用改进的Rose釜测定了101.325 kPa下甲酸-水、甲酸-甲酸戊酯、甲酸-水-甲酸戊酯体系的等压汽液平衡数据.考虑到甲酸在汽相中的缔合效应,用Hayden-O'connell关联式修正了汽相的非理想性,用非线性最小二乘法关联了甲酸-水和甲酸-甲酸戊酯体系的汽液平衡数据,获得了NRTL和UNIQUAC方程的模型参数.利用得到的二元体系NRTL模型参数,结合部分三元体系汽液平衡数据,关联得到水-甲酸戊酯体系的NRTL模型参数.由关联得到的三对二元NRTL模型参数预测部分三元体系汽液平衡数据,计算值与实验值基本吻合. 相似文献

用改进的Rose釜测定了101.3 kPa下异丙醇-异丁醇、异丙醇-正丁醇、异丁醇-正丁醇3个二元体系及异丙醇-异丁醇-正丁醇1个三元体系的汽液平衡数据。3组两元汽液平衡数据均通过了Herington热力学一致性检验,三元汽液平衡数据也通过了McDermett-Ellis热力学一致性检验。分别用Wilson、NRTL和UNIQUAC方程对二元汽液平衡数据进行了关联,得到了相应的模型参数及关联偏差。对于3个二元体系而言,Wilson和UNIQUAC模型方程比NRTL模型方程的关联效果好。最后运用关联得到的Wilson二元交互作用参数预测了三元体系的汽液平衡数据,平衡温度的平均绝对偏差为0.52℃,异丙醇的汽相摩尔组成平均绝对偏差为0.0057,异丁醇的汽相摩尔组成平均绝对偏差为0.0048,实验值与预测值基本吻合。 相似文献

文章采用单级循环汽液平衡釜测定了常压条件下正丁醇-异丁醇-醋酸丁酯-水混合液中的二元体系的汽液平衡数据,运用试差法关联Wilson方程中六对二元体系的模型参数,并计算出相应的汽相组成;测定了常压条件下正丁醇-异丁醇-醋酸丁酯-水四元体系的汽液平衡数据,并由六对二元体系模型参数关联出四元体系的汽液平衡数据。比较实验和计算值,结果表明:实验值与计算值的相对偏差均≤5%,说明实验值与计算值一致。文章研究结果为正丁醇、异丁醇、醋酸丁酯及水混合液的分离提供了一定基础数据。 相似文献

Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibria (VLE) of methanol-water and methanol-ethanol systems with calcium chloride at several concentrations were studied from the view point of the applicability of Hála's model which had been applied to correlate isothermal VLE of salt-containing systems. Prediction of the VLE of the two isobaric systems was not satisfactory with the binary interaction parameters taken from the corresponding isothermal systems because of the different temperature range. However, it was found that the correlation of the isobaric systems was successful by adjusting solvent-salt parameters. It was also found that the parameters obtained were independent of the salt concentration. 相似文献

To replace the interchange energy between two different types of molecules, two types of local energy parameters derived from Scott's two liquid concept are defined. When this definition is introduced into the quasichemical approximation, a new expression for correlating vapor-liquid equilibria in binary systems results. The new expression is semi-empirical in nature and for a binary system, it contains two adjustable parameters and a binary constant which are obtained from binary experimental data. It has been shown that the new expression can be used as a two-parameter equation. Its application was tested with thirty-four examples of highly non-ideal systems, including twenty-two systems at isobaric and twelve systems at isothermal conditions. Application to partially miscible systems is also examined. The results, correlated through the new expression, are compared with those obtained using the equations of Wilson and of Renon. The significance of the parameters of the new expression is discussed. 相似文献

The ability of the rationalized SCLC model to correlate data on the salt effect in vapor-liquid equilibria is examined in this work. For a system consisting of two miscible solvents the effect of salt in altering the relative volatility is represented by the model with four adjustable binary interaction parameters. 本文修正了Peng-Robinson 状态方程,使之适用于氢烃二元系统的汽-液平衡计算.对超临界气体氢引入了新的、随温度而变的a表达式和协体积项b的二元交互作用参数.计算了19个二元系统,结果表明本研究较前人为优.尤其是对氢-重烃(C_6-C_(16)),亦优于Mathias修正的Redlich-Kwong-Soave状态方程和Chao等人最近提出的立方型转子链状态方程(CCOR状态方程).修正后的a表达式除改进了汽液平衡结果,还可准确地推算氢气的P-V-T关系和第二维里系数.本研究推荐的方法可用于实际工程计算. 相似文献
