contact angle of the corresponding liquid epoxy resin on the mica flakes and the critical surface tension of the epoxy resin. Furthermore, the shear strength of the model insulator was improved by using an epoxy resin with a higher bending elastic modulus, implying that the delamination mechanism in this system is the cleavage of mica flakes. Therefore, the epoxy resin should have a high elastic modulus to ensure high delamination resistance, that is, the temperature to which the insulators are exposed should be lower than the glass transition temperature of the corresponding epoxy resin.
