用红外光谱研究了乙酸木质素的结构。以乙酸木质素代替部分聚乙二醇合成了聚醚型聚氨酯。采用TGA、DSC和拉伸实验对乙酸木质素合成的聚氨酯进行了热性能和机械性能的研究。结果表明:乙酸木质素具有典型的聚多元醇结构,虽然有部分被乙酰化,但它具有很好的溶解性;用木质素作原料合成的聚氨酯与典型的纯PEG型聚氨酯相比,木质素的添加使聚氨酯的玻璃化转变温度升高和在600℃以下的分解率下降,改善了聚氨酯的耐热性能;同时,添加乙酸木质素的聚氨酯的强度和伸长率与纯PEG型聚氨酯低相比有所下降。  相似文献

分析了聚氨酯树脂78BD085/44CP20与环氧树脂在黏度、凝胶时间以及浇注体力学性能的不同,将其与玻纤布结合采用真空灌注方式分别制备了玻纤增强复合材料(FRP),对比了聚氨酯FRP以及环氧FRP的力学性能和疲劳性能,并采用扫描电镜观察了聚氨酯FRP断面。结果表明:相同温度下,聚氨酯树脂的初始黏度比环氧树脂的更低,凝胶时间更快;聚氨酯树脂浇注体拉伸模量以及拉伸、压缩强度均高于环氧树脂浇注体15%以上;聚氨酯FRP具有优异的力学性能,拉伸、压缩以及剪切强度均高于环氧树脂FRP 7%以上;聚氨酯FRP疲劳性能满足叶片的结构设计要求;聚氨酯树脂与玻纤布具有优异的结合性。  相似文献

制备了酚醛泡沫和聚氨酯泡沫,并研究了酚醛硬泡与聚氨酯硬泡的热稳定性及燃烧性能。结果表明:和聚氨酯泡沫比较,酚醛泡沫的热失重小,热释放速率和热释放总量低。因此酚醛泡沫的热稳定性和阻燃性能明显优于聚氨酯泡沫。  相似文献

以涤纶非织造布,锦纶非织造布作基布,制作了聚氨酯浸渍试样,研究了其拉伸,弯曲性能,认为由于锦纶与聚氨酯的结合较强,影响了锦纶基布柔软性的发挥。当上浆率超过一临界值时,锦纶基布聚氨酯合成革已不如涤纵横在布聚氨酯合成革柔软。  相似文献

以1,2-丙二醇醇解废旧聚氨酯得到多元醇混合物和胺类化合物,红外光谱法分析了多元醇混合物。以多元醇混合物为基础原料,与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)合成聚氨酯预聚体作为聚氨酯胶粘剂的甲组分(羟基组分),再用TDI的乙酸乙酯溶液作为聚氨酯胶粘剂的乙组分(固化剂),从而形成一种双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。研究了两组分的配比关系及各种添加剂用量对聚氨酯胶粘剂性能的影响。  相似文献

近年来,利用碳纳米管制备聚氨酯复合材料引起人们的高度重视。本文对聚氨酯/碳纳米管复合材料的研究进展状况进行综述。概述了聚氨酯和碳纳米管的性质以及碳纳米管的改性处理方法;介绍了聚氨酯/碳纳米管复合材料的制备方法,包括物理共混法和原位聚合法;讨论了碳纳米管对复合材料力学性能、电学性能、光学性能以及其他性能的影响。结果表明,碳纳米管的加入使得复合材料在上述性能方面都有不同程度的改善。最后探讨了该研究领域存在的问题及今后可能的发展方向。  相似文献

Polyurethane (PU) prepolymers are prepared by a polyaddition of isophorone diisocyanate, polypropylene glycol-1000, and 2,2-dimethylolpropanic acid. The anionic aqueous-based PU dispersions are derived from a water dispersion process of these NCO-terminated PU prepolymers together with a neutralization and a chain extension. They have both terminal amino and pendent carboxylic groups which are potentially reactive sites toward a di-functional epoxy and a tri- or di-aziridinyl compound of a dual-curing PU system, respectively. The stabilities of the resulting PU dispersions on zeta potential and particle size distributions are investigated. Polyurethane/furfuryl alcohol (PU/FA) interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were synthesized from furfuryl alcohol using p-toluene sulfonic acid as a catalyst and blocked NCO-terminated PU prepolymer with m-xylylenediamine (MXDA) as a chain extender. From IR spectrum analysis it was found that the major reactions in the PU/MXDA/FA system are the polymerization of PU/MXDA and the self-polymerization of FA. The tensile strengths of PU/FA IPNs that contain 5 p.h.r. PU are greater than those of the pure components. The flexural strength, flexural modulus, Shore D hardness and HDT decrease and the notched Izod impact strength increases with the polyurethane content. The compatibility of the compounds in these PU/FA IPNs was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that glass transition temperatures are shifted inwardly which indicated that the PU/FA IPNs were semicompatible. It was confirmed from scanning electron micrography that the system was heterogeneous.  相似文献

The interfacial adhesion of the carbon fiber (CF) reinforced polyurethane (PU) composite was improved by the means of anodic oxidation treatment. The mechanical and reciprocating sliding wear properties were studied and results showed that the anodic oxidation treatment have definitely improved the mechanical strength. And the wear and the friction coefficient of PU decreased with the addition of CF. The friction coefficients of anodic oxidation treated CF/PU composites are lower than those of PU and CF/PU composite. The interfacial adhesion between the CF and PU dominated the main wear mechanisms.  相似文献

The self‐emulsified aqueous‐based polyurethane (PU) consists of carboxyl group, which is an ionic center not only stabilizing the aqueous polymer dispersion but also serving as the curing site toward aziridinyl curing agent. Two new aziridinyl curing agents, HDI‐AZ and ADA‐AZ, are prepared from an addition reaction of aziridine to hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and adipic acyl chloride (ADA), respectively. These curing agents are added separately into NCO‐terminated PU prepolymer before or after the water dispersion process. The resulting PU dispersion becomes a single component self‐curable aqueous‐based PU system. The cured PU is obtained from this single component PU dispersion on drying at ambient temperature. The improved PU properties demonstrate the feasibility of this convenient single component self‐curable aqueous‐based PU system. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL)-based polyurethane (PU) foam scaffolds with different mechanical properties are fabricated using a gas foaming technique to use as porous substitutes for ear or bone with cartilage. PCL diol or triol is used as a polyol in PU foam for biocompatibility and biodegradation, with an aqueous gelatin solution as a blowing agent. The highly porous inner and outer structures of the scaffolds are developed by employing a silicone surfactant and sulfuric acid, respectively. The PU scaffolds prepared by PCL diol show ductile and flexible properties, whereas the PU scaffolds prepared by PCL triol exhibit high compression strength. In vitro test reveals the low toxicity of the PU scaffolds and the high ALP activity of MC3T3-E1 cells in the PU scaffold prepared by PCL triol. By taking advantage of the difference in mechanical properties, customized PU scaffolds with ear or bone shapes are fabricated using a silicone mold. The PU scaffolds with two compartments of PCL diol and triol (corresponding to cartilage and bone, respectively) are fabricated as a substitute for bone with cartilage. It is believed that the PU scaffolds with highly porous structure and controlled mechanical properties have wide potential application for tissue engineering.  相似文献
