本论文研究了环保型白炭黑/CR/BR复合材料的加工工艺对其结构和性能的影响。通过改变环保型白炭黑的加料方式,采取了四种不同的加工工艺制备了环保型白炭黑/CR/BR复合材料,比较分析了四种复合材料的各种物理性能和SEM电镜照片,使用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA2000)对四种复合材料进行了深入的分析。研究表明:采用氯丁橡胶(CR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)分别与环保型白炭黑混炼制成母炼胶,再把两种母炼胶混炼的工艺,得到的复合材料性能最好,环保型白炭黑在基体材料中分散良好,形成了稳定的填料网络,拉伸强度达到19.3MPa ,撕裂强度为62.2 N/mm,回弹性可达42%。 相似文献

Silica slurry in aqueous medium for wafer polishing was prepared by sol-gel reaction of silicon alkoxide utilizing commercial
silica particles as seeds that were grown stepwise through intermittent additions of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as a silica
precursor. Before the growth reaction, the commercial silica particles were pre-treated in the vibratory mill partially filled
with zirconia ball and the sonicator to ensure good dispersion. The alcohol left after growth reaction was removed by vacuum
distillation and repeated washings with distilled water followed by centrifugations. Then, the alcohol-free silica particles
were redispersed in water. The dispersion stability of the silica slurries was examined by measuring surface charge of silica
particles and rheological properties. Finally, wafer-polishing performance of the prepared silica slurries was considered
by measuring the polishing (or removal) rate, and RMS (root mean square) roughness of the polished wafer surface. For the
polishing, MEA (monoethanolamine) and TMAH (tetramethylammonium hydroxide) were used as polishing accelerators. The polishing
result showed that the removal rate was nearly independent of the concentrations of MEA and TMAH in the range of 0.3-0.5 wt%
and 100-500 ppm, respectively. One of the most interesting features is that hydrothermal treatment of the prepared silica
slurries in autoclave increased the removal rate as high as ten times. Although the removal rate was increased by the increased
size of the abrasive particle, surface roughness of the polished wafer surface was deteriorated. 相似文献

采用天然虾青素对白炭黑表面进行物理改性,并与天然橡胶(NR)制备成复合材料。利用RPA、DMA、SEM等测试手段对天然虾青素改性白炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明,在硫化特性方面,与未采用天然虾青素改性白炭黑相比,采用天然虾青素改性白炭黑所得胶料的焦烧时间和工艺正硫化时间均缩短,促进了橡胶的硫化过程;在物理力学性能方面,所得硫化胶的拉伸强度基本不变,回弹性和耐磨性明显增加,压缩生热降低;在动态黏弹性方面,所得硫化胶的Payne效应明显降低,填料的分散性在一定程度上得到改善;在动态力学性能方面,所得硫化胶的滚动阻力降低,玻璃化转变温度提高。特别地,在耐老化方面,天然虾青素改性白炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的耐热空气老化性能明显提高。 相似文献

Effect of nano-sized mesoporous silica MCM-41 and MMT on corrosion properties of epoxy coating 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This study investigated the effect of co-incorporation of two different kinds of nano materials with different forms, layers (Na-MMT) and mesoporous silica particles (MCM-41), into the polymer matrix on the corrosion performance of epoxy resin. Correspondingly corrosion performance of the coatings was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution and salt spray test. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement showed that the Na-MMT layers were exfoliated and the hexagonal framework structure of MCM-41 was retained during and after the composite preparation. The co-incorporation of Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) and MCM-41 into the epoxy coating possessed the best corrosion resistance than incorporating either Na-MMT or MCM-41 particles separately due to different interfacial structures between the fillers and the matrix. 相似文献

A series of waterborne epoxy latexes was synthesized, and epoxy/(silica sol) composite latexes were prepared. The effects of functional monomer methacrylic acid (MAA) and silica sol on the latex particle size, morphology, and stability were investigated. With increasing amounts of MAA, the conversion rate increased, the particle size reduced, and the viscosity of the epoxy latexes increased. The epoxy latexes had storage stability and could be stored at room temperature for more than 6 months with a solid content variation of less than 1%. For the (silica sol)‐modified waterborne epoxy latexes, the effects of preparation techniques and silica sol content on the latexes and latex films were investigated. When the silica sol content increased, the particle size of the composite latexes decreased. The morphology investigation showed that when the silica sol content increased, the uneven surface level of the latex films was increased. The increase of elemental silica on the surface was in accord with the improvement of the water resistance of the composite latex films. The heat resistance of these films was improved as well, and their overall performance was better than that of the epoxy latex films. J. VINYL ADDIT. In this study, monodispersed silica spheres were successfully synthesized by seed‐growth method and they can be highly dispersed in the poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) solution. PVA/silica composite fibers were fabricated by electrospinning the composite solutions containing different amount of silica. Further investigation showed that the size distribution of silica sphere was monodispersed and the spheres were homogeneously dispersed in the fibers individually. The composite fibers showed an uniform and continuous morphology with a average diameter of 298–345 nm. The as‐spun nanofibers were characterized by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE‐SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).
